Description
Einrichtung zur Umwandlung einer Schublehre in einen Höhenanreisser.
Vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf 3ine Einrichtung zur Umwandlung einer Schublehre in einen HöhenanreiBer. Die Nalel eines Eohenanreissers wird im allgemei rez nach einem aufrechtstehenden Massstab, Nennmassen usw. eingestellt. Es sind auch Eöhenanreisser bekannt, bei welchen der senk rechute Stab, auf welchen der Nadelhalter ver , choben wird, mit einer Teilung versehen ist, , dass der Nadelhalter nach dieser Teilung . ingestellt werden kann.
Vorliegende Erfinlung ermöglicht, mit Hilfe einer Schublehre ; inen Eöhenanreisser zu schaffen, dessen Nalel mit einer der verwendeten Schublehre ntsprechenden Genauigkeit auf das ge ivünschte Mass eingestellt werden kann.
Die Erfindung ist gekennzeichnet durch ; inen Fuss, welcher am festen Schenkel der Schublehre, und einen Reissnadelhalter, welher am beweglichen Schenkel der Schublehre gefestigt werden kann.
In beiliegender Zeichnung ist eine bei pielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfinlungsgegenstandes veranschaulicht. Es zeigt :

Der Fuss 1 ist mit einem Schlitz versehen, in welchen der Schenkel 2 des Schublehr- stabes 3 mit einer Beilage 4 eingepasst ist.
Mittels den Schrauben 5 wird die Beilage 4 gegen den Schenkel 2 gepreBt und damit der Schublehrenstab senkrecht stehend am FuI3 1 befestigt. Auf dem Schenkel 6 des Schiebers 7 ist der Reissnadelhalter 6a festgeklemmt.
Dieser weist, wie der FuB 1, einen Schlitz auf mit einer Beilage 8, welche mittels den Schrauben 9 gegen den Schenkel 6 gepresst wird. In den Beilagen 4 und 8 sind Stiftschrauben 10 befestigt, welche in Bohrungen im Nadelhalter bezw. im Fuss verschiebbar geführt sind. Die Beilagen sind dadurch in den Schlitzen quer verschiebbar, können aber nicht aus diesen herausfallen, wenn die Schenkel der Schublehre aus den Schlitzen des Nadelhalters und des Fusses entfernt werden. Der Reissnadelhalter ist mit einem Stehbolzen 11 versehen, auf dem zwei Scheiben 12 drehbar gelagert sind. Diese weisen Kerben 13 auf, zwischen welche mittels der Ringmutter 14 die Reissnadel 15 geklemmt wird.
Zweckmässig wird eine Schublehre verwendet, deren Schieber einen Schleppteil 16 und eine Einstellschraube 17 aufweist, wodurch die Nadel genau ein-und feststellbar ist.
Durch die erfindungsgemässe Einrichtung wird es möglich, in einem Kleinbetrieb, in dem eine genaue Schublehre zur Verfügung steht, rasch einen genauen EöhenanreiRer zu bilden.

The foot 1 is provided with a slot into which the leg 2 of the sliding calliper 3 with an insert 4 is fitted.
The insert 4 is pressed against the leg 2 by means of the screws 5 and the caliper rod is fastened to the base 1 in a vertical position. The scriber holder 6a is clamped on the leg 6 of the slide 7.
Like the foot 1, this has a slot with a shim 8 which is pressed against the leg 6 by means of the screws 9. A slide caliper is expediently used, the slide of which has a drag part 16 and an adjusting screw 17, whereby the needle can be precisely inserted and locked.
The device according to the invention makes it possible, in a small business in which a precise slide gauge is available, to quickly form an accurate marriage guide.
