Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wasserlöslichen     Monoazofarbstoifes.       Nach dem im Hauptpatent beschriebenen  Verfahren erhält man einen Leder in gelb  braunen Tönen einheitlich durchfärbenden  Farbstoff von guter Licht-, Säure- und  Wasserechtheit, wenn man     1-Amino-2-chlor-          4-nitrobenzol-6-sulfosäure        diazotiert    und die       Diazoverbindung    mit     Phenylaminodi        (äthan-          sulfonsäure    der Formel

    kuppelt.

    Wie nun weiter gefunden wurde, erhält  man     einen    Farbstoff von ähnlichen Eigen  schaften, wenn man ein Gemisch von       1-Amino-    2 -chlor -     6-nitrobenzol-4-        sulfosäure     und     1-Amino-2-chlor-4-nitrobenzol-6-sulfo-          säure        diazotiert        und    die     Diazoverbindung     mit der     Phenylaminodi        (äthansulfonsäure)     kuppelt.  



       Beispiel:     Ein Gemisch von etwa 70 Teilen     1-amino-          2-chlor-6-nitrobenzol-4-sulfonsaurem    Natrium  und etwa<B>30</B> Teilen     1-amino-2-chlor-4-nitro-          benzol-6-sulfonsaurem    Natrium wird, wie  im Hauptpatent beschrieben, mit der entspre-         chenden    Menge     Natriumnitrit        diazotiert.    Bei  der Kupplung mit der äquivalenten Menge  des     Natriumsalzes    der     Phenylaminodi        (äthan-          sulfonsäure)    erhält man     einen    Farbstoff,

   der  das Leder in     gelbbraunen    Tönen einheitlich  durchfärbt. Die Färbungen besitzen eine  sehr gute Wasserechtheit.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wasser löslichen Monoazo.farbstoffes, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass man ein Gemisch von 1-Amino- 2 -chlor -6-nitr obenzo1- 4-sulfosäure und 1-Amino-2-chlor-4-nitrobenzol-6-sulfo- säure diazotiert und die Diazoverbindung mit Phenylaminodi (äthansulfonsäure) der Formel EMI0001.0046 kuppelt. Der neue Farbstoff färbt Leder in gelb braunen Tönen einheitlich durch. Die Fär bungen besitzen eine sehr gute Wasser echtheit.
