Shaker for holding granular to powdery goods. The invention aims to create a shaker with. an easily and securely adjustable, in particular easily and securely to close and to open closure, which shaker is intended to hold granular to powdery goods (eg cosmetic powder, wound powder or the like). This closure should also be easily adjustable.
In the case of the container closures known to date, this question has not been given sufficient attention and they therefore do not have any precautions that are fully satisfactory in this regard.
The present invention achieves the desired goal by means of a perforated rotary slide valve arranged over a part having outlet openings, the end positions of the range of motion of the rotary slide valve being determined by a stop device that in one end position of the secure closure of the outlet openings,
the can and in the other end position -the optimal opening of the same is guaranteed. It has proven to be particularly advantageous here to design the support (s) of the stop surfaces located on the rotary valve at the same time as a handle for the movement of the rotary valve, preferably in such a way that
that grip organs protruding radially over the circumference of the rotary valve Mn are vorgmehen, which also serve as abutment bodies. For such a design of the closure, the nozzle part cooperating with @ d @ em Dre @ h, slide, z.
B. the lid or the; perpendicular to the can axis cross-section of the can, given an elongated, preferably elliptical shape, and the closure is so arranged that the direction of its Vängsacbrs.e with the direction of the major axis, the can part, on which it is arranged, agrees, while the cover resp. Can width only needs to be slightly larger than the width of the closure.
In the accompanying drawing, exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown. The Pig. 1 to 4 show s-ohem @ ati @ sch @ illustrated sections of closures and / or. Closure parts; the F'ig. 5 shows a can with a closure as the top can closure.
In all, drawn Ausführungs.for- forms a rotary valve D with one or more rows of holes D1, D2 each arranged on a circle around an axis or. the pivot point 1 above the rows of holes Dl, D? too ordered., likewise. Rows of holes B1, B2 arranged in circles on the container part B (e.g. lid) are rotatably mounted.
On .dem rotary valve or on the can part suitable stop bodies 2 respectively. 5 (From the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 3 to 5 respectively 2) provided with stops 3, 4 (FIG. 1), or stop surfaces 3a, 4a (FIG. 2) respectively. 3b, 4b (Fig. 4 and 5) work together and limit the rotation of the rotary valve D.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, the stop 5 is connected to the socket part and works together with the stop surfaces 3a, 4a in the rotary slide. Appropriately, the or the stop body 2 or the Trä ger 2a (Fig. 2) of the stop surfaces at the same time designed as gripping members, with the help of which the rotary valve can be .rotated easily and handy.
The production: the parts of the stop device can be very simple, for. B. by P = ressen or pouring, in such a way that on the rotary valve and the one below or:
next to it, provided for the attachment of the stop device socket part cooperating elevations respectively. Depressions (see from the common contact surface of slide and socket part.) Are provided.
It is generally expedient to provide the depressions on the can part and the elevations on the rotary valve; but of course there is nothing in the reverse process either (see training according to FIG. 2). Otherwise .z. B. in the embodiment according to FIG. 2 also merely a section of the shape 2a instead of a recess a.m rotary valve. be through whose. radial boundary surfaces also, e.g.
B. in cooperation with a pin or strip-like elevation projecting into the cutout, such as the stop 5 on the can part below,
the path of movement of the rotary valve in the Gewünse.hten Z \ 'is fixed or. the easy and safe setting of a reliable finalization resp. (> open position is guaranteed.
The rotary slide valve is preferably provided with a raised edge 6 (for example in the form of a hollow groove or cast rib) which merges into a gripping element (FIG. 3) protruding radially over the circumference of the rotary slide valve h. With this handle, the rotary valve can be easily grasped from the side without having to touch the surface of the valve with the holes at the same time.
By designing the handle as an extension beyond the circumference of the slide, the lever is also lengthened, which is expressed in a simplified rotary rake. According to you, the Drehscbieber on the Do senteil, z. B.
Lid, on the other hand, correspondingly stronger respectively. sit more tightly, which facilitates both the stable maintenance of an operating position given to him with the help of the handle forgaii, as well as the maintenance of any desired intermediate settings.
Advantageously, on the relevant can part on which the rotary slide is rotatably attached (e.g. with a tube riveted to the rotary boner, which protrudes through a fitting opening in the can part and is flanged on the other side). uniform recess 7, 7cz (F: ig. 4, 5) provided (e.g.
B. pressed, cast), in which the rotary valve has space, and in the presence of. A recess is also provided for this over the length of the same protruding crimp organs (any number, expediently, usually two opposite one another), their radial boundary surfaces 31>,
4b in room 7a act as a stop effort.
The recess is preferably selected to be of such a depth that, if possible, no parts of the rotary slide valve or the closure protrude beyond the highest part of the can. This not only facilitates the packaging, but at the same time grants a certain: protection against damage for and against any protruding parts. In the Ub @ i4gen, this also enables a. preselected interior space for the can: in the most economical way.
For the choice of the size and arrangement of the holes on the rotary valve and the can part, e.g. B. Lid, has proven to be the most advantageous and most advantageous for achieving a secure closure with an optimal number of holes, that the mean distance between the holes corresponds to about three times their diameter.
The hole circle (s) are expediently arranged in such a way that in one end position of the slide a hole in the slide coincides with a hole in the container of the can, and in the other end of the slide the holes of the slide and the can do not coincide, rather, based on the hole axes, they are about 11/2 hole diameter apart. that all openings are closed.
The correct setting of the holes from one another can also be determined by setting the angle x, within which rotation of the rotary slide D is permitted by the stop device, to 1/2 to. 3 / .1 divides as large as the angle y, which is formed by two adjacent scattered holes in the same row of holes in the rotary valve and the pivot point of the latter.
While the closure according to the embodiment shown in Fig. 2 can fill the most common circular basic shape for shaker cans quite space-saving, this is not the case with the choice of a rotary slide with handle elements protruding beyond the circumference. For this purpose, the choice of a basic plan shape for the shaker with axes of unequal length has proven to be very useful; z.
B. the plan shape can be elliptical. Such a closure is of different lengths in perpendicular directions, and the closure is expediently arranged on the shaker so that the direction of the longitudinal extension of the closure coincides with the direction of the longer axis of the nozzle outline,
while the width extension of the closure is so large \ s = ie the width extension a is the outline of the can. In this way, a can 10 (Mg. 5) can at the same time have a very handy and pleasing shape with economical use of space in connection with the type of closures.
As a result of the flat shape: of the container, the label 11 is easy to read because it can be attached, as can be seen, along the wider surface of the can.
The cover 8 together with the fittings for the closure and any fitting surfaces 9 can consist of one piece on which the rotating slide D, which is advantageously also made of one piece, is arranged; both can. made of any material, e.g. B. by pressing (preferably onto metal) or casting (e.g.
B. made of plastic), be made.
It goes without saying that the implementation of the experience is not limited to the illustrated or described exemplary embodiments. For example, intermediate positions can also be marked.
