Description
Einphasen-Weehselstrommagnet mit Kurzsehlusswindung. Um bei Einphasenwechselstrommagneten eine konstante Haltekraft zu erzielen, die auch über die Zeit der Nulldurchgänge des Erregerstromes wirksam ist, pflegt man am Luftspalt des Magneten den Magnetpol durch einen Schlitz zu teilen und den einen Ab schnitt des Pols mit einer kurzgeschlossenen Windung zu umgeben;
Single-phase alternating current magnet with short-circuit winding. In order to achieve a constant holding force in single-phase AC magnets, which is also effective over the time of the zero crossings of the excitation current, you tend to divide the magnet pole at the air gap of the magnet by a slot and to surround one section of the pole with a short-circuited turn;
in this way he is enough that part of the air gap BEZW. the magnetic flux penetrating the movable armature is shifted against the flux generated directly by the exciter coil in the phase that the zero crossings overlap each other and a flux is present at every moment of time.
When it comes to switching or braking magnets that are exposed to strong and frequent mechanical vibrations when the armature is tightened, it is on the one hand easily possible that the short-circuit winding loosens over time, on the other hand it can easily drift apart and finally to the tearing of the short-circuit ring due to the spreading forces of the flattened magnetic iron; this tearing can be interpreted as a fatigue failure as a result of multiple impact loads.
In order to prevent these shortcomings, according to the invention, a simple, reliable and operationally reliable fastening of the short-circuit winding is achieved in that it is pressed into recesses provided for this purpose on the magnetic iron at two opposite points.
In the drawing, an execution example is shown for the invention. Fig. 1 shows in elevation, Fig. 2 in plan the magnetic pole of the switching magnet of a contactor switch provided with a short-circuit winding of quadra-table conductor cross-section. The magnetic pole a is divided by the slot d into two halves b and c, one of which, c, is not closed by the short-circuit winding e.
In the side surfaces of the pole half c, recesses f of the width of the short-circuit ring e are milled or incised, into which the opposite narrow sides of the rectangular short-circuit ring e are pressed until they fit snugly so that they form indentations g directed towards the iron .
The long sides are extended a short distance beyond the magnet iron and only then bent so that the short-circuit ring is not stressed when the flattened magnet iron suddenly bursts near the pole face and the resulting fatigue fractures at its corners are avoided.
