Durch den Kontakt 62 ist der Stromkreis des Stehmagneten 57 unter- brochen. Der Stromkreis des Drehmagneten 55 ist geschlossen;
Eclio alarm indicator with display. There are mechanical and electrical display devices in echo sounder systems known, which give a standing display and whose measuring mechanism is actively returned to the zero position before each signal transmission. Such display devices c-indbei echo sounder systems of all kinds, for example in acoustic or electromagnetic or other conditions echo sounder systems known or have been proposed. The standing display is achieved by various known or proposed measures.
In those cases where you can work with a high solder sequence, such as B. is possible with the water plumbing in ge slight depth, the still image can be simple. by a circular indicator that is activated at the moment of the incoming echo.
In those cases, on the other hand, in which such a high soldering sequence is not possible, such as B. at great depths in the water or with air plumbing, and in particular when acoustically see air plumbing, the measuring mechanism cannot be used in this way to generate a standing image; but it can be provided in a known manner with a memory device through which the display device of the device is set.
In the case of known measuring mechanisms that are periodically returned to zero, there is a disadvantage that under certain circumstances, for example, if the soldering depth is shallow in the display position of the measuring mechanism, maintenance is required.
must, until the return of the measuring unit to the zero position is initiated. In the case of large soldering depths, the waiting time is bering in the display position, and the zero run-up time is also short; but the waiting time in the zero position until the new solder pulse is sent out is long.
However, since the measuring device has to be set up for a certain plumb range, up to now one had to take these superfluous starting times into account. This in turn results in a relatively slow lot t2 sequence.
The invention relates to an echo plumbing device with a vertical display, the tracery of which is actively returned to zero before each signal transmission, with which such waiting times for loss can be avoided and higher plumbing speeds can be achieved.
It is characterized by a delay relay which initiates the return of the tracery to the zero position and which is activated by the echo, whereby the display device of the device comes to the display position corresponding to the position of the tracer during the delay time of the relay. The delay time must therefore be sufficient, for example, so that a sluggish display device is set by electrical remote transmission from the tracery.
In the accompanying drawing, for example, an embodiment of the echo sounder display device according to the invention is provided.
In the exemplary embodiment, it is assumed that the tracery is a transit time meter which has a rotating magnet 42 rotating on a shaft 41 at a constant number of revolutions, opposite which a fixed magnet 43 is arranged. An armature disk 44 is fastened on an axially displaceable shaft 45 between the two magnets 42 and 43, which leave a small air gap between them.
On the shaft 45 of the armature disk 44 sits a heart disk 46, which sets a further armature disk 48 by means of a resiliently arranged engagement 47. As long as the heart disk 46 rotates, the armature disk -48 retains its position because it is held firmly by the magnet 49.
If the heart disk 46 has adjusted to the position commanded by the new plumbing, the magnet 49 is briefly de-energized and the armature disk 48 is under the action of the spring attached to it and the lever 47, not shown in detail in the figure turned to the corresponding position. Because when rotating the heart disk 46, the free end of the lever 47 is removed from the pivot point of the heart disk, the above-mentioned spring is tensioned.
So if the heart disk 46 stops and the magnet 49 is de-energized, the tension of the spring leads the armature disk to the heart disk 46 until the free end of the lever 47 is in the notch of the heart disk 46 again. If the fixed magnet 49 is excited, the armature disk 48 and thus another pointer 50 rigidly connected to the armature disk 48 are held in place. The pointer 50 can serve directly as a stationary display. However, it could also be controlled by a subsidiary device from the pointer 50 by an electrical remote transmission, for example a resistance transmitter.
The mass mechanism 42, 43, 44 is set in motion by a contact 51, which is opened briefly at the same time as the signal is transmitted. The signal is sent via a relay or. by the sound transmitter marked 52 in the drawing, which is operated by a cam:
Disk 53 is controlled, which etzes on a control shaft 54 rotating with a constant number of revolutions. The relays are not shown in the "signal transmission" position, but all in one position shortly before signal transmission. The magnet of the sound transmitter 52 has just been de-energized by the cam disk 53, so that the compressed air enclosed in an air chamber can exit through sound openings.
The signal is only transmitted when the air passes through these openings, not when the magnet of the sound transmitter 52 is de-excited. The relay 51 is therefore still closed. The relay 51 can be a pneumatic contact for example.
In addition to serving as a tracery circulation device with the shaft 45 is a second similar, serving as a delay relay of the circulation device is provided that a rotary magnet 55; which rotates on a shaft 56 with a constant number of revolutions, has a stationary magnet 57 and an armature disk 58 which is axially displaceable between the two magnets.
The delay time after which the shaft 45 begins again to be rotated into the zero position depends on the angle of rotation of the cam of the disc 64 from the position shown until the interruption: the contact 68. The circuit is made so that in At the same time as the incoming echo, the shaft 45 of the measuring mechanism is stopped and the shaft of the delay relay provided with the cam disks 63-65 is set in motion. This is done according to the exemplary embodiment from a grid-controlled electron tube 59, on whose grid the receiver is located.
As soon as the echo arrives, the tube 59 is temporarily blocked and the holding current of a relay 60 is interrupted. As a result, two contacts 61 and 62 fall off, of which the contact 61 serves to completely switch off the relay current of the relay 60, while the contact 62 switches off the rotary magnet 42 of the measuring mechanism on the one hand and the stationary magnet 57 of the delay relay.
As a result, the armature disk 44 of the measuring mechanism, which is attracted by the stationary magnet, comes to a standstill. The heart 46 then has a fixed position, the spring of the lever 4 7 is tensioned GE.
Since at the same time the holding magnet 49 is switched off from the voltage source by the con tact 62, the armature disk 48 is now tracked into the position corresponding to the heart 46 and the pointer 50 is set. On the other hand, the open contact 62 has the effect that the armature disk 58 ′ of the delay relay is released from the stationary magnet 57 and from the rotary magnet 55: is attracted and set into circulation.
The circuit of the standing magnet 57 is interrupted by the contact 62. The circuit of the rotary magnet 55 is closed;
the current flows from the positive pole of the voltage source via the closed contact 70, the closed contact 71, through the; Magnet 55 via the closed contact 74 to the negative pole of the voltage source. By the in; Armature disks 58 which are set in circulation are activated in sequence, the cam disks 63, 64 and 65.
The cam disk 63 first closes a contact 66 which connects the relay 60 via a resistor 67; iStrength creates and thus attracts.
This closes the contacts 61 and 62, whereby firstly the relay circuit of the relay 60 is closed again via the tube 59 and is ready to receive and secondly the holding magnet 49 is connected to voltage, and thereby the position. of the pointer 50 and the armature disk 48 secures.
Shortly thereafter, the cam disk 64 opens a contact 68 for a short time, which interrupts the circuit of the stationary magnet 43 of the measuring mechanism and thereby sets the armature 44, which is attracted by the rotary magnet 42, going again. The armature disk 44 circulates until a cam disk 69, which sits on the shaft of the armature disk 44,
a contact 70 lifts off and thereby the current -the rotating magnet 42 and the standing magnet <B> 577 </B> breaks. This takes place precisely at the moment of the zero crossing, so that the measuring mechanism is again at zero. In the meantime, the delay relay also switches itself off and automatically resets itself to zero. This is done in the following way:
A short time after the cam süheibe 64 sets the measuring mechanism in motion again and has thus initiated the return to the zero position, the cam disk 65 opens a contact 71 which switches off the rotary magnet 55.
During the time in which both magnets 55 and 57 of the delay relay are switched off, a heart 72 rigidly coupled to the armature disk 58 guides the armature disk 58 and, thus, the cam disks 63; 64 and 65 back to the zero position. The contact 70 is bridged by a contact 76, which is controlled by the cam 75, so that the rotary magnet 42 and the stationary magnet 57 are again excited.
The two contacts 70 and 76 are connected in parallel. The contact '70 interrupts in the zero position of the measuring mechanism. : Circuit of the rotary magnet th 42 and the standing magnet 5 7, until the control shaft 54 brings the cam disc 75 back into the position shown.
Since when the echo arrives the Stromkrem of the rotary magnet 42 must be interrupted, but the contact 70 is closed at this moment because the cam disk 69 does not occupy the position shown in the drawing, this circuit is interrupted by the contact 62 when the echo arrives.
In the zero position of the armature disk 44, a con tact 74 is opened by a cam disk 73 rigidly coupled to it, which breaks the circuit of the rotary magnet 55 of the delay relay, even after the cam disk 65 has been rotated through the heart 22 and thereby the contact 71 again has brought to close.
This has the effect that the armature disk 58 is attracted by the standing magnet 57 and is held in the zero position. The measuring mechanism and delay relay are now in the drawn zero position again and a new signal is triggered by the cam disk 53 after the shaft 54 has completed one revolution.
The waves 41 and 56 or all Wel len 41, 54 and 56 can be driven together. The cams 73 and 69 respectively. 63, 64 and 65 could each be combined into a single cam. The cam disks could also be replaced by equivalent control devices, for example induction contacts. Induction contacts are understood to be those that are controlled by induction.
For example, instead of the contacts 66 and 68, an electron tube can be provided, in whose grid circle an induction coil is switched on.
Instead of the cam disks 63 and 64, two permanent magnets are then arranged which, when they rotate in a certain position in the induction coil of the grid circle of the electron tubes, cause induction currents through which the operating point of the tubes is shifted, so depending on the The size of the C-grid bias in which the passage of current through these tubes is established or blocked.
Furthermore, it is not necessary to restrict oneself to the particular design of the delay relay, as shown in the exemplary embodiment. Any desired delay relay could be used, the delay time of which is dimensioned in such a way that the stationary display can be set during this time. The delay relay could e.g. B. a known per se electrical tilting device that operates with a certain delay, included.
