Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass quer zu .der sich bildenden Stoffbahn mindestens ein Sammelbehälter angeordnet ist, in den der Stoff unter Druck derart ein tritt, :d.ass er im Sammelbehälter in beiden Längsrichtungen bewegt wird und in ihm eine Drehbewegung ausführt, so :dass er in demselben ;
Durch die Stutzen w können über Regel mittel x bei Gewichtsschwankungen, DuTch- sichts-, Färbungs- und Uimungssschwierig- keiten, Druckwasser oder entsprechende Stoffe in dien Sammelbehälter eingeführt werden. .Bei Phantasiemusterungen werden die den Effekt hervorrufenden;
infolge der Drehzahlschwankungen der Sieb wasserpumpe mit zuviel Wasser auf das Sieb und somit zu feucht in die Trockenpartie kommen, so scharf zu trocknen, dass der End- trockengehalt stimmt;
Machine for the production of paper, cardboard, cardboard, asbestos-cement and building boards as well as pulp from fibrous materials formed from wood, straw, rag, waste paper and similar materials. In the paper and cardboard production, the various fibers are broken down into semi-finished materials,
which are processed into pulp and fed to the long or cylinder mold machine for the actual sheet formation.
The sheet formation, characterized by transparency, strength and elongation, as well as uniform weight in length and width, depends on many factors. Many attempts have been made to influence the actual sheet formation on the machine.
Fittings in the material flow, such as damming laths, strips, perforated rotating cylinders, sieve and perforated plates, vibrating plate registers, sieve shaking, sieve gradient, sieve rise and the like did not lead to the hoped-for success.
Very special difficulties were shown at high velocities, at which a correspondingly high outflow velocity of the material flow is necessary. The leaf charge becomes uneven because of the transparency of what has been produced; Product is bad.
The invention relates to a machine for the production of paper, paperboard, cardboard, asbestos-cement and building boards as well as pulp from fibrous materials formed from wood, straw, rag, waste paper and similar materials.
The invention consists in that at least one collecting container is arranged transversely to the web of material that is being formed, into which the material enters under pressure in such a way that it is moved in both longitudinal directions in the collecting container and executes a rotary movement in it, as follows: that he in the same;
is well mixed, and that the substance exits the collecting container under pressure and is guided against baffles. The drawing shows examples of the blas.chine according to the invention.
1 and 2 show a Fourdrinier machine with a collecting container arranged inside a material box.
3 and 4 represent one with an outside of a fabric box angeord designated collecting container.
In FIG. 5, an embodiment is shown with upstream substance quantity and substance density regulation and with independent control of the additives through fine regulation of the dilution.
Fig. 6 shows a Fourdrinier machine using two 8-cylinder containers connected directly one behind the other for the highest working speeds and for the strongest sheet uptake with selective control of the fine regulation for the additives and with automatic control of the
Blade thickness.
In Fig. 7 the machine is shown as a cylinder mold machine with automatic Steue tion of the fine adjustment for the additives.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, the substance flows from the open pressure vessel a to the closed pressure vessel b in the middle, possibly also from the front sides, and flows out.
here from a collecting container e arranged transversely to the calibrating material web in a material box h through several lines c via 1 regulating means d so that the material is distributed in a horizontal direction from one inflow to the other,
So in both LämbrnsTichstungen the Bahätlers e flows, whereby it executes a circular movement, da.
it is introduced into the container e in the tangential direction. This circular movement and the longitudinal movement result in a good mixture in the container e. The substance enters the collecting container e under pressure.
The outflow from the, 3 ammel- container e after the material box h occurs through the holes or slits f, which are arranged at intervals across the entire width of the material web. The substance emerges from container e under pressure.
Here, the material is guided against one or more baffle surfaces g formed by projections, and the fibers are thereby forced to flow in all directions.
The baffles could also be formed by the box wall itself. The fiber stream moves upwards in the fabric box h and over the wedge i, infeed table k and screen leather l to the batten m, which consists of a single piece, and which determines the sheet thickness. Depending on the type of fabric, the stowage lath m is pulled up so far
that it no longer affects the material flow. Since the fiber stream flows very smoothly and does not carry any foam, it is often not necessary to use it. The fiber stream flows over the screen leather l over the endless screen n, ,
that takes him. The wire n moves around the breast roll o over the screen table p around the register rolls q, where sheet formation and dewatering begins. If the; sieve table p is removed, drainage begins after the sieve leather 1.
The fabric box h can, depending on the type of fabric, be shaken in the axial direction, where the nature of the fabric can be adapted within wide limits through the treatment.
For this purpose, the material box h is mounted on rocker arms r, which are held in a vertical position by springs s.
The springs s tensioned by the turnbuckles t have an elastic and shock-absorbing effect on the shaker rod u. The deflection of the rocker arm causes a slight vertical movement. The stroke length and the number of shakes can be regulated within wide limits.
The shaking mechanism is very relieved by the small masses that have to be moved and by the shock-absorbing effect of the springs. The previously known shaking mechanism for the wire section can be shut down in many cases.
The fabric box h and. the inlet odor k are elastically connected by a rubber blanket v. The lines c are elastic.
Through the connection w, pressure water or corresponding substances can be introduced into the collecting container via rule means x in the event of weight fluctuations, transparency, color and color difficulties. In the case of fantasy patterns, those that cause the effect are;
Paints or other substances also added through the connection piece via control means x . The nozzles u> are distributed at any point on the collecting container e according to the respective purpose. This means that advertising, packaging, wallpaper boxes and securities are produced on the machine.
This also applies to asbestos cement and building boards, which are to be provided with appropriate patterns on the machine or have other additives in order to be used as wall and floor coverings for residential and business premises .
During the production of: Halbs: substances of all kinds are added through the connection w via: the control means x detergents and lead agents: to the Faaenetoffstrom in the, collection container e. In general, air, gases, hot warmer, steam or the g1. under higher pressure than that of the main stream of material are added.
With increasing screen width, the performance and the speeds of the machine increase and the required pressure can be generated by one or more pumps :.
A corresponding embodiment is shown schematically in FIGS. 3 and 4, for example, with a closed line a being provided instead of the open pressure vessel. In addition, the collecting container e is placed outside the material box, so that the masses to be moved are smaller.
The mode of operation is as follows: The fiber stream is fed from a pump (not shown) in a line a to the pressure vessel b in the middle or from at the end faces.
From this, the fiber flow passes through: the lines c via regulating means d under pressure into the collecting container e, where it again moves in both longitudinal directions and through, sets the tangential inflow in rotary movements and, mixed becomes.
The outlet of the stream of material from the collecting container e it follows under pressure via Reguhermittel di and line y after the material box h. At the outlet ends of the substance outlet lines y, nozzle bodies z are arranged which have nozzle openings at the side, in such a way that the fiber flow arrives.
the front surfaces of the nozzle bodies z, which form the baffle surfaces, and: emerges from each nozzle body like a wind in the fabric box below the surface of the fabric. The mentioned additions .in @d: em collecting tank e are also made through the lines w via regulating means x.
Otherwise the way of working is the same as with Flg. 1 and 2 described.
For special types of material, it is advantageous to combine the two types of execution by providing a collecting container e inside the material box h (finger 1), which is connected to a further collecting container e outside the material box h (Fig . 3 ) is followed. This creates a particularly strong amalgamation: of the fibers:
under .self as well as with aden possible .additives and a sure destruction of all patches and flocks: achieved.
Fig. 5 shows an embodiment designed as a Fourdrinier machine:: represents, on which, the most diverse paper and garnish trunks and the different types can be worked, with,
The long sieve and the collecting container are preceded by a stock quantity and stock density regulator h, s, to which the entire fiber flow and more is fed and which, the @ aT.balancing, the additives automatically.
The method of operation is as follows: From the D: pressure container b: the material flow is fed under pressure via lines c to the collecting container e arranged outside a material box and there is moved transversely from one inflow to the other,
thus moved in both longitudinal directions and rotated by the tangential inlet and: gemns @ cht. The outlet of the iS'toffstrom takes place under pressure through the lines; y and over the nozzles z scar. , the fabric box h ,, d:
he belongs to the substance quantity and substance density regulator h, s and works as follows; In the box h, a sieve cylinder S rotates, through whose sieve, depending on the desired consistency, part of the sieve water flows off. The amount of substance is regulated by adding more substance than is required for the respective product.
The excess material is discharged via the adjustable overflow Ü and transferred to a circuit that feeds the excess material back upstream of the regulator h, s. This means that the stock level remains constant despite fluctuations in the inflow.
The height of the water level inside the Siebzylin S is, according to the desired water removal. set, whereby the fabric density and the amount of substance at outlet A is kept constant.
If the weight of the paper or cardboard or the lubricant, gkeit.cgra.d is changed, the overflow edges tt and A are adjusted accordingly. The fiber stream enters the pressure vessel b via the outlet edge A and flows through the in width in.
Spaced nozzle the collecting container e, due to the difference in height of the material surface unrter pressure, where it is moved transversely, swirled and mixed.
The outflow of the fiber stream occurs through the difference in height of the fabric level under pressure through the openings or slots f, whereby the fiber stream is guided to generate an impact effect against the wall of the fabric box hl that forms the impact surfaces and thereby the fibers are mixed up and mixed evenly distributed in the suspension.
The fiber flow can also be directed against pra.llflä@chen formed by special parts.
The infeed table is designed here as a fabric box h, so that the belted fiber mixture reaches the sieve by the shortest route, in which it is on both sides of the collecting container e,
rises and exits under the baffle m after the sieve n. The wire n is guided around the breast roll o. The same is set up for axial shaking and is supported on the rocker arms r, which are held in a vertical position with springs and turnbuckles,
as shown in Figs.
The final dryness of the material web machine for paper and the like depends not only on the dilution of the material flow, but also on the performance of the screen,
the press and the dryer section as well as the degree of greasiness of the fabric. In addition, fluctuations in the pump speed result in uneven fiber suspensions. These fluctuations are according to the present:
State of the art attempts to compensate for the fact that the material web is guided over an impulse roller (not shown) of any construction which, depending on the moisture content of the material web, controls a throttle valve in the steam supply in the drying section of the machine, not shown. But it can not be the task of a dry part, too moist panels that z. B.
As a result of the fluctuations in the speed of the wire water pump, too much water comes onto the wire and thus too moist in the dryer section, dry so sharply that the final dryness content is correct;
because the dryer section does not react as quickly as the pump speed could change, so that this type of regulation causes the former to remain in a permanent state of suspension, which is more damaging than good to the paper through over-drying.
This is reduced here by the fact that the fine adjustments of the additives through the lines w are automatically controlled via regulating means x by the impulse roller, not shown,
via which the fabric web is guided at any point in the manufacturing process and which receives its impulses from the fabric web, actuates the level means x electrically or mechanically using levers H and H and control rods St and St. The control organs are designed so
that the control means x is controlled together or on one or both sides and in the middle of the web of material or each individual control means x is controlled individually, depending on the moisture content seen across the width of the paper web.
The pulse generators for the i control rod are located on one or both sides of the machine.
This mechanizes the management of the Lan @ gsieb-mascUine and considerably relieves Jas Masehinen's staff.
FIG. 6 shows a fourdrinier wire mesh, for example and schematically for the greatest possible working speeds or for the greatest possible load. The material quantity and material thickness regulator can be arranged on the side or above the fourdrinier machine.
The working cycle is as follows: The material flow flows through one or more adjacent lines a from below or from above into the pressure vessel b. From this it flows under relatively high pressure through the lines c, which are spaced apart, into the collecting container e1, where it is moved transversely, whirled and mixed.
From this, the fiber stream emerges under pressure through the spaced openings f and occurs on the wall of the material box h, which forms the baffle surfaces, whereby the fibers are swirled around in all directions.
In order to increase the effect at high consistency or at high speeds, two collecting tanks are connected in series. This is achieved in that the material box h1 is closed with a hinged cover D and is thus designed to be a collecting container located outside a material box.
At the "substance exit point" there is an exchangeable plate P which is provided with the same or similar substance exit openings f "as" in the case of the collecting container e.
The fiber flow occurs .durrch, the openings f arranged at intervals in the plate P, under relatively moderately high pressure and hits the baffle bar m serving as a baffle.
As a result, the fibers are thoroughly mixed again shortly before they hit the sieve. The baffle na consists of a single piece because the intensive mixing of the fibers means that it is not necessary to split it or bend it in a wave-like manner.
Because the plate P can be exchanged for plates with different openings, the effect of the fiber mixing is adapted to the character of the material, so that different types of material can be processed on the same machine. For fibreboard and cardboard z. B. be worked with high density and strong casserole, while printing paper with low density, but in large quantities ge must be placed on the screen. At speeds of 300 to 600 m per minute, sieving speeds of 5 to 10 m per second occur, which is why fluctuations in weight and quantity have such an impact that perfect work cannot be achieved without automatic control.
For this purpose, the flow regulating the baffle bar is automatically controlled in any construction by a pulse roller, not shown, with the baffle bar m on mechanical or elec trical way by lever Hz and rack Z is raised and lowered. The baffle m thus compensates for fluctuations in the inflow.
The additives used to compensate for the dryness fluctuations in the web of material, which are introduced via the lines w and the regulating means x, are also automatically regulated by a non-illustrated pulse roller of any construction on a mechanical or electrical path via lever H and control rod St, with the Control is designed so that each regulatory agent can be influenced independently of the others. However, it can also act jointly on all control means x or only on one or both sides or those in the middle, depending on the pulse of the impulse roller.
Another combination, not shown, for special papers such. B. banknotes, spinning, sackcloth and emery paper is, as a Fourdrinier machine, the following: The fabric box h (Fig. 1) or hl (Fig. 5 and 6) is supported on supports and the breast roll o on supports. Since both are shakable in the axial direction. The direction in which the two parts move is the same or opposite.
Furthermore, the number of shakes in a certain unit of time are the same, or one part is shaken faster, the other slower, the number of shaking movements of the fabric box and breast roller can be set independently.
The examples, insofar as they are designed as Fourdrinier machines, can therefore be used for all papers, cardboard boxes, etc. and for all speeds, either by simply installing additional parts as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 or by an expansion conversion as shown in FIG. 5 or 6.
Fig. 7 shows the machine as a round screening machine, in which the fiber flow is fed through at least one collecting container to the round screen box with a cylinder mold arranged therein, and in which the fine adjustment of the additives is actively controlled.
The method of operation is as follows: From the pressure vessel b, the substance is fed under pressure through the lines c to the collecting vessel e arranged within a cylinder sieve box h, where it is moved from one inflow to the other in both longitudinal directions, as well as being set in a rotary movement by the tangential inflow thus mixed up and mixed up.
The outflow of the substance stream from the collecting container e also takes place under pressure through the substance outflow openings f and hits baffles g, which are formed by the wall of the substance box h, whereby the fibers are distributed in all directions.
The fiber flow rises on both longitudinal sides of the rotating screen cylinder Z upwards, namely on the immersion side of the same against the direction of rotation (countercurrent) and on the exit side of the screen cylinder Z with the direction of rotation (cocurrent). As a result, the material flow flows in one and the same box h, both in cocurrent and in countercurrent to the sieve of cylinder Z.
For this purpose, two separate round sieves were previously required, because it was previously only possible to work either according to the cocurrent or only to the countercurrent principle. The arrangement of FIG. 7 is therefore particularly advantageous for good fiber distribution. The lowering of the water level inside the screen cylinder Z creates an overpressure in the material box h with which the water is pressed through the screen cylinder Z, whereby the fibers stick to the screen of the screen cylinder Z and a perfect sheet of material is formed.
The water that has passed through the sieve is discharged at one or both end faces of the Z Siebzylin. The felt F takes the fabric sheet formed by the roller W from the sieve. Here, the roller GII 'is wrapped with felt or provided with a soft rubber coating.
Liquids, air, gases, vapors, chemicals, paints and the like, depending on the width of the fabric web, are supplied to the collecting containers under higher pressure than that of the main flow of material through one or more pipes 2v via regulating means guided. In order to compensate for fluctuations in the inflow of the fiber stream, the fabric web is guided over a pulse roller, not shown.
The impulses of this roller are transmitted mechanically or electrically and, for example, the lever H is moved by the control rod St in such a way that the regulating means x opens or closes more. Here, the pulses are transmitted jointly to all control means x or only on one or both sides or only in the middle or to each control means x, depending on the pulse of the pulse roller indicating this.
This affects the strength of the fabric or the moisture of the same or both. The thinnest papers and the strongest cardboard boxes can be processed on this cylinder mold machine without significant weight fluctuations in the length and width of the web, thus achieving the highest levels of quality and quantity i ;; earth.
