Ultrakurzwellenanordnung.

Ultra-short wave arrangement. An ultrashort wave arrangement is already known which contains a vibrating bowl with an inner conductor interrupted approximately in the middle and a tube connected in a three-point circuit. In terms of alternating current, the anode and grid are connected directly to the opposite ends of the inner conductor parts.
According to the present invention, the interruption point is capacitively divided by one or more intermediate plates. and the anode and grid of the tube are connected to two assignments whose mutual operating capacity is large compared to the operating capacity of the point of interruption. In this way it can be achieved that the tube is only loosely coupled to the vibrating bowl and changes in the tube impedance as a result of changes in the operating voltages or the tube properties have a much smaller effect on the working wavelength. So there is a frequency stabilization.
For example, in the case of a vibrating bowl with two inner conductor parts of approximately the same size, two symmetrically arranged intermediate plates are provided, via which the direct voltage supplies to the grid and anode are preferably carried out through the hollow inner conductor. These inner conductor parts can be designed as tunable Lecher lines with these direct voltage leads and can be tuned differently in such a way that the feedback conditions are bad for the interference waves that could develop via the Lecher lines.
This avoids that the whole arrangement sways in a wrong (and indeed longer) wave.

An embodiment of the invention is shown in the figure. The cylindrical vibrating bowl T has two equally large, hollow inner conductor parts II and 1, and on the outer conductor the coaxial, tunable Le-Cher line Lh for the cathode feed-through of the tube II. Between the ends of the inner conductors are two plates P, and P .; arranged and fastened to the outer conductor of the pot, for example by means of insulating supports.
The distance between the plates from one another and from the ends of the inner conductor is chosen so that the operating capacity between the plates is approximately three times the operating capacity of the interruption point. The plates are connected to the anode and grid of the tube t. With this voltage distribution, the tube is only loosely coupled to the vibrating bowl, so that changes in its internal impedance as a result of changes in the operating conditions or tube properties have only a small effect on the working wavelength.
The DC voltage is fed to the anode and grid via the plates P 1, P, and via conductors i, and i, arranged coaxially inside the hollow inner conductor. The inner conductors i, and i, continue to the outside in the pipelines (same characteristic impedance) L, and L2 connected via the capacitors C, and C, (for the purpose of blocking direct voltage). The two Lecher lines L 1, L formed by 1, and i_ on the one hand and 1, and i, on the other hand, are matched differently in this way. that the feedback conditions are bad for the long interfering wave that could develop over these dummy lines.
Furthermore, the dimensioning must be done in such a way that the input resistances of the two lines for the setpoint frequency are large compared to the capacitive resistances between the inner conductor and the intermediate plates P, respectively. P, are. This is achieved by the fact that the length 1, the one Lecher line is equal to i. '. the length l.> of the other Lecher line is equal to 3/4 of the working wavelength.
In the outer conductor of the pot, two precisely fitting annular disks S and S are arranged in two planes perpendicular to the pot axis. This not only allows you to change the tuning of the pot, but also to change the distribution of the alternating voltage between the grid and anode with respect to the cathode when you move it while maintaining the distance, thus setting the optimum of the feedback.
Of course, it is also possible to move the pot as a whole in relation to the inner conductors of the tube and the fixed cathode lead-through, whereby the ring plates .V, and S, can be omitted. The pot must then of course have a slot on the side for the cathode lead-through.
