Device for clamping and pressing of clamping pieces on parts provided with a conical seat. The invention relates to a device for clamping and from pressing provided with a conical seat clamping pieces provided with a conical seat parts, in particular on the spindle heads of machine tools, with means of union nut, with one of the seats GE called fully conical and the other is hollow conical .
It is known to fasten tools in various wrinkled ways on work spindles of machine tools, be it with a conical seat and tightening wedge, with a conical seat and the tightening screw going through the spindle, with a union nut or with differential threads. To press from clamping pieces with a conical seat, it is known to use puller bars. The attachment of chucks to machine tools has been done in the usual way with the help of screws, where for centering inner or outer taper on the chuck or on an intermediate flange that is connected to the chuck and the spindle flange by screws are provided .
Screws that hold the conical mandrel of the cutter heads in a bore in the spindle head are also used to fasten tools to milling machines. These types of attachment are often inappropriate.
The present invention aims at the easy and secure clamping of clamping pieces such as tools, dome flanges, tool carriers or the like with a conical seat with a slight pressure from these clamping pieces to ver some and to achieve the centering of the clamping pieces without further aids.
The invention consists in the fact that the union nut is limited in its longitudinal movement with its annular end wall on the part provided with a fully conical seat between two stops and a longitudinally displaceable inner ring secured against rotation is provided which engages in the internal thread of the union nut,
wherein the union nut engages with its internal thread on the part having the conical seat having the hollow conical seat during the tightening process and resting against the part having the conical seat is disengaged by rotation of the inner ring axially against the hollow conical seat having part presses.
In the known union nuts for clamping tools or the like on shafts, in order to be able to use the union nut for pushing off, it is necessary to place it in the outer end position remote from the tool; still to be kept in engagement with at least a few thread turns of the clamping piece, since this causes the push-off when the union nut is further twisted.
However, this has the disadvantage that on the one hand the Aufspanüstück unsatisfied pushed onto the shaft and therefore difficult to be gripped centrally by the union nut, and on the other hand a longer union nut and threaded hub is required for the Aufspanüstück.
The invention allows the significant advantage that the clamping piece can be inserted into the counter cone without hindrance by the Vorrich device with the acceleration required for a centric seat to a tight fit, whereupon the nut is pushed on for the purpose of tightening and without further ado The thread of the clamping piece is recorded centrally, with a more compact design also being achievable.
Another significant advantage is that the device according to the invention can be used quite generally both for the connection of a piece to be clamped with a hollow part and with a fully conical part. In addition to being used for clamping pieces such as tools with a fully conical mandrel, it is also suitable - and this is the vast majority - for all clamping devices with a hollow cone such as face plates, three-jaw chucks.
Furthermore, it is possible with the device according to the invention to use standard tools; they are only to see ver with, for example, two grooves and two rings as stops for the nut and a guide pin to prevent rotation of the threaded ring. The device also allows the transmission of large torques between the to be connected, for. B. with keyway connections, between the solid and hollow cone provided heavy, possibly hook on the crane parts to be supplied. The device according to the invention is also characterized by its simple design and low manufacturing costs; it can be designed so that all essential union parts can be produced by machining on the lathe.
The threaded part between the union nut and the inner ring expediently has a smaller pitch than the threaded part between the union nut and the clamping piece, in order to reduce the force required for pressing.
Exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown partially in section in the drawing. Fig. 1 shows the first example in connection with a drive screw that sits on a conical stub shaft in the open position, Fig. 2 the same example as Fig. 1, but the drive plate in the pressed-off state, Fig.
3 shows the axial end of a tool carrier with a conical seat in a shaft, namely the bore of a working spindle, using the same clamping and pushing device as in Fig. 1 and 2, and Fig. 4 shows an example with a reduction of a thread.
According to Fig. 1 and 2, the driver plate 1, which forms the clamping piece and the hub 2 of which is provided with a thread, sits on the conical stump of the shaft 3, on which the clamping piece 1 is to be clamped and pressed off. With the hub thread, the thread of a union nut 4 cooperates, the wall with its annular end 20 between which form the stops. Edge rings 5 and 6 is limited in their axial movement. The rings 5, 6 are arranged on the part 3 having the fully conical seat.
Inside the union nut 4, a thread-having inner ring 7 is housed, which engages in the internal thread of the union nut, so engages around the shaft 3 and eats on her axially slidable ver and secured by the pin 8 against rotation. 9 with a wedge is marked, which is provided so that the clamping piece can not turn ver even under strong stress or vibration.
If the drive plate 1 is to be clamped up, it is pushed with its hollow seat on the fully conical seat of the shaft 3, with the nut is in the left end position, then the nut 4 is pushed and screwed on, with the hub thread easily immediately recorded centrically because the disc 1 is seated well. As soon as the union nut strikes against the flange ring 5 and is turned further, it causes the drive plate 1 to be clamped firmly on the shaft 3.
For the purpose of pressing the driver disc 1, the nut 4 is counteracted by turning. the flange ring 6 moved, the threads of the union nut 4 and the hub 2 of the drive plate 1 disengaging and, as Fig. 2 shows, when the nut is further rotated, the threaded ring 7 is now moved axially against the hub 2 of the drive plate and pressed , since the union nut lying on the rim 6 rotates in place. In this way, the drive plate is pressed off by the inner ring 7.
During the tightening process, the inner ring remains ineffective, while during the pressing process it emerges from the thread of the union nut and thereby causes the drive plate, the tool or the like to loosen from the shaft.
According to Fig. 3, the clamping and releasing device is the same as described in the preceding, but with an inverted union nut 4 and inner ring 7; the union nut 4 sits between the flange rings 5 and 6 on the axis of a tool carrier 9, and the shaft or work spindle 3 on which the Trä ger 9 is to be clamped or pressed is provided with the thread that corresponds to that of the union nut 4 cooperates. The process of clamping and pressing is the same as that described in connection with Figs.
Fig. 4 shows an example in which the thread 7 'between the union nut and the inner ring has a smaller pitch than the thread 2' between the union nut and the clamping piece, in order to reduce the amount of force required to push off. Accordingly, the union nut 4 is equipped with two associated threaded parts. The ratio of the pitches is approximately 1: 2.
The device according to the invention can also be used for similar purposes, for example for tightening and pressing off bearing bushes with a conical seat, which means that only a single setting process is necessary in contrast to the multiple setting processes previously required from both sides of the bushes.
