Control device for phase adjustment for driving magnets of induction devices.
Patent No. 212881 describes a control device for phase adjustment for drive magnets of induction measuring devices with a short-circuit winding enclosing at least part of the drive magnet path, in which in the area of the short-circuit winding the flux path of the drive magnet into a main drive path and in an auxiliary drive path with controllable magnetic resistance is divided.
According to the invention, the main drive path or the auxiliary drive path consists at least partially of a heat alloy.
The invention will be explained in more detail using the example shown in the drawing.
1 is the main current magnet of an induction meter with winding 2. 1. is one, 11 the other parallel path. The magnetic resistance of the path 11 can be regulated because the path part 11 can be moved relative to the magnetic core 1, for example into the position 110. 3 is an eight-connected circuit winding whose lower loop 31 loops around path 10 and whose upper loop 32 loops around path 11. One path 10 has inserts 100 made of a heat alloy, that is to say made of a material whose magnetic conductivity changes more than that of the rest of the core 1 as a function of the temperature.
Instead, the path part 11 can also consist entirely or partially of a thermal alloy.
Since the magnetic conductivity of the thermal alloy changes as a function of the temperature, the distribution of the lines of force on the two paths 10, 11 also changes. Depending on the setting of the magnetic resistance of the path 11, the change caused by the thermal alloy results. Due to the flux distribution, a weaker or more pronounced volatility of the flux due to the secondary winding and thus a more or less large phase lead or lag. By adjusting the path part 11, the counter can now be adjusted in the simplest manner so that the temperature influence on the so-called internal deviation of the counter is compensated.
As is known, internal balancing is understood to mean the phase shift between the current and voltage drive flux when the current and voltage are in phase. It is 90 for active consumption meters, for example. The influence of temperature on the size of the torque respectively. Braking torque can be compensated for by other known means, for example by attaching a heat alloy to the brake magnet.
The invention offers the advantage that when calibrating the meter, excellent independence of the meter information from the room temperature can be achieved.
