Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Azofarbstoffes.       Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Azofarb-          stoffes,    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die       Diazoverbindung    von     2-Chlor-4-nitro-l-amino-          benzol    mit     a-Phenylamino-iso-buttersäure-          glykolester    vereinigt.  



  Der so     erhaltene    Farbstoff färbt Acetat  seide in klaren,     rotstichig    orangen Farbtönen  von sehr guter Lichtechtheit.    <I>Beispiel:</I>    172 Teile     2-Chlor-4-nitro-l-aminobenzol     werden     diazotiert    und die     Diazolösung    mit  223 Teilen     a-Phenylamino-iso-buttersäure-          glykolester,    gelöst in etwa 250     Teilen    kon  zentrierter Salzsäure und 2000 Teilen Was  ser, gekuppelt.

   Die     Kuppelung    beginnt so  fort und wird durch langsames     Zutropfen            einer    wässerigen     Natriumacetatlösung    bis zur  neutralen Reaktion auf Kongopapier zu  Ende geführt. Der erhaltene Farbstoff wird  abgesaugt, nachgewaschen und getrocknet.
