Boite de montre savonnette. L'invention a pour objet une boîte de montre savonnette, plus particulièrement, mais non exclusivement pour montres- bracelets savonnettes.
Cette boîte comprend une carrure, une lunette et un couvercle à secret.
Dans: la boîte de montre savonnette de construction habituelle, le levier et la tête de secret sont assujettis tous deux à la car rure. Cette disposition n'offre aucun incon vénient dans les boîtes, de grands et moyens formats. Il n'en est pas de même dans les boîtes savonnettes pour montres-bracelets, montres-bijoux et autres montres de petits formats. Dans ce cas, la mise en boîte du mouvement est fort malaisée, à cause du bec saillant de, la tête de secret, bec qui oblige l'emboîteur de faire passer la tige de remon toir sous. ce bec en inclinant le mouvement et en forçant plus ou moins pour le loger dans la carrure.
Or, en emboîtant de cette façon de très petits mouvements de montres, il se produit fréquemment une rupture de, l'axe ou une déformation de la serge du balancier, vu que le bord de celui-ci arrive généralement presque à fleur du contour de la platine.
Dans la boîte de montre savonnette selon l'invention, l'inconvénient susmentionné a été évité par le fait que le levier de secret et la tête de secret sont assujettis, le premier à la carrure, et l'autre à la lunette.
Ce montage offre en effet la possibilité d'utiliser, comme tête de secret, un ressort formé par une simple lame d'acier droite, lame qui peut être aisément fixée à l'inté rieur de la lunette, de manière que son bec de croehement, peu saillant, n'empiète pas sur la carrure, mais soit orienté vers le couvercle relié à la lunette par une charnière.
Le dessin annexé montre, à titre d'exem ple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'in vention.
La fig. 1 représente une boîte savonnette de forme rectangulaire, vue en coupe trans versale; la fig. 2 en montre une coupe longitudi nale suivant la ligne II-II de la fig. 1; la fi-. 3 représente due coupe longitudi nale suivant la ligne III-III de la fi-. 1.
La boîte comprend une calotte 4 formant la carrure et le fond. Sur chacun des petits côtés de la, carrure est prévu un cran 5: sur, ces crans est crochée une lunette 6 portant la ,"lace de protection 7.<B>A</B> la. lunette 6 est arti culé, par une charnière 9, le couvercle 8 re présenté ouvert en fi-. 1. Cette tête de secret est formée par une lame d'acier droite dont les extrémités sont assujetties en 16, à l'intérieur de la:
lu nette 6, de manière que sa partie médiane, comprenant le bec 14, fasse ressort et puisse fléchir lorsque la, tête de secret coopère avec l'encoche 17 du couvercle. respectivement avec le tube 18 d'un poussoir 19 monté dans la couronne de remontoir ?0. A cet effet, la partie médiane de la. tête de secret s'appuie contre le tube 18 du poussoir 19 et possède une échancrure 21 livrant passage à. la tire de remontoir 22, le bec 14 de ladite tète de secret étant engagé avec du jeu, dans un pas sage 23 de la lunette 6.
Le couvercle 8 étant fermé, il suffit d'exercer une pression sur le poussoir 19 pour due la tête de secret 115 soit repoussée et que son bec 14 libère le couvercle qui, dès lors, s'ouvre sous l'action du levier de secret 10.
Il est à remarquer que l'emboîtage du mouvement de montre ?4 n'est nullement gèné par les, organes de secret, car ce mou vement, t# compris la couronne 2C? et le pous soir 19, est d'abord introduit dans la calotte 4, puis la lunette 6 supportant 1a. tête de se cret 15 est ajustée sur la calotte 4, de manière que la tige de remontoir ?? s'engage dans l'échancrure ?1 de la tête de secret..
