Selbstverkäufer für Elektrizität, Gas oder dergleichen. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Selbst verkäufer für Elektrizität, Gasoder der gleichen Verbrauchsmittel, bei denen auch nach dem Aufbrauchen des eingeworfenen Münzvorrates das Vorgabewerk, beispiels weise durch ein Zeitwerk, aus dem Gut habenbereich in den Schuldenbereich, nach vorheriger Auslösung des Verbrauchsmittel- absperrorganes;
Self-sellers for electricity, gas or the like. The invention relates to self-sellers for electricity, gas or the same consumables, in which, even after the inserted coin supply has been used up, the default work, for example by a timer, from the goods area to the debt area, after previous triggering of the consumables shut-off device;
For example, an electrical switch, is moved by a holding device that has been brought into the release position by the default setting and from which electricity, gas or the like can be withdrawn even in the debt area by inserting a coin, but only for a fraction of the coin value.
With the known. Embodiment of such a self-seller for electricity are two holding devices IN ANY. The one holding device, which example consists of a cam disk, is with the so-called default work. the other holding device is connected to the counter or also to the timer and consists of a gearwheel.
The first holding device is only able to hold in the closed position the switch which has been brought into the closed position by the coin mechanism but is moving from this position into the open position if there is credit. In the zero position (release position) and in the debt area on the other hand, it releases the switch. The scarf ter can hold on to the second Haltevor direction until the counter has rotated this holding device by one or more teeth.
If a coin is inserted in the debt area without the default value getting into the credit area, then the counter is temporarily held in the closed position by the second holding device and only after a certain time has elapsed: or after a certain amount has been removed; opened again only a fraction of the coin value corresponding amount of electricity. But this time and this amount of electricity depend essentially on it; which position the second holding device is taking when the coins are being introduced.
Now, however, it is desirable that this time or consumption resource, for example the amount of electricity, is independent of when a coin is smuggled into the debt area. A coin inserted in this area should contain a very specific amount of consumables. correspond to a very specific holding time.
According to the invention, this object is achieved in that a one-sided idle gear is switched on between the Haltevor direction of the consumable shut-off device, for example the switch, and one of the preceding, that is, the parts of the self-seller transmission that influence this, which a counterforce, for example a spring, seeks to compensate, and that the holding device against rotation beyond the release position is blocked by stops after the debt area, and that furthermore with a reciprocating part of the coin mechanism, preferably with the device driven by it for closing the shut-off element,
a switching element is connected to the device, when it is in the release position when it is in the release position, moves the holding device and that this is held in this position by a lock that hezw after removal of a certain amount of consumables. is triggered after a certain time, with the result that the switching element returns to its starting position and the Haltevorrich device with the opening of the shut-off device in its release position.
Under certain circumstances, it is desirable that this amount of consumables and this time is greater, the more coins are thrown denbereich in the school.
The aim is to alleviate the hardship that this type of self-sellers brings with it when no coins have been inserted for a long time because the consumables have not been taken and the Zeitwerk has turned the default work far back into the debt area, by the consumer the possibility is given to temporarily withdraw consumables, for example electricity, even without immediate payment of the entire debt, and the more the more coins he throws in.
On the other hand, the consumer should be encouraged to pay his debts in full as soon as possible because he only receives a fraction of the coin value of consumables, for example electricity, for the inserted coins in the debt area (high electricity price), because this is the only way he can receives the full equivalent for each coin (low electricity price).
In the drawing, an embodiment example of the invention for electricity is provided that solves the latter object. The shaft 1 is driven in the direction of the arrow jointly by a counter and a timer and actuated in the direction of the arrow the first part 2 of the differential gear D. The second part 3 is in the opposite sense when smuggling coins through the mint 4 rotated. The third part 5, the; Default shaft is connected to the crank 6. The release disk 7 for the holding device of the shut-off element, which is here the switch, is arranged coaxially with the shaft 5.
The disc has a cutout 8 in a known manner, which controls a holding lever for the switch in the drawn release position of the disc such that the switch is opened. Since such switch gear for self-sellers are known several times before; should they not be explained and represented here in more detail. The release disk 7 is not directly connected to the shaft 5, but there is only a one-sided non-positive connection, which comes about because the spring 9 pushes a crank 10 seated on the disk 7 against the crank 6: the disk 7 also has a stop 11, which is in the drawn release position against.den fixed stop 12.
As a result, the release disc cannot be rotated from the release position to the debt area, but the default shaft 5 can rotate due to the one-sided idle gear to this area, whereby the crank 6 lifts off the crank 10 and the spring 9 tensions more strongly . After the credit side to, that is, in the direction of rotation .des part 3, the disk 7 is carried along by the default shaft 5 by means of the crank 6.
The coin mechanism 4 is connected via gears to the ratchet wheel 13 with which the pawl 14 cooperates. It. sits loosely on the shaft 15, which is connected to the default shaft 5 by gears and carries the ratchet wheel 16 with which the pawl 17 cooperates.
The pawls 14 and 17 sit on a common axis 18 which is fastened to the part 19. A spring 20 seeks to rotate this part in the direction of the arrow. The part 19 is provided with a control finger 21 for the pawl 22, which is mounted on the stop 12 and influenced by a spring 23 in the direction of the arrow. The pawl 22, together with the part 24, forms a lock. In the locked position, the part 24 is located to the right of the nose 25 of the pawl 22.
The part 24 is attached to a switching element formed by pins and slots 26, which is seen in the area of parts 11 and 12 with a horny 27 and in the area of the control finger 28 attached to the pawl 17 with a beveled control flank 29. In a slot 30 of the switching member 26, the finger 31 of an angle lever 32 engages, which a spring 33 urges into the gezeich designated position. An eccentric 34 connected to the coin mechanism 4 sets the lever 32 in a reciprocating motion when a coin is passed through.
The lever 32 can, as is customary in self-seller construction, be used to throw the switch striving into the open position into the closed position: The device works as follows: If it is in the position shown, then the switch is open and it cannot Electricity can be drawn. If a coin is inserted, the following movements are carried out.
From the coin mechanism 4, the crank 6 in the sense of the extended part 3 is. Rotated arrow, the disc 7 is in the same direction of rotation of the. Stop 12 a little way away. So it leaves its release position and reaches the holding area.
At the same time, the eccentric 34 causes the lever 32 to go back and forth. It throws the switch into the closed position in which it is held by means of the disk 7 in the manner customary for self-sellers. The lever 32 also causes the switching element 26 to go back and forth. This movement is ineffective because the parts 11 and 12 stand out from each other due to the rotation of the default shaft.
Furthermore, the ratchet wheel 13 is rotated in the direction of the arrow, the spring 20 seeks to push the pawl 14 in the same direction of rotation, the pawl 17 is also taken along. It slides on the inclined flank 29 and comes into engagement with the teeth of the ratchet wheel 16. Since this wheel itself rotates in the same direction as the wheel 13 due to the rotation of the shaft 5 in the direction of the solid arrow, the pawl 14 can follow the rotation of the wheel 13 unhindered.
Since, for reasons to be explained later, when a coin is sluiced in, the path of rotation of the wheel 1.3 is only a fraction of the path of rotation of 16, some of the teeth of the wheel 16 ratchet under the pawl 17 through.
. Because of the rotation of the part 19 in the direction of the arrow, the control finger 21 has lifted off the pawl 22. The switching member 26 is therefore able to see by means of the part 24 on the nose 25 after going down in the direction of the arrow. Holding the part 26 in the forward position is now, but as mentioned, ineffective because the stop 11 is lifted from the stop 12 and the wedge 27 pushes into the free space between the two stops.
After a certain time, resp. When only a fraction of the amount of electricity corresponding to the coin value has been removed, the shaft 1 has returned the part 19 to the position shown (in the direction of rotation of the dashed arrows) via parts 2, 5, 16, 17 and the control finger 21 has the pawl 22 moved out and thereby released part 24. Under the action of the spring 33, the switching element 26 now returns to the position shown and, by means of the finger 28, disengages the pawl 17 so that the wheel 16 can continue to rotate unhindered.
Over time, respectively. If the current is drawn further, by further turning the shaft 1 over the parts 2 and 5, the disk 7 is finally brought back into the tripping position shown. This opens the system switch and the consumer can no longer draw power for the time being.
The process is very similar if several coins are inserted instead of one in the position shown and the default mechanism is adjusted by a larger amount according to the credit side.
If no power is drawn for a long time and no coins are thrown in, the timer turns shaft 1 more and more in the direction of the arrow. About the part 2, the default shaft 5 and the crank 6 in the sense of the dashed arrows rotates more and more in the Sehulden area ge. The release disc 7 held by 11 and 12 cannot follow this rotation. It therefore stand out thanks to the one-sided idle under tension of the spring 9, the cranks 6 and 10 vonein other. The pawl 17 can not prevent the further rotation of the default mechanism on the debt side, since it has moved out.
If the device 15 to 34 were not available and a coin were now inserted in the school area, the self-seller's switch would not be able to hold in the closed position, since the disc 7 is in the release position shown. Only when so many coins are inserted that the default mechanism turns to the credit side and takes the disc 7 with it into the holding area would the switch remain closed.
So that the consumer is not compelled to reimburse the entire debt amount at once when drawing electricity, the device 15 to 34 is provided, which works as follows when a coin is introduced into the debt area. By means of the eccentric 34, the switching member 26 is moved in the direction of the arrow by means of the lever 32. The wedge 27 pushes between the stops 11, 12 and rotates the disk 7 a little way into the holding area against the force of the spring 9. As a result, the self-seller counter can remain in the closed position.
Since the parts 13 to 21 rotate in the direction of the solid arrows at the same time when the coins are sluiced in, the finger 21 is lifted off the pawl 22. The nose 25 can now grip the part 24 behind ter and hold the switching element 26 in the advanced position. The consumer can now draw electricity. After a certain time, respectively. if only a fraction of the amount of electricity corresponding to the coin value was taken, the wheel 16 has turned back so far in the sense of the dashed arrow that the control finger 21 moves the pawl 22 out.
As a result, the switching element 26 returns to the position shown, the wedge 27 is pulled out between the stops 11 and 12, the release disk 7 moves into the release position shown. The switch can no longer hold itself and is consequently opened. Since the system of the consumer is switched off. The consumer thus only received a fraction of the electricity equivalent for the coin inserted.
How large this fraction is depends on the transmission ratios between the coin mechanism 4 and the wheel 13 on the one hand, and between the specification shaft 5 and the wheel 16 on the other. If, for example, the consumer only receives a fifth of the amount of electricity he or she is otherwise entitled to when inserting a coin in the debt area, then whoever selects the transmission ratios so that when a coin is introduced, the wheel 13 rotates by the angle a / 6, if at the same time .Das wheel 16 moves around the angle a.
By changing the transmission ratio, the relevant fraction of the current equivalent can easily be adjusted.
If the consumer inserts several coins in the debt area without the default setting getting into the credit area, then each time a coin is inserted, part 19 moves one step with the arrow in the direction of the arrow. Bike 13 further. As a result, the control finger 21 moves farther and farther from the pawl 22. It then takes a correspondingly longer time, respectively. correspondingly more current can be drawn until the finger 21 hits the pawl 22 again.
