Elektrowickler.
Man hat nur dafür zu sorgen, dass eine Vergrösserung des Gesamt stromes im Shunt f beiden Maschinen b und c eine entsprechend starke Erhöhung ihrer Erregungen verursacht, wodurch die Ma schine c mehr Spannung verbraucht und die Drehzahl der Wickelrolle a nicht nur infolge der Verstärkung des Feldes m, sondern auch infolge geringerer Ankerspannung der Na schine a herabgesetzt wird;
Electric winder. In winding devices for winding and unwinding metal tape, paper and the like, the winding roll is usually driven by a special electric motor. This electric motor must usually also be able to operate as a power generator when it is unwound from a roll. Strict requirements are placed on such electrical winders. It is required that at constant speed of the paper or the metal strip, the train also during the.
The winding process remains the same, regardless of the radius of the winding at the moment. The speed of the motor must therefore always be inversely proportional to its torque or, in other words, the power of the motor must be kept constant. Attempts have been made to obtain the necessary characteristics of the Ixotors by means of special control systems that influence the excitation field in such a way that the motor current is also kept constant when the motor terminal voltage is constant.
The required large speed range of about 1: 7 to 1:10 is not possible for electrical machines of the usual dimensioning solely by regulating the excitation field, unless costly over-dimensioning and poor efficiency are taken into account. One has therefore passed over to operate the drive motor no longer with constant voltage, but with changeable voltage during the winding process.
But because there is usually only one supply network with constant voltage, a suitable converter group has been placed between the motor and the supply network. A widespread circuit of this converter group is that one machine is placed in series with the drive motor of the winding roll on the network and is coupled to the other machine of the converter group, which in turn is connected to the network. The converter group therefore only has to provide the variable differential power and as a result can be built relatively small.
In order to realize the above-mentioned condition for the drive motor of the winding device, the motor terminal voltage and the motor current have been changed with the aid of a controller, similar to the earlier circuits mentioned, so that the product of torque and speed remains the same. But because the voltage and the current change greatly during the rolling process and the train for different materials and bandwidths should also be adjustable within wide limits, you get a very complex control device, its commissioning and comparison with. associated considerable difficulties. is.
The known arrangements of the last-mentioned type were unable to implement the half despite the theoretically expected advantages.
According to the invention, these shortcomings for electrical winders, in which the winding roll is gekup pelt with an electrical machine, which is connected in series with another electrical machine on the supply network and is coupled to a third electrical machine, also located on the supply network, to a large extent Avoid mass. In addition, a simple control option for adjusting the belt tension is guaranteed, without the adjustment and commissioning encountering any difficulties.
This is achieved by connecting the three electrical machines to the supply network via a common shunt and introducing the voltages generated at the shunt as a control variable into a regulator system in order to achieve the same tensile force as possible on the winding roll during winding or unwinding that keep the power consumption or output of the entire machine unit as constant as possible.
In the exemplary embodiment shown schematically in the drawing, the winding roll a is coupled directly to the electrical machine working as a motor or generator. The machine b is in series with the machine c on the supply network e, to which the machine d coupled with c is also connected. The circuit is made in such a way that a changeable shunt f is attached in the common circuit of the three machines.
The voltages generated at the shunt f are now fed as a control variable into the drive system g of the regulator, which, for example, has two resistors h and i which can be changed by means of rolling sector contacts adjusted. It has now proven to be advantageous for both machines b and c to inevitably regulate m, n via their excitation windings, while the excitation p of the machine d < / I> is expediently kept constant. The regulated resistances h, i are included. the exciter windings m, n connected that is regulated to a constant total current in the shunt.
The controller is switched in such a way that the power of the machine b is kept constant with further approximation during the rolling process, despite its variable terminal voltage and its variable armature current.
You only have to ensure that an increase in the total current in the shunt f causes both machines b and c to increase their excitations accordingly, whereby the machine c consumes more voltage and the speed of the winding roller a not only due to the strengthening of the field m, but also as a result of the lower armature voltage of the Na machine a is reduced;
the total current in the shunt falls back to its normal value. By means of the shunt f, the tensile force on the winding roll a, that is to say the output of the machine b, can therefore be set to predetermined values in advance. It is particularly advantageous in the device described that the only decisive adjustment can be carried out solely with the aid of the resistor q, which clearly determines the speed of the machine group d-c for a given mains voltage.
To avoid a dependency of the control device on the mains voltage, as shown, if possible all auxiliary circuits, but especially the excitations of the three electrical machines, are at least indirectly fed from the mains itself, avoiding additional voltage sources.
