Description

Hochfr equenzeisenkernspule.

High frequency iron core coil. The invention is concerned with an expedient design of a high-frequency iron core coil in which the high-frequency iron core can be screwed into the coil body. Such Ilochfrequenzeisen- coils have become known; In these, however, both the coil body and the high-frequency iron core have threads.

This has the disadvantage that the thread of the high-frequency iron core breaks easily because the material is extremely brittle. In addition, in such cores, the thread must accordingly have a very large pitch, since a fine thread cannot be executed in the brittle material of the core. However, a large pitch of a thread means that fine adjustment is difficult.

The invention consists in that only the bobbin see with thread ver and the iron core is provided with a deformier ble insert which is inserted into the thread of the bobbin. The advantage of this arrangement is that the thread of the bobbin can be designed with a small pitch so that fine adjustment is easily possible, and furthermore it is no longer possible to damage the high-frequency iron core by breaking a thread.

In Figs. 1 to 5 of the accompanying drawings, an example from the embodiment of the subject invention is shown.

Figs. 1 to 3 show a high-frequency iron core; Figs. 4 and 5 show the high-frequency iron core with an inserted deformable insert. In the high-frequency iron core 1, for example, three incisions 2 are made, in each of which a deformable soft insert 3, for example felt, is inserted. The felt inlays stand in front of the circumference of the iron core and insert themselves into the threads of the Spden body.

The deformable soft insert, for example felt, is preferably glued into the incisions. The iron core expediently contains pins 4 or also incisions on one end surface, so that it is easy to screw the iron core into the coil body by means of a wrench or screwdriver.
