Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nx. 205616. Aus Ober- und Unterteil bestehender Knopf. Im Hauptpatent ist ein aus Ober- und Unterteil bestehender Knopf beschrieben, dessen gewölbter Oberteil mit Stoff über zogen ist und einen nach innen umgebördel- ten Rand besitzt, in den der Knopfunterteil eingreift.
Der Knopfunterteil besitzt eine zylindrische Mantelfläche, aus der Nocken herausgebildet sein können oder deren freier Rand umgebördelt ist, wobei entweder die Nocken auf der Mantelfläche hinter den um- gebördelten Rand des Oberteils oder der um gebördelte Rand des zylindrischen Unter teils hinter im Knopfoberteil besonders an geordnete Nocken als Widerlager greifen.
Um ein gutes Ineinandergreif en des Un ter- und Oberteils zu gewährleisten, müssen die lichten Weiten dieser Teile und die Höhen der Nocken gut aufeinander abgepasst sein.
Um das Einsetzen noch mehr zu erleich tern, werden gemäss der zusätzlichen Erfin dung der Knopfunterteil und der Knopfober teil seitlich von den, Nocken geschlitzt, und zwar so. dass die Schlitze parallel verlaufen und nicht bis zu der freien gante des zylin drischen Unterteils oder des umgebördelten Oberteils führen, das heisst die durch die Schlitzung entstehenden Lappen, auf denen die Nocken sitzen und die eine gute Fede rung der Nocken ermöglichen, endigen mit keinem ihrer beiden Enden frei, sondern hängen fest mit den übrigen Mantelteilen zusammen.
Einzelheiten von Ausführungsbeispielen gemäss dem Hauptpatent und gemäss der zu sätzlichen Erfindung sind aus den Figuren ersichtlich, von denen zeigen: Fig. 1 einen Knopf, bestehend aus Ober- und Unterteil in teilweisem Schnitt, gemäss dem Hauptpatent, Fig. 2 einen Knopfunterteil in Seiten ansicht mit den Schlitzen gemäss der zusätz lichen Erfindung,
Fig. 3 den Grundriss des Knopfunterteils mit den Schlitzen gemäss der zusätzlichen Erfindung, Fig. 4 einen Schnitt durch Knopf unter- und Oberteil mit Widerlagernocken im Knopfoberteil gemäss dem Hauptpatent, Fig. 5 einen Knopfoberteil mit Wider lagernocken und den Schlitzen gemäss der zu sätzlichen Erfindung in Draufsicht.
In Fig. 1 ist der kalottenförmige Knopf oberteil im Schnitt mit dem nach innen um- gebördelten Rand 2 und dem daraufliegenden Stoffbezug 3. 4 ist der eingesetzte Knopf unterteil mit zylindrischen Mantel und den Nocken 7, 7 sowie der Annähbutze 5, 6, wie er im Hauptpatent beschrieben ist.
Fig. 2 zeigt einen Knopfunterteil 4 mit den Nocken 7, 7, neben denen seitlich gemäss der zusätz lichen Erfindung die parallelen Schlitze 21, 21 angebracht sind, welche nicht bis zum Rand 11 durchgehen, wohl aber noch ein Stück im Boden des Knopfunterteils ver laufen, wie aus Fig. 3 ersichtlich ist, in denen die gleichen Bezugszeichen die gleichen Ein zelheiten bedeuten.
Die gleiche Federung der Widerlager- nocken kann man auch erreichen, wenn, wie in Fig. 4 dargestellt, die Nocken 20, 20 im Knopfoberteil 1 angebracht sind, hinter die der umgebördelte Rand des zylindrischen Knopfunterteils 4 greift. Die Lage der Schlitze 22 seitlich von den Nocken 20 im Knopfoberteil 1 bei einem analogen Beispiel der zusätzlichen Erfindung zeigt die Fig. 5, die, ohne weiteres für sich verständlich ist.
Der technische Vorteil der Schlitze gemäss der zusätzlichen Erfindung im Knopfunter teil oder Knopfoberteil besteht in einer ver- besserten Federung der Widerlagernocken beim Einpressen der Knopfteile ineinander, ohne dass diese jedoch so weit getrieben ist, dass eine wesentliche Deformierung der Knopfteile Platz greifen kann.

The technical advantage of the slots according to the additional invention in the button lower part or button upper part consists in improved resilience of the abutment cams when the button parts are pressed into one another, but without this being driven so far that a substantial deformation of the button parts can take hold.
