Description

  

  Freiliegender Parkettboden.    Die vorliegende     Erfindung    betrifft einen  freiliegenden Parkettboden     aus        ringsumnute-          ten    Parkettriemen oder Parkettafeln, dadurch  gekennzeichnet, dass nebst der Feder me  tallene     Verankerungsmittel    in die Nuten ein  gesetzt sind, welche die Riemen oder Tafeln  seitlich fest zusammenhalten. Der frei  liegende, d. h. ohne Befestigung auf eine  Unterlage aufgesetzte Parkettboden lässt sich  beispielsweise auf jede ebene Fläche und  jede     Isolationslage    anwenden, ohne letztere  zu beschädigen.  



  Auf beiliegender Zeichnung sind drei       Ausführungsbeispiele        des,    Parkettbodens dar  gestellt.  



  Bei allen drei     Ausführungen    weist der  freiliegende, d. h. ohne     Bodenverankerung     auf eine Unterlage aufgesetzte     Parkettboden          ringsum    mit Nuten 9 versehene Parkett  riemen 8 auf, in deren Längs- und Quer  nuten Federn 10     eingesetzt    sind. Zur festen,  seitlichen     Verbindung    der Riemen mitein  ander sind ferner     in    die Nuten eingesetzte  metallene     Verankerungsmiftel    vorgesehen.

      Bei dem in     Fig.    7 in Ansicht     und    in       Fig.    8 im     Querschnitt    dargestellten Parkett  boden     kommen    metallene     Verankerungsmit-          tel    4 der in     Fig.    1 dargestellten Art zur An  wendung, welche     aus    einem     beiderends    haken  förmig umgebogenen     Blechstreifen    2, einer  in den einen Haken des Bleches eingesetzten  Agraffe 1 und einen in den andern Haken       eingesetzten        Doppelstift    bestehen.

   Die     Ver-          ankerungsmittel    werden in der in     Fig.    7 dar  gestellten Weise     in    die Nuten der Riemen  eingesetzt und mit der Agraffe 1 in den  einen,     mit    dem einen Ende des Stiftes 3 in       einen    zweiten und     mit    dem andern Ende des  Stiftes 3 in einen dritten Riemen, durch seit  liche     Verschiebung    dieses letzteren, ein  getrieben.  



  Bei der in     Fig.    9 in Ansicht und     Fig.    10  im     Querschnitt    dargestellten     Ausführung    des  Bodens bestehen die metallenen     Veranke-          rungsmittel    aus gestanzten, mit Nasen     ver-          sehenen    Stiften 5 der in     Fig.    2 dargestellten  Art. Diese     werden    an den Längsseiten der  Riemen, in von den Federn freigelassenen      Teilen der Nuten in diese letztere so weit  eingetrieben, bis sie mit der Fläche 5' ihrer  einen Nase     (Fig.    2) auf den Grund der Nut  aufstossen.

   Beim darauffolgenden Anein  anderfügen und     Längsverschieben    der Rie  men in bezug aufeinander (siehe Pfeil in       Fig.    9) greifen die Stifte des einen Riemens  mit ihrer einen Nase unter die entsprechende  Nase der Stifte des benachbarten Riemens  und halten sich so gegenseitig fest (siehe       Fig.    9 links).  



  Bei der in     Fig.    11 in Ansicht und in       Fig.    12 im Schnitte dargestellten Ausfüh  rung des Parkettbodens bestehen die metalle  nen, in die Nuten der Riemen eingetriebenen       Verankerungsmittel    aus     Pressblechstreifen    6  der     in        Fig.    5 und 6 dargestellten Art, deren  Längsränder gezahnt sind, wobei die     aufein-          anderfolgenden    Zähne abwechselnd     nacb    der  einen und nach der andern     Seite    hakenförmig  umgebogen sind.

   Es können jedoch auch       Pressbleche    gemäss     Fig.    3 und 4 Anwendung  finden, deren gezahnte Ränder nach ein und  derselben Seite umgebogen sind.



  Exposed parquet floor. The present invention relates to an exposed parquet floor made of all-round grooves parquet belts or parquet boards, characterized in that, in addition to the tongue, metal anchoring means are set in the grooves which hold the belts or boards together laterally. The exposed, d. H. Parquet flooring that is placed on a base without fixing can, for example, be used on any flat surface and any insulation layer without damaging the latter.



  On the accompanying drawing, three embodiments of the parquet floor are presented.



  In all three designs, the exposed, i.e. H. Parquet flooring provided with grooves 9 all around the parquet belt 8, in the longitudinal and transverse grooves of which tongues 10 are inserted, without ground anchoring on a base. Metal anchoring pins inserted into the grooves are also provided for the firm, lateral connection of the belts mitein other.

      In the parquet floor shown in FIG. 7 in view and in cross-section in FIG. 8, metal anchoring means 4 of the type shown in FIG. 1 are used, which consist of a sheet metal strip 2 bent over at both ends in the shape of a hook, one in the one hook of the plate inserted agraffe 1 and a double pin inserted in the other hook exist.

   The anchoring means are inserted into the grooves of the belt in the manner shown in FIG. 7 and with the clasp 1 in one, with one end of the pin 3 in a second and with the other end of the pin 3 in a third Belt driven in by lateral displacement of the latter.



  In the embodiment of the floor shown in view in FIG. 9 and in cross-section in FIG. 10, the metal anchoring means consist of punched pins 5 provided with lugs of the type shown in FIG. 2. These are attached to the long sides of the belts, in parts of the grooves left free by the tongues driven into the latter until the surface 5 'of its one nose (FIG. 2) hits the bottom of the groove.

   When the belts are subsequently joined and moved longitudinally in relation to each other (see arrow in Fig. 9), the pins of one belt grip with their one nose under the corresponding nose of the pins of the adjacent belt and thus hold each other tightly (see Fig. 9 Left).



  In the Ausfüh tion of the parquet floor shown in Fig. 11 in view and in section in Fig. 12, the metal anchoring means driven into the grooves of the belts consist of pressed sheet metal strips 6 of the type shown in Fig. 5 and 6, the longitudinal edges of which are toothed, the successive teeth being bent over alternately to one side and to the other in the shape of a hook.

   However, press plates according to FIGS. 3 and 4 can also be used, the toothed edges of which are bent over to one and the same side.

Claims

PATENTAN SPRUCFI Exposed parquet floor made of parquet straps or parquet boards grooved all around, characterized in that, in addition to the tongue, metal anchoring means are inserted into the grooves to hold the straps or boards together firmly at the sides. SUBSTANTIAL CLAIMS: 1. Exposed parquet floor according to patent claim, characterized in that the anchoring means engaging in the grooves consist of wire clips, sheet metal hooks and double pins.
