Fig. 5 einen Stuhl in Seitenansicht in Sitzstellung in einer ähnlichen Konstruktion wie Fig. 4, wobei sich der Schwenkpunkt des Führungslenkers an einem verlängerten Teil der beweglichen Sitzteile befindet, Fig. 6 denselben Stuhl wie Fig. 5 in der Liegestellung, Fig. 7 einen Stuhl in Seitenansicht, bei dem sieh der Hilfslenker unterhalb des Sitzes befindet und an dem Schwenkpunkt des Füh rungslenkers angreift;
Adjustable seat and deck chair with a handlebar guide. The invention relates to an adjustable reclining chair, which has a stand frame and movable Sitz-Liegeflä.chen articulated with it, which are combined by an auxiliary link to form an unequal steering quadrangle in such a way that the shortest side of part of the foot is supported is formed and which four-cornered link is mounted at a pivot point in the stand frame and is guided to another point by means of a guide link.
The novelty of the invention lies in the fact that of the two points at which the four-bar linkage is connected to the stand in a load-transferring manner, one is located on the auxiliary link and the other on one of the seat-lying surface parts.
The lounge chair according to the invention is expediently designed in such a way that the chair can be easily adjusted and good stability of the chair is achieved by the guide arm.
The drawings show some examples of different embodiments of the subject matter of the invention, namely: FIG. 1 shows a side view of a chair in which the auxiliary link forms the armrest and the pivot point of the guide link is located on the auxiliary link, FIG. 2 shows the same chair as FIG in front view, partly in section after the line -AB,
3 shows a chair similar to FIG. 1, shown diagrammatically, FIG. 4 shows a chair in side view in which. the auxiliary link forms the armrest and on which the axis of rotation is located, whereby one of the articulated connections of the moving, borrowed seat parts is arranged at the pivot point of the guide arm,
5 shows a side view of a chair in the sitting position in a construction similar to FIG. 4, the pivot point of the guide link being located on an extended part of the movable seat parts, FIG. 6 the same chair as FIG. 5 in the lying position, FIG A side view of the chair in which the auxiliary link is located below the seat and engages the pivot point of the guide link;
FIG. 8 shows the same chair as FIG. 7 in a front view and in section along the line C-D, FIG. 9 shows a chair in the sitting position in a construction similar to FIG. 7 in side view, in which the stand frame is adjustable in height, Fig. 10 the same chair as Fig. 9 in the lying position.
Designated in the figures. 1 the backrest, 2 the seat and 3 the footrest. These movably connected seat and reclining parts are connected in Figs. 1 to 6 by an auxiliary link 4 forming the armrest at the same time to form an unequal-sided link, the shortest side of which is formed by the upper part 5 of the footrest 3 located above the seat 2 .
The link square is in Figs. 1, 2 and 3 on the stand frame 6 by a rotary axis 7 movably attached. Through the axis of rotation 7, the rear edge of the seat 2 and the backrest 1 are articulated to each other verbun. The guidance during the adjustment of the link square from the sitting to the lying position is carried out by a guide link 8 which is rotatably mounted in the stand frame 6 at 9 and pivotably mounted on the auxiliary link 4 at 10.
The guide link 8 will allow the auxiliary link 4 to move backwards in a circular arc around the pivot point 9, as a result of which a displacement of the link point 10 of the link square occurs. The backrest lowers, the front edge of the seat and the footrest rise, creating a kink-like lying position. The Füh approximately handlebar 8 is arranged inclined slightly forward in the sitting position of the chair.
so that the seat load acting on the auxiliary link 4 forms a force component which tends to push the auxiliary link 4 forward and thereby necessarily pivot the footrest 3 backwards at its lower free end under the front edge of the seat. In this way it is achieved that the footrest does not protrude from the chair when getting up. On the stand frame 6 there is a cross bar 11 behind the footrest 3, which is
Stop for the foot support 3 in the sitting position is used so that the chair does not move forward in this position. The lying position is limited by the collision of parts 2 and 4 be (see Fig. 1).
In Figs. 1 and 2, the stand frame 6 is placed on wheels 12 in order to be able to form a slide ble chair. The same chair can, as can be seen in Fig. 3, without wheels z. B. can be used as home furniture. The same chair could also be any other Stä.üdergestell, z. B. have a collapsible rack to form a folding garden chair.
In the chair according to FIG. 4, the auxiliary link 4 is connected to the stand frame 6 at the axis of rotation 15. The guide arm 8 is connected at the pivot point 9 to the web 14 belonging to the Stääder frame 6 and at the pivot point 10 to the seat 2 and the backrest 1 at the pivot point. The circular arc-like movement of the pivot point 10 made possible by the guide arm 8 determines the control of the Len kervierecks at the transition of the chair from. the sitting to the lying position.
On the longitudinal members of the seat 2 stop pieces 13 are arranged, which in the seat position ge gene press the stand frame 6 to limit the seat position. Here the lying position is still limited by the collision of parts 2 and 4 at their front ends.
In the design of the chair according to FIGS. 5 and 6 - the kinematics of the arrangement of the chair according to FIG. 4, the axis of rotation 15 is located on the auxiliary link 4, and the guide link 8 can be rotated at 9 with the stand frame 16 and at 10 can be swiveled with the one which is extended somewhat downwards above the articulation connection 7a. Backrest 1 connected.
From this exemplary embodiment it can be seen that the guide arm 8 can also act on extensions of the arm parts belonging to the arm square and the pivot point 10 can also be located outside the arm square. Such an arrangement has the same effect as if the pivot point 10 would act on a point located within the rectangle.
In order to achieve the limit positions necessary for sitting and lying positions, 15 stops 26 and 26a are arranged on the stand frame 16 in the case of the axis of rotation, in order to be able to limit the movements of the auxiliary link 4.
In the chairs according to FIGS. 7 to 10, the movable seat / reclining parts 1, 2 and 3 are connected by an auxiliary link 17 arranged below the seat 2 to form the unequal link square in such a way that the backrest 1 lies below the seat 2 Extending part la has the support 3 is connected by the auxiliary link 17 with the foot. The shortest side of the unequal-sided link quadrangle is formed by the footrest 3 itself.
The square handlebar is in the stand frame 18 or in the pivot axis 7. 22 movably suspended.
In the chair according to FIG. 7, only one side of your stand frame 18 is visible. This can be covered with fabric, plates or the like. Be, so that the guide link and the auxiliary link are arranged within an outwardly covered space of the stand. The cover has been omitted to make the steering and the axis of rotation visible. The upper side 19 of the rack frame 18 here forms the armrest, and the guide link 8 is rotatably attached to a web 14 belonging to the stand frame 18 at 9 and pivotally attached to the auxiliary link 17 at 10.
To limit the adjustability, a bar 11a is arranged on the stand 18 against which the footrest abuts in the sitting position. Likewise, a stop piece 11b could also be arranged on the rear part of the stand frame, against which the backrest part 1a abuts. The lying position is again restricted by the front ends of parts 2 and 17 hitting one another.
Here, too, the guide link 8 is arranged in a position inclined from the pivot point 9 to the pivot point 10 in such a way that the seat load on the pivot point between seat 2 and footrest 3, which is a little forward, forms a force component that is applied to the pivot point between the auxiliary link 17, which is slightly set back and the footrest 3 acts so that the footrest 3 tends to pivot back behind the front edge of the seat.
In Fig. 8, both sides of the stand frame 18: are visible, as well as the auxiliary links 17 and guide links B arranged on the two frame parts.
The design of the chair according to FIGS. 9 and 10 corresponds kinematically to FIG. 7. With regard to the possibility of using these chairs as medical examination and treatment chairs or as hairdressing chairs, the stand frame consists of the foot 21, the one in itself has known lifting device in the column 22, which is actuated by means of lever 23.
The axis of rotation 7 and the point of rotation 9 of the Füh- rungs.lenkers 8 are rotatably attached to the lifting and lowering support part 24. On Trä gteil 24 a pin 20 is attached, which serves as a stop piece for the guide arm 8 in order to limit the sitting position can.
The armrest 25, indicated by dashed lines, is connected to the seat 2. The armrest 25 can also be designed to be adjustable or removable in height; in order to be able to better adapt the chair to the respective needs.
As a rule, the auxiliary links 9, and 17 and the guide links 8 will be available on the sides of the chair in the same Anord voltage. But it is also sufficient if only an auxiliary link 17 or a Füh approximate link 8 z. B. is arranged in the center plane of the chair. Furthermore, 8 braking or clamping devices for fixing intermediate positions can be provided at the various hinge points of the Len kervierecks or at the pivot or pivot points of the guide arm.
The ge in the various figures showed details are ver interchangeable, for. B. the different kinematic arrangements with the different stand frames, provided with corre sponding modifications. be used.
