Description

  

  Vorrichtung zum Verhindern des     Abstehens    der Ohrmuscheln  vom Kopf bei     Kindern.       Gegenstand dieser     Erfindung    ist eine       Vorrichtung        zum    Verhindern des     Abstehens     der     Ohrmuscheln    vom Kopf bei     Bindern,    be  stehend     aus    einem     elastischen,    der Form des       Hinterkopfes    entsprechend     bogenförmig    ge  stalteten Stab, dessen beide Enden den Ohren  angepasste Halteorgane aufweisen.  



  Auf beiliegender     Zeichnung    sind zwei  Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegen  standes dargestellt, und zwar in       Fig.    1 das erste und in       Fig.    2 das zweite im Gebrauch;       Fig.    3 zeigt die erste     Ausführungsform     von oben gesehen und       Fig.    4 eine Detailansicht     derselben,in    der  Richtung der Pfeile     A-A    gesehen;

         Fig.    5 veranschaulicht das zweite Beispiel  in der gleichen Darstellung wie das erste in       Fig.    3 und       Fig.    6 ein entsprechendes Detail des letz  teren in der Richtung der Pfeile     B-B    ge  sehen. Die     Fig.    4 und 6 sind gegenüber den    andern Figuren in grösserem     Massstabe    dar  gestellt.  



  1 ist ein     elastischer,    der Form des     Hinter-          kopfes        entsprechend        bogenförmig    gekrümm  ter Stab, dessen beide Enden     mit    den Ohren  angepassten Halteorganen 2 versehen sind.  Der Stab hat     zweckmässigerweise        einen    lin  senförmigen Querschnitt, wie dies in     Fig.    4  und 6     punktiert    angedeutet ist. Dieser Quer  schnitt kann beispielsweise auch die Form  eines flachen Rechteckes haben.

   Gemäss  erstem     Ausführungsbeispiel    bestehen die  Halteorgane aus einer Verbreiterung 3 des  Stabes 1, welche gegen das     Krümmungs-          zentrum    des Stabes leicht     eingebogen    und  an der Innenseite an der Auflagestelle 4 an  der Ohrmuschel geriffelt ist, um den Halt  am Ohr zu erhöhen.  



  Die zweite Form gemäss     Fig.    5 und 6  zeigt Halteorgane, die aus nach einwärts ge  richteten     kugelförmigen    Köpfen 5     bestehen,     welche     ebenfalls    an den Auflageflächen am  Ohr     Riffelungen    6 aufweisen können.      Die Vorrichtung gemäss der Erfindung  dient zum leichten Anpressen von abstehen  den Ohren, welche zuweilen bei Kindern, ins  besondere bei ganz kleinen Kindern, infolge  von Geburtsfehlern oder falschem Liegen vor  kommen, an den Kopf, wodurch während des  Körperwachstums dieser Schönheitsfehler  wieder verschwindet.  



  Bei der     Verwendung    der     eisten    Ausfüh  rungsform werden die Halteorgane an die  äussersten Einbiegungen der Ohrmuscheln an  gelegt und damit dieselben gegen den Kopf  gedrückt, während bei der zweiten     Form    die  kugeligen Enden in die     innern    Partien der  Ohrmuscheln eingelegt werden und die an  diesen Enden verbreiterten     Stabteile    die Ohr  muscheln an den Kopf pressen.

  1 is an elastic rod, curved arcuately in accordance with the shape of the back of the head, both ends of which are provided with holding organs 2 adapted to the ears. The rod conveniently has a lin seniform cross-section, as indicated in Fig. 4 and 6 dotted. This cross section can, for example, also have the shape of a flat rectangle.

   According to the first embodiment, the holding organs consist of a widening 3 of the rod 1, which is slightly bent towards the center of curvature of the rod and is fluted on the inside at the support point 4 on the auricle to increase the hold on the ear.



  The second form according to FIGS. 5 and 6 shows holding organs which consist of spherical heads 5 directed inwardly, which can also have corrugations 6 on the bearing surfaces on the ear. The device according to the invention is used to lightly press protruding ears, which sometimes occur in children, especially very small children, as a result of birth defects or lying incorrectly, on the head, whereby this blemish disappears again as the body grows.
