Description

  

      Christbaumständer.       Vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf  einen     Christbaumständer    mit einem zum  Einstellen des Baumes dienenden, mit Wasser  zu füllenden Gefäss und einer in eine Ver  tiefung des Bodens einsetzbaren Halteein  richtung für den Baum.  



  Der     Christbaumständer    gemäss vorliegen  der Erfindung weist eine Halteeinrichtung  auf mit einer in die erwähnte Vertiefung       einlegbaren    Platte mit mindestens drei mit  ihrem einen Ende an dieser Platte befestigten,  nach oben ragenden, federnden Armen und  einem zwischen die freien Enden der Arme  einsetzbaren, zum     Auseinanderapreizen    der  Arme zwecks     Anpresaens    derselben an die       Gefässinnenwand    dienenden, Klemmschrauben  zum Festklemmen des Baumstammes tragen  den Ring.  



  Eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des  Erfindungsgegenstandes ist in der beiliegen  den Zeichnung dargestellt, und zwar zeigt       Fig.    1 eine Seitenansicht des Ständers,  zum Teil im     Agialsehnitt,    und       Fig.    2 eine Draufsicht auf den Ständer.    Der gezeichnete Ständer weist ein Glas  gefäss 1 auf, dessen Boden 2 eine verhält  nismässig grosse Standfläche besitzt. In der  Mitte des nach oben gewölbten Bodens 2 ist  eine     Ausnehmung    3 vorgesehen. In das Ge  fäss 1 ist eine Halteeinrichtung für einen  Baumstamm Beingesetzt, welche eine in die       Ausnehmung    3 passende Platte 4 mit einem  Dorn 5 in seiner Mitte aufweist.

   An der  Platte 4 sind drei Arme 6 mit ihrem einen  Ende befestigt, wobei die freien Enden dieser  Arme 6 oben über den Gefässhals 7 hinaus  ragen. Die Arme 6 bestehen aus federndem  Material und besitzen eine radial nach aussen  vorstehende Ausbuchtung 8, mittels welcher  sie unterhalb des Halses 7 an die gegen den  Gefässboden zu sich erweiternde Innenwand  anliegen, wenn die freien Enden der Arme  radial nach aussen gedrückt werden. Zum       Auseinanderspreizen    der Arme 6 dient ein  Ring 9, der von innen her zwischen die  freien Enden der Arme 6 eingeführt werden  kann.

   Drei Halteschrauben 10, welche in den  Ring 9 eingeschraubt sind, durchsetzen Boh-           rungen    11 in den freien Enden der Arme 6,  und verhindern ein Abgleiten des Ringes  nach oben und zugleich ein seitliches,     tan-          gential    zum Ring gerichtetes Ausweichen der  Arme 6. Die Halteschrauben 10 dienen in  bekannter Weise zum Festklemmen des  Baumstammes. Das Gefäss 1 könnte auch  aus einem keramischen     Stoff,    statt aus Glas  bestehen. An Stelle der drei dargestellten  könnten auch vier oder mehr Arme 6 vor  gesehen sein.  



  Die Ausbuchtungen 8 der Arme 6, die  sich unterhalb der     Gefässbalsmündung    gegen  die Innenwand des Gefässes anlegen, liegen  dabei an einer Stelle der     Gefässinnenwand     an, deren Durchmesser grösser ist als der der  oberhalb dieser Stelle liegenden Teile des       Gefässes.    Beim Einlegen des Ringes 9 und  dem dabei erfolgenden radialen Spreizen der  Arme 6 wird die Haltevorrichtung sicher im  Gefäss gehalten.

  An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the accompanying drawings, namely Fig. 1 shows a side view of the stand, partly in Agial section, and Fig. 2 is a plan view of the stand. The stand shown has a glass vessel 1, the bottom 2 of which has a relatively large footprint. A recess 3 is provided in the middle of the upwardly curved base 2. In the Ge vessel 1 a holding device for a tree trunk is set, which has a plate 4 that fits into the recess 3 and has a mandrel 5 in its center.

   Three arms 6 are fastened at one end to the plate 4, the free ends of these arms 6 protruding above the vessel neck 7. The arms 6 are made of resilient material and have a radially outwardly protruding bulge 8, by means of which they rest below the neck 7 against the inner wall which widens towards the bottom of the vessel when the free ends of the arms are pressed radially outward. A ring 9, which can be inserted between the free ends of the arms 6 from the inside, serves to spread the arms 6 apart.

   Three retaining screws 10, which are screwed into the ring 9, penetrate bores 11 in the free ends of the arms 6 and prevent the ring from sliding upwards and at the same time preventing the arms 6 from giving way tangentially to the ring Retaining screws 10 are used in a known manner to clamp the tree trunk. The vessel 1 could also consist of a ceramic material instead of glass. Instead of the three shown, four or more arms 6 could also be seen before.



  The bulges 8 of the arms 6, which lie below the vascular mouth against the inner wall of the vessel, lie at a point on the vessel inner wall whose diameter is greater than that of the parts of the vessel lying above this point. When the ring 9 is inserted and the arms 6 are radially expanded, the holding device is held securely in the vessel.
