Description

  

      Schr        aubenmutter    sicher     ung.       Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich  auf eine     Schraubenmuttersicherung.    Diese  zeichnet sich erfindungsgemäss durch eine       Unterlagscheibe    aus, welche als Federring  ausgebildet und beidseitig mit     Ausneh-          mungen    versehen ist, derart, dass jede der bei  den Auflageflächen von Kanten gebildet  wird. Vorteilhaft schliessen die Schräg  flächen, welche die Kanten bilden, verschie  dene Winkel mit dem Scheibenkörper ein,  derart, dass die Kanten als Widerhaken wir  ken, damit beim Anziehen die Schrauben  mutter über sie weggleiten kann, während sie  beim Loslösen der Mutter in das Metall ein  hängen.

    



  Auf der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise       Ausführungsform    des Erfindungsgegenstan  des dargestellt, und zwar zeigt:       Fig.    1 eine Draufsicht auf die Sicherung,       Fig.    21     eine        ,Seitenansicht        derselben    und       Fig.    3 die Sicherung in     Anwendung    an  einem Schraubenbolzen.  



  1 ist die als Federring ausgebildete Unter  lagsaheibe, die beidseitig mit Ausnehmun-    ,gen 2 versehen     ist,    derart, dass jede der  beiden Auflageflächen durch Kanten 3 ge  bildet wird, die radial verlaufen und als  Widerhaken wirken, um so zusammen mit  der Federwirkung die Schraubenmutter ge  gen Loslösen zu sichern.  



  Die beschriebene     Unterlagscheibe    weist  gegenüber den     bekannten    Ausführungen den  Vorteil auf, dass sich die einzelnen durch die       Ausnehmungen    gebildeten Kanten durch ein  Festschrauben der     Mutter    nicht nieder  drücken lassen, so dass die Scheibe auch nach  dem Loslösen der Mutter stets wieder ver  wendbar ist.

   Aus der Kombination der  Widerhaken mit der     Federwirkung    resultiert  der     Vorteil,    dass die Loslösung infolge Er  schütterung wesentlich verzögert wird, und  dass nach     der        Loslösung        immer    noch die       Federwirkung    weiterbesteht.

  1 is the washer designed as a spring ring, which is provided with recesses 2 on both sides, in such a way that each of the two bearing surfaces is formed by edges 3, which run radially and act as barbs, so that the nut together with the spring action to secure against detachment.



  The washer described has the advantage over the known designs that the individual edges formed by the recesses cannot be pressed down by tightening the nut, so that the washer can always be used again even after the nut has been loosened.

   The combination of the barbs with the spring action has the advantage that the detachment is significantly delayed as a result of vibrations, and that the spring action still persists after the detachment.

PATENT CLAIM: Screw nut lock, characterized by a washer designed as a spring washer, which is provided with recesses on both sides so that each of the two bearing surfaces is formed by edges. SUBSTANTIAL CLAIM: Screw nut lock according to patent claim, characterized in that the inclined surfaces which form the chews form various angles with the disc body in such a way that the edges act as barbs.
