Spannungswandler.
Voltage converter. The invention relates to a voltage converter known in practice under the designation choke voltage converter, the iron core of which is divided into several iron packets layered one on top of the other and isolated from one another, which are brought to the respective potential of the parts of the high-voltage winding surrounding them.
With such, an economical training for highest voltages enabling transducers BEZW. Choke coils are to keep the no-load voltage drop small, before geous to keep the primary scatter as low as possible. Surprisingly, this condition is already met with the specified voltage converters, in that the frictional connection in the individual iron stacks is kept constant by the fact that the distribution of the magnetic resistance and the am p6rewindings along the column of the iron stacks arranged one above the other are well matched.
However, one can go a step further in this regard. The subject matter of the invention also makes it possible to eliminate the magnetic edge disturbances, namely by forming and arranging the truncated yokes in such a way that they act as magnetic reflective surfaces that give the transducer the property of an infinitely long, evenly subdivided column.
In the drawing, for example, possible embodiments of the invention are illustrated; It shows: Fig. 1 individual sections of the core pieces.
Fig. 2 shows the structure of a Drosselspan voltage converter in longitudinal section.
The high-voltage winding, which is made up of individual departments 1 (disc coils) be, is carried by an insulating cylinder 2 ge. The iron core is subdivided into several iron stacks 4, which are stacked on top of one another and insulated from one another by layers of air, which are connected to the adjacent divisions 1 by means of lines 7 to force a uniform voltage gradient and which are supplemented at both ends by stub yokes 3, which are connected by the Iron packages 4 are isolated by layers of air d or solid non-magnetic material. The lower, earthed yoke stub carries the low-voltage winding 5.
One yoke stub 3 is connected to the beginning and end of the high-voltage vibration. The stumps of the yoke 3 are made of magnetic material, and it is possible to increase the graft flow from the columns, whereby the character of an infinitely long arrangement and thus a closed ring arrangement known to be free of scattering is given to the column through which the graft flow passes through appropriate dimensioning. The truncated yokes 3 can be understood as a magnetic mirroring plane of the entire arrangement, so that the edge effect is eliminated.
The following measures prove to be particularly advantageous: a) As can be seen from the lower part of FIG. 2, only half an ampere connection number N% 2 are attached to the end packs 4 of the column at the top and bottom, and the stumps 3 are connected to the end packs 4 of the column together without air gaps. Such a measure is equivalent to cutting through a section in the central plane through a reflection plane II-II 'according to FIG. 1.
The advantage of this arrangement is that the secondary winding, which is adjacent to the grounded lower yoke stub, ideally moves into the center of the overall arrangement. This creates an arrangement with negative primary scatter, so that the error range between idling and load can be divided into positive and negative values. The iron length of the end packages of the column is of no decisive importance here.
b) Another possibility to eliminate the edge effects is to choose an air gap of half height (d / 2 in Fig. 2 above) between the yoke stump and the normally executed end package 4 of the column, so that the reflection plane 1-I '(Fig. 1) is laid through the middle of the air gap. This also results in a true, mirror-image extension of the overall arrangement and thus eliminates the edge effects.
c) The measures according to a) and b) can be divided between the two ends at will, for example so that the arrangement shown in FIG. 2 results.
