Leistungstrennschalter.
Circuit breaker. Circuit breakers with arc extinguishing by flowing pressurized gas have so far mostly been built as slide switches with longitudinally moved slide contacts. The compressed gas required to extinguish the arc is either taken from a compressor system that is spatially separated from the switch, or it is generated in a compressor assembled with the switch when the switch is switched off and fed to the contact point via pipes, whereby it is ensured that the Contact separation only takes place after a certain compression process,
so that there is sufficient pressure in the contact position favorable for the deletion. The supply of the compressed gas to the contact point takes place via the fixed as well as via the moving push contact, which is then hollow. In the latter case, the hollow push contact is equipped with a compressor piston or. used as a compressor piston at the same time.
The sealing of the compressed gas outlet opening respectively. of the compressor room is done by the switch contacts themselves, which is technically unfavorable. In addition to the fact that special guides and possibly seals are required for the moving thrust contact, all known Sehubsehalter constructions have the disadvantage that, due to the large moving masses and the frictional forces to be overcome, the switching work to be done is very large.
The subject of the invention is a power isolating switch with a pivotable cutting blade and spark-drawing contact as well as with arc quenching by means of compressed gas generated in a compressor when switching off, in which the cutting blade movement only takes place after a certain compression process,
the quenching contacts are arranged at the end of a support insulator as a compressed gas supply line and in the case of the support insulator, which according to the invention is in the head of the support insulator, which is used as a support for the fixed counter-contact of the separating knife and is nozzle-like for the pressure gas supply, guided in the direction of the compressed gas flow.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the invention is shown schematically on a three-pole switch in Fig. 1 in side view and in Fig. 2 in front view is provided.
On the base plate a, the separating knives b to by are rotatably mounted on the support insulators cl to it, their fixed counter contacts dl to d. sit on the support insulators e to e3. With f the compressor is designated, in which the compressed gas for the contact points of all three poles is generated, which flows simultaneously to the three contact points via the pipeline g and the bores of the hollow post insulators e1 to e3.
The heads of the post insulators e, to e3 are designed as compressed gas nozzles. In these nozzles there are contact parts of the fixed switch contacts dl to d3, with which the spark contacts h, to h $ are in contact with the cutting blades b, to b $ resiliently connected.
The cutting knives b to b $ are removed with the help of the insulating rods i, to is and the angle levers m ,, m, which are seated on the continuous shafts k "k", as well as the transmission rods n "n_ drive rod o actuated.
The spring q, which is stretched out between the fixed stop p and the free leg of the angle lever ma, ensures in the closed position of the switch that the separating knives remain in the closed position and, on the other hand, that the separating knives are opened by a snap action. The transmission rod 7a, between tween the two angle levers m "ma is provided with a longitudinal slot r, in which a pin s slides, which sits on one of the legs of the angle lever m2.
The piston t of the compressor f is driven by means of the piston rod u and the angle lever w seated on the shaft k, . The drive linkage, with the exception of the rods n2, is expediently located on one longitudinal side wall of the base plate, while the compressor is arranged on the other longitudinal side wall, as shown in FIG.
Of course, nothing stands in the way of installing the drive linkage with the compressor in the gaps between the cutting blades of the three poles in such a way that the compressor axis and the cutting blade contacts are in parallel planes.
To open the switch, the drive rod o is pushed in the direction of the arrow, whereby the shaft k is first rotated by means of the angle lever ml and the rod m linked to it, and at the same time the piston rod u </ by means of the angle lever ae I> and the piston t of the compressor are raised. The air contained in the compressor f is compressed and the compression continues as long as the drive rod is pushed.
The rod n raised during the rotation of the shaft k slides with its slot r on the pin s until there is contact between the two, whereupon the shaft k: # is now also rotated by means of the angle lever m "and with the help of the on the Shaft k2 seated rods n, and the insulating rods i, to ä8, the opening of the cutting knife b, to b., Is initiated.
The cutting knife opens in a snap as soon as the knee lever formed from spring q and the free leg of the angle lever m2 has exceeded the extended position. As soon as the separating knife b, to b3 of the fixed contacts d, to d. slide, the springs z are tensioned between the cutting blades b, to bs and the spark contacts h., to h $,
while the spark contacts themselves remain in contact with the associated contact pieces of the fixed switch contacts d until there and shut off the compressed gas nozzles and thus the outflow of the compressed air generated in the compressor f during the switching process. The spark contacts are opened by the snap action of the spring q and, later in time, also the
Pressurized gas nozzles released so that the compressed air could now flow out via the contact points. The switch is closed by pulling the rod or the like.
With the help of the angle lever ml, the shaft 1c1 and by means of the slotted transmission rod n1 and the angle lever m2, the shaft 7c2 is turned back, as well as the transmission rods n, and the insulating rods il to i3 using the snap action of the spring q, the separating knife b1 inserted to b3.
The spark contacts close the pressurized gas nozzles and the switch is ready for a new shutdown.
Instead of making the pressure gas nozzle and the support insulator for the fixed switch contact from one piece as in the embodiment, a special insulating body can easily be used as a pressure gas nozzle, which is constructed with the interposition of the contact parts of the fixed switch contact on the insulator head.
The inventive arrangement results in a cheap, clear and. Technically flawless switch construction with extremely favorable extinguishing conditions. The spark contacts are opened under the full pressure of the air compressed in the compressor, since the nozzle opening is only released after the spark contacts have been separated.
In this way, on the one hand, the arc is blown strongly from the start and, on the other hand, it ensures that the contact path is blown with air at high pressure even after the arc has been extinguished, so that re-ignition is avoided as far as possible.
