Ist der Leistungsschalter eingeschaltet und der linke Trennschalter 7 geschlossen, dann kann auch durch Betätigung der Zug stange 16 ,der zweite Trennschalter 8 einge schaltet werden. Aus dieser iStellung kann nun sowohl :der Trennschalter 7, wie auch der Trennschalter 8 geöffnet werden;
Post-type circuit breakers with directly mounted disconnectors. The invention relates to a circuit breaker of the support type with disconnecting switching elements which are directly constructed, controlled by a positive-action gear and which can be coupled to the power switching element. The purpose of this type of construction is
to increase the voltage reliability of the entire switching device with a relatively small circuit breaker stroke. For this purpose, the strokes of the power and isolating contact element must on the one hand absolutely inevitably be connected to one another and, on the other hand, they must be separated from one another,
so that! a disturbance of the switching sequence from outside or through welding of the switching pin in the counter-switching piece is excluded and the interruption of the power at the power switching point is guaranteed.
According to the invention, with a circuit breaker of this type, which has two isolating elements, either one or the other is inevitably moved together with the circuit breaker.
can, the positive-action gear sp is designed so that the isolating switching element not coupled to the power switching element causes the positive coupling of the other isolating switching element with the power switching element.
In this way, a switchgear suitable for switchgear systems with double amm-el rails can be created, which enables the two disconnectors to be operated selectively in spite of the forced operation of the power and disconnector.
The pair of switching elements executing the circuit is completely rigidly connected as a result of the positive-action gear, so that no incorrect switching can occur, even if, for example, the power switch pin welds into its counter-switch.
In particular, two actuating elements can act on the positive drive gear at the choice of actuation of the two disconnectors on two drivers, each of which has a stop that engages with the power switching element in the switch-on direction, whereby the power switching element with an optionally engageable device , e.g.
B. a clutch or a Verriege treatment, is equipped, which is each moved by the driver coming out of the stop in the driver located in the stop. The drivers can be arranged in relation to the power switching element in such a way that they take it up between them and, in the event of mutual displacement or rotation, actuate a latch located in the power switching element.
The invention is shown for example in the drawing.
The post insulator 1 carries the switch chamber 2 of the circuit breaker in which the stationary contact piece 3 is arranged. Above the switching chamber 2, for example, the gear head 4 is built on a hollow insulator, which holds the positive-drive gear and the pivot pins 5, 6 of the two isolating switching elements 7, 8. 9 and 10 are the fixed break isolator contacts carried by insulators 11,112.
In the gear head 4 move the two drivers 13, 14, on which the train rods 15, 16 attack. The pins 17, 18, which engage in slots 19, 20 of the isolating members 7, 8, are located in the drivers.
As a result, when the drivers move, the isolating switches 7, 8, are switched on and off. 21 is the power switching pin. The shaft 22 of the power holding element has a recess 23 in which the ball 24 sits.
The two with takers 13, 14 have recesses 25 respectively. 26 and are extended downwards by stop surfaces 27, 28 so that the recess 23 does not come out of the area of these stop surfaces during the entire switching stroke. The ball 24, which is displaceable in the right-hand horizontal direction, therefore forms a latch which either can come into engagement with the left driver 13 or with the right driver 14.
A spring 29 tries to hold the power switch in the upper switch-off position. 30, 31 are nose-shaped stops on the drivers, through which they take the power switching element with them in the switch-on direction.
The switch works as follows: In the switch-off position, both drivers 13, 14 are at the same height in the uppermost position. If the circuit breaker is to be switched on with the left disconnector 7 on the busbar system I, the pull rod 15 is pulled down.
In the first part of this movement, the pin 17 moves in the still horizontal upper end of the slot 19, and as a result, the separating sehaltglied 7 is rotated in the switch-on direction, that is, in the clockwise direction. In the position shown, the isolating switch 7 has just made contact with the fixed isolating contact 9.
The pin 17 is now in front of the lower part of the (slot 19, which runs in the vertical direction. As a result, when the driver 13 moves further downwards, the isolating switch element 7 is locked against being switched off by an external force. The driver 13 is at the downward movement through the nose 31 is taken with the power switching element 22. The coupling for the closing movement is thus a perfect one.
For the disconnection movement, the coupling between the driver 13 and the power switching element 22 is established in that the ball 24 is pressed through the driver surface 28 of the driver 14 into the detent 25 of the driver 13 and the power switching element with the latter follows coupled to the switching directions wind .. With the further downward movement of the driver 13 comes .the <RTI
ID = "0002.0092"> Contact pin .21 with contact piece -3 in engagement. The switch is then closed. To switch off the pull rod 15 is pushed upwards. Since the switching pin 21 is coupled to the driver 13 by the ball 24, the contact between the pin 21 and the switching piece 3 must necessarily be opened before the disconnector 7 can open. If the switching pin is firmly welded in the mating contact, then opening of the disconnector 7 by external forces is not possible either.
The disconnector 7 is opened: through the slot 19 only after the circuit breaker pin 21 has covered the largest part of its stroke, and the disconnector is switched on during the closing movement in the very first part of the circuit breaker stroke. So the two strokes of the disconnector and circuit breaker are clearly separated from each other, and it is:
this prevents a power arc from being drawn on the disconnector.
If the circuit breaker is switched on and the left disconnector 7 is closed, then rod 16, the second disconnector 8 can also be turned on by operating the train. From this position it is now possible to: open the disconnector 7 as well as the disconnector 8;
the driver disengaging from the power switching element causes the stationary driver to be coupled to the power switching element, so that the closed disconnector is always coupled to the power switching element through the ball 24 for the final disconnection movement.
In order to save on overall height, the straight-line movement of the drivers 13, 14 can be converted into a rotating movement in which the drivers are designed as disks that can be rotated about a common shaft. The disconnecting switching elements 7, 8 are carried along by appropriately designed pins and grooves, and the switching pin 21 is actuated by a disk which sits between the two driver disks.
The end faces of the disks lying one on top of the other form the stop surfaces 27, 28, which move the ball into a catch 23 located in the middle disk.
