Description

  

  Durch     Schnärung    hergestelltes Brikettbündel.    Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein durch       Schnürung        hergestelltes        Brikettbündel,    bei  welchem zum     Spannen    der endlosen     Ilm-          schnürung        zwischen    .die lose um den     Brikett-          stapel        gelegte        Umschnürung    und den     Stapel     Keile     ,gelegt    werden, durch deren Verschie  bung die     Umschnürung    gespannt wird.

       3n     einem solchen Bündel lässt sich in     besonders     einfacher und zweckmässiger     Weise    ein Trag  henkel so anbringen, dass die     Straffung     nicht leidet, sich eine bequeme     Tragweise    er  gibt und .die Briketts nicht beschädigt wer  den.     Die    Ausbildung des     Brikettbündels    be  steht gemäss der     Erfindung    darin,     @dass    die       Flenkelenden    an den langen Schenkeln der       Bündelumschnürung        angreifen.     



  Ein solcher Henkel kann als ein beson  deres Glied an die     Umsehnürung    angeschlos  sen sein, es können aber auch Henkel und       Umsehnürung    aus     einem    einzigen Stück be  stehen. In der     Zeichnung    ist ein Ausfüh  rungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes  dargestellt,    Das     Brikettbündel    besteht aus zwei Bri  kettsträngen a und b, um die das endlos zu  sammengefügte Band c locker herumgelegt  und durch zwei     Gegenkeile    d und e gestrafft  ist.

   Die     Umschnürung    ist nun so ausgebil  det, dass an :der     obern,    .die     Einschielbekeile     aufnehmende     Stirnseite    des     Bündels    eine       doppelte        Lage    von     Umschnürungsmaterial     sich ergibt,

   wobei die äussere     Lage    als Trag  henkel f     ausgebildet        ist.        Henkel    und     Um-          schnürung        bilden    nach dem Ausführungsbei  spiel ein     einziges        .Stück.    Der Henkel greift  an den langen     Schenkeln    der     Bündelumschnü-          rung    an.

   An     dereinen    Seite     ergibt    sich     dieses     Angreifen dadurch,     dass-    der     Henkel    unmit  telbar die Fortsetzung des einen langen       Schenkels    bildet; an der     andern    Seite ist der  Henkel an den betreffenden Schenkel an  geschlossen.

   Die beim Tragen durch den       Henkel    ausgeübten Zugkräfte werden ledig  lich auf die langen Schenkel der     Umschnü-          rung        übertragen.    Die     obern        Briketts    werden  beim Tragen nicht mehr     -durch    die vom Bün-           delgewicht    herrührende     Zugspannung    zusätz  lich     beansprucht,    und     eine        Beschädigung    der  Briketts     wird    mit Sicherheit vermieden.

   Das  Herstellen und Lösen der     Bündelung        wird     durch den Traghenkel in keiner     Weise    beein  trächtigt.
