Device for laying the threads on revolving stretching devices in bobbin spinning machines for rayon. In order to achieve threads of high strength when spinning rayon threads on spinning machines that work according to the parallel system, 3 system, one uses a lot of Appa rate, which are switched between the nozzle and the winding element and pull the thread out respectively. give it a certain stretch.
Proposals have been made for this stretching that consist in pulling the thread through between several pins and shifting these mutually so that the braking of the thread and consequently its stretching increases or decreases to the desired extent. By adjusting these pins accordingly, the passage for the thread can also be made completely free.
According to another proposal, the threads are drawn along a flat or curved surface in an adherent manner along this. By all these braking devices, which only cause sliding braking, d. H. if the thread is to be stretched by letting it loop, the thread suffers in its textile properties.
Other suggestions have been made to avoid looping the thread. This is done by using driven glass rollers as take-off rollers, around which the thread is looped, and giving these take-off rollers a lower circumferential speed than the winding rollers. This creates a tension or stretching of the thread between the take-off roller and take-up roller, where the desired increase in strength is achieved.
In ordinary .Spool spinning machines, in which the transfer of the thread from the full winding bobbin to the empty winding bobbin is done by hand, see such devices have proven.
On the other hand, when working with automatic thread winding, which takes place in that the bobbins are rotated or replaced by a turret gear, disadvantages have arisen in that the thread is either too tight and breaks off or becomes too loose and is wound up by the take-off roller because the circumferential speeds of the take-off roll and the take-up reel at the moment of the changeover, in which the transmission must be switched off, cannot be coordinated with one another.
In order to remedy these shortcomings and to make the stretching device with driven take-off roller also usable for bobbin spinning machines with automatic bobbin change, the following innovation was created: A movable guide member that can be guided concentrically around the take-off roller, and in this case from a guide roller exists, determines - depending on its location - the wrap angle of the thread. The latter goes over the take-off roller and the guide member directly to the winding spool.
The thread is lifted off the take-off roller by turning or setting back the guide element, its .Strek- k- kung thereby, and he can easily by hand on a. new take-up reel can be turned around or - what is particularly important and makes the innovation valuable - it can now be turned over automatically, d. H. the automatic bobbin change can also be used on low-cost silk spinning machines with a drawing device.
In the drawing, several exemplary embodiments of devices according to the invention are shown more or less schematically, namely show: FIG. 1 a vertical section through a spinning machine, FIG. 2 a detail thereof on a larger scale, FIG. 3 another embodiment of the Device in working position, Fig. 4 the same device at the moment of bobbin change,
Fig. 5 shows an embodiment using Ver, so-called. Spinning rims according to patent no. 174049, FIG. 6 shows a device with a take-up reel turret, the axes of the take-off rollers and those of the turret being perpendicular to one another, and FIG. 7 shows an embodiment of the device with a take-up reel turret , with the axes of the pick-up rollers and the turret running parallel.
In all embodiments, the trough receiving the precipitation bath is 8, the spinning nozzle 9; and the take-off roller is labeled 10 be.
In the embodiments according to FIGS. 1, 5 and 7, the spinneret 9, the glass nozzle 11, the filter 12 and the filter hinge 13 form a fixed unit which can be pivoted four about the axis 13.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4, a second joint is switched into this unit at 14.
The take-off rollers 10 sit firmly on their shafts 15 and are driven in the sense of the arrows drawn. The winding element 16, which is also driven, is arranged above the felling bath and is driven at a circumferential speed that is greater than that of the take-off rollers 10, so that stretching takes place between the take-off roller 10 and the winding element 16 . A thread guide 17 ensures that the thread is properly wound up correctly.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, next to each take-off roller 10 on the shaft 15 there is a loose lever 18 with a handle 19, which carries a guide roller 20 and a cranked guide rod 21 at its end in the plane of the pull-off roller 10. Both the take-off rollers and the guide rollers 20 and the rods 21 are made in the usual manner from glass, Bakelite or the like.
At the beginning of the winding process, the lever 18 assumes the position fully shown in FIG. 1, the handle 19 resting against a stop 22.
The coming from the spinneret 9 Fa the 23 is now pulled between the guide roller 20 and the rod 21 and passed through the Fa denführer 17 to the coil 16. As soon as the thread is gripped by the bobbin, the lever 18 is pivoted in the direction of the arrow about its axis until it hits against the stop 22 or another stop. In this way, the thread 23 is placed around this take-off roller 10 and loops around it on a precisely adjustable central angle, which must be so large that slipping is excluded. The thread goes over the guide roller 20 to the thread guide 17 and is placed on the bobbin 16 by the latter.
The desired stretching of the thread takes place on the way between the take-off roller 10 and the bobbin 16.
If the bobbin 16 is fully spun and is to be replaced by another, then the lever 1.8 is put back in the opposite direction to the arrow, so that the take-off roller 10 is now switched off because the thread is between the rod 21 and the roller 20 ge leads, the take-off roller 10 can no longer be touched. So if the thread 23 should sag heavily when changing the bobbin, the hitherto constant risk that it will stick to the take-off roller 10 and be wound up by it is eliminated.
Exactly the same is done in the event of a thread breakage or other similar malfunctions by first pivoting the lever 18 into the fully extended position in FIG. 1 and now removing the thread from the nozzle 9 and bypassing the take-off roller 10 feeds the bobbin.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4, the lever 18 is designed with one arm and is mounted on the trough 8 about an axis 24 lying parallel to the shaft 15. Instead of the guide rod 21, a roller 25 is provided in this case. Since the thread coming from the spinneret 9 has to be brought up behind the take-off roller, the glass connector 11 is correspondingly lengthened and the joint 14 is switched on in this, since otherwise the nozzle could not be lifted out of the precipitation bath.
As Fig. 4 shows, the thread 23 goes with the lever 18 folded up, guided by the rollers 20 and 25, without touching the take-off roller 10, behind this up to the bobbin, so that the introduction of the thread when spinning on is simple and easy to carry out and even if the thread is severely sagging, it is not possible for it to stick to the take-off roller. If the lever 18, after which the thread has been grasped by the bobbin, is folded back into the position shown in FIG. 3, the thread 23 wraps around the take-off roller to the desired extent and goes over the guide roller 20 to the bobbin, while the roller 25 is switched off in this position.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 5, a spinning rim according to Switzerland is used as the winding member 36. Patent No. 174049 thought and the second guide member, namely the rod 21 respectively. the roller 25 is omitted. Instead of this: the side plates 26 protruding far on both sides on a lever that can be swiveled around the axis of the take-off roller @sehwenkbaren on the take-off roller 20 have been given, which go almost to the take-off roller 10.
In addition, the position of the spinning rim 36 with respect to the take-off roller 10 is selected so that in one position of the guide roller an imaginary line from the nozzle 9 to the rim 3,6 does not touch the take-off roller 10 in any position of the thread guide. In the working position, the roller 20 assumes the position indicated by dashed lines on the right in FIG. 5, one folds. the roller 20 in the position shown on the left, then the thread 23 goes freely from the nozzle to the rim and above all does not touch the take-off roller 10, while the side shield of 2.6,
of the guide roller 20 ensure that the thread does not run sideways, rather that it cooperates again in the correct manner with the take-off roller when the roller 20 is folded back.
It does not matter for the present invention what type of winding-up device is and how it is driven, whether its axis of rotation is parallel to the axis of the take-off roller 10 or at an angle to the same, whether the distance between the pull-off roller and the winding-up organ is greater or smaller and finite, whether a manual or an automatic change of the take-up body takes place.
Fig. 6 shows schematically a Ausfüh approximate form, in which the axes 15 of the take-off rollers 10 are perpendicular to the shaft 27 of a reel turret 2-8. Here, the one coil 29 is in the work respectively. On winding position, it is positively driven, while at 30 an empty bobbin sits, after which the previously wound full bobbin has been removed.
If the spool 29 is now full, the revolver is pivoted in the direction of the arrow. Since in this moment the drive, the bobbin 29 stops, there is a risk that the thread sags and is taken by the take-off roller 10. The. Sch pivotability of the guide members in the sense of the devices described above eliminates this risk, since the thread goes to the bobbin without touching the take-off roller.
When turning the turret further, the empty bobbin 30 comes into the working position and is driven, so that the thread is grasped by this and wound up. The guide organs are now, after the connection to the new empty 'bobbin is reached, swiveled around again,' and the thread goes in the desired manner over the take-off roller 10 and is stretched between this and the auf wiekelspule.
Fig. 7 shows an embodiment in which two revolvers 2.8 are shown arranged side by side. Here, the axes 15 of the take-off rollers 10 are parallel to the axes 27 of the revolver and transversely to the felling bath trough, while the levers 18, similar to the two embodiments according to FIGS. 3 and 4,
Shafts 31 seen parallel to this direction can be pivoted., By .ein linkage 32, 33 several levers 18 can be coupled to one another. At the beginning of the spinning process respectively. When changing the bobbin, the levers 18 are folded into the dashed position in which the threads 28, guided by the guide elements 20 and 25, pass through the thread guide 17 to the initially empty bobbins 29 without touching the take-off roller 10.
As soon as the threads are grasped by the bobbins, the levers 19 are pivoted into the position shown in full line so that the threads, including the take-off rollers 10, reach the bobbins 29 via the guide rollers 20 and the thread 17.
When the bobbins 29 are full, the revolvers 28 are pivoted in the direction of the arrows. The lever 18 is swiveled back into the dashed position beforehand so that, even if the bobbins 29 are no longer driven and the threads sag as a result, these threads cannot come into contact with the take-off rollers 10. As soon as the empty bobbins 30 are in the working position and the threads are taken away from them, you fold the lever 18 back into the drawn position and the ge.
The spinning and drawing process continues as normal.
In addition to the take-off roller, the guide roller, which determines the circumferential angle of the thread around the take-off roller, can be driven either from the axis of the take-off roller or from that around which the guide roller is swiveled. In this case, the take-off and guide rollers are driven at the same speed.
The wrap around the take-off rollers is open in all of the Ausführungsbeispie len described, i.e. H. If the guide roller is reset and the looping is canceled, the thread goes in a straight or almost straight line from the nozzle to the take-up roller and does not touch either the take-off or guide roller.
