Druckgasschalter.
Gas pressure switch. The invention deals with a switching device with various ariigen lying in series. Contact points, one of which is a simple serial separation point and the other is blown with gas or air. In such switches one has proposed conditions to attach the arcing chamber with the help of a support insulator to the jacket of a compressed air or gas container and to use the insulator to guide the air or .des gas into the arcing chamber.
The serial separation point was arranged and fastened separately from it. It has also been proposed that the two switches using a bushing insulator on a support frame for the compressed air or gas container to BEFE and to use a support insulator for guiding the separation contact .der series separation point.
The invention now relates to a pressurized gas holder with two switching points in series, of which the pressurized gas-blown contact point takes over the power disconnection and the air separation point takes over the voltage separation, and with a pressurized gas container in which the circuit breaker and the disconnector each have one Post insulator on the base plate serving as a switch. Pressurized gas containers are attached.
In the drawing, which illustrates an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, a denotes a pressurized gas container which is connected to a pressurized gas supply system via a pipeline (not shown). On the upper side of the shell of the pressurized gas container, the support insulator h is secured, protruding to one side, and the quenching chamber e with the exhaust cooler d attached to it is attached to its head end.
The release chamber c in the example consists of metal; it can also consist of insulating material and contains the fixed extinguishing contact e. and the movable extinguishing contact f of the inflated contact point. The movable extinguishing contact is under spring action. The moving quenching contact f is seen ver with a piston g, the BEZW in. The quenching chamber. slides in an insulating extension h of the same.
In the chamber in front of the piston there is a throttle disk i with holes on the disk circumference, which serves to control the access of the pressurized gas to the piston g at the beginning of the pressurized gas to flow from the container a after opening the electro-pneumatic switching valve lc to dampen in order to prevent damaging impacts. The supply of the compressed gas from the container e to the extinguishing chamber c takes place through the hollow post insulator.
The moving quenching contact f of the blown switch has an extension protruding from the quenching chamber, which forms the counter-contact of the isolating contact of the series isolating point.
The axis of the isolating contact m sits in the head piece of the support insulator n, which is attached to the opposite side of the casing of the pressure gas container a from the mounting side of the support insulator b for the quenching chamber c, parallel to the support insulator b, the contacts e, f and in, p of both contact points in a straight line.
In the switched-on position shown, the movable quenching contact f. The blown contact point is latched to the disconnecting contact 7n of the serial disconnection point in order to prevent the disconnecting contact from opening before the blown contacts of the contact point e, f. This latching can for example be brought about by the fact that the separating contact 7n, at its contact end has a Ver thickening o, with which it engages between before tensioned contact brushes p at the end of the movable erase contact f.
The release of the latch occurs when the blown contact point is opened, in that as a result of the movement of the movable extinguishing contact f, the contact brushes p on it slide off the thickening o of the separating contact, whereupon the separating contact can be opened.
On the pressurized gas tank a supports t are attached in order to use the switching device in a standing arrangement or for wall mounting can. You can also make the switching device mobile, if. t rollers are attached to the supports. In the latter case, the axis of the exhaust cooler d is expediently arranged perpendicular to the roadway. Instead of the rotatable isolating contact used in the example, a sliding isolating contact can easily be used, which can be latched in the same way with the moving contact of the blown contact.
The switching device is switched off automatically by the maximum relay u or by hand using the electrically controlled valve k. The movable extinguishing contact f is thereby moved downwards by the compressed gas; moved and the cut-off arc is extinguished, the contact brushes p slide from the thickened end of the isolating contact, the isolating contact can be opened by hand or also by pressurized gas, and the movable quenching contact returns to the closed position. The isolating contact is de-energized.
The switching device is switched on by inserting the isolating contact m.
If the switching device according to the invention is used for multi-phase systems, then it is practical for all switches to have a common electropneumatic drive. A change in the phase distances of the switching devices among themselves can, for. B. can be achieved by replaceable spacers in the switching device conditions connecting compressed gas lines.
