Elektrischer Stecker für gekapselte Steckvorrichtungen. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf elektrische Stecker für gekapselte Steckvorrichtungen, insbesondere für Flachsteckvorrichtungen.
Gemäss der Erfindung besteht das Stecker gehäuse eines elektrischen Steckers für ge- kapselte Steckvorrichtungen, insbesondere für Flachsteckvorrichtungen mit einem aus dem Steckergehäuse herausnehmbaren, die Stecker stifte tragenden Isolierteil aus einem trichter förmigen Teil aus Isolierstoff und einem sich daran anschliessenden Teil aus Metall, der an seinem, dem trichterförrnigen Teil ent gegengesetzten Ende als Schutzkragen für die Steckerstifte ausgebildet ist und Unverwechsel- barkeitseinrichtungen hat.
In den Fig. 1 bis 5 ist ein Beispiel der Erfindung dargestellt.
Die Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen Querschnitte des Steckers. Der Stecker besteht aus einem trichterförmigen Teil 1 aus Isolierstoff, welcher bei 2 abgesetzt ist. Der Isolierteil 3 trägt die Stecker-stifte 4, sowie einen Steckerstift 5 für Erdungszwecke. Die Steckerstifte tra- gen Anschlussvorrichtungen 6, sowie eine An- achlussvorrichtung 7 für den Erdungsstecker. Der Teil 3 ist fest verbunden mit einem Steg 8, der mit dem metallischen Teil 11 verschraubt ist (Fig. 2).
Der Teil 8 mit der Schelle 10 und den Schrauben 9 dient zur Entlastung des eingeführten Kabels und zur Befestigung des die Steckerstifte tragenden Isolierteils 3. Der Isolierteil 3 mit den Steckerstiften ist von einem flachzylindrischen Metallteil 11 umgeben, der an der Stelle 2 mit dem trichter förmigen Teil 1 in Verbindung steht. Dieser Teil 11 besitzt Unverwechselbarkeitseinrich- tungen 12, die sich in entsprechende Teile der Steckdose einfügen.
Die Ausbildung des. Teils 11 ist aus den Fig. 3, 4, 5 ersichtlich, und zwar besteht der Teil 11 beispielsweise aus einem flachen Zylinder, der bei 12 offen ist. In diesen offenen Teil wird ein Teil 13 eingenietet, -gelötet oder -geschweisst, der, wie man aus den Fig. 4 und 5 erkennt, Unverwechselbar keitseinrichtungen 14 aufweist. Diese Unver- wechselbarkeitseinrichtungen erstrecken sich zweckmässig nur über einen Teil der Gesamt länge des Zylinders, wie aus den Fig. 2 und 4 zu erkennen ist.
Es ist selbstverständlich nicht unbedingt notwendig, den Teil 11 aus mehreren Teilen zusammenzusetzen. Es ist vielmehr auch möglich, den Teil 11 aus einem einzigen Stück durch Pressen und Stanzen herzustellen. Die Unverwechselbarkeitseinrichtung kann zum Beispiel in einfacher Weise durch Niete ge schaffen werden, deren Köpfe in das Innere des Teils 11 hineinragen.
