Rundgestrlcgter Strumpf..
Nach der Er findung ist diese Verstärkung von Ferse 1, Sohle 5 und Spitze 3 dadurch erzeugt, dass über jeder Platinenmasche der Grundware dieser Fussteile ein Plüschhenkel gearbeitet ist;
der aus dem Plüschfaden länger als die Grundwarenplatinenmaschen 9 ,gearbeiteten Platinenmaschen. In den Nadelmaschen 10 ist,der Grundfaden mit Odem Plüschfaden zu sammen verarbeitet, so dass die Nadelmaschen 10 vollständig zweifädig aus dem Grund faden und :dem Plüschfaden gearbeitet sind, während bei den Platinenmasohen -der Grund ware 9 nur ;
Rundgestrlcgter Stocking .. The invention relates to round knitted .Stockings and relates to a new useful type of reinforcement of the heel, sole and toe, which is achieved in that plush loops are arranged over each sinker mesh of the basic material, which are incorporated so that. the plush handle thread and the thread of the basic fabric are made into stitches.
In addition, the plush handles can be worked in from the start of each row of stitches on over each sinker stitch of the basic fabric, so that the plush handles are present directly on the lower line where regular work is reduced or increased, and where regular work is more solid Edge is worked, directly on the edge of the goods.
This can be achieved. that: the plush blanket, which is advantageous due to the single-mesh plush arrangement, is not uninterrupted due to the lack of plush handles at the minor points and at the edges.
So that the question of material for plush thread and thread resp. the threads of the basic goods respectively the respective functions of the reinforcement. -the basic goods can be solved appropriately and independently of one another, the basic goods thread (or the basic goods threads) can be used not only in the circularly knitted parts, but also in the back and forth knitted parts
in each row of stitches only the basic ware, and the plush thread can only be processed into plush loops.
An essential advantage of the new straight knitted stocking is that, due to the plush arrangement at the minor points, especially when there are accumulations of minor lines, and the plush arrangement on the R, change the strength of these most stressed areas , on the stocking, especially in the heel and toe,
is increased and the annoying rubbing or pressing of the rest of the mesh structure different union minor points and edge points is eliminated by the pressure-reducing and compensating plush loops at these points. In the drawing, Ausführungsbei are games of the new stocking shown. Fig. 1 shows the foot of a round knitted stocking with part of the length,
Fig. 2 shows the stocking heel with high heel cut from each other and spread out on the rear center line of the stocking, Fig. 3 shows the side view of a round knitted stocking tip with a special reduction, Fig. 4 the heel of a round knitted stocking with a special reduction,
Fig. 5 is a schematic representation of a stitch pattern with plush loops of a piece of goods cut out of the heel at a-b-c-d and e-f-g-h in Fig. 2.
The stocking according to Fig. 1 and the heel belonging to this stocking, symbolized in an enlarged representation in Fig. 2, shows the usual type of reduction in heel and toe, which is made visible by a minor line on the bulging sides of the stocking.
This minor line is marked in the heel 1 of the stocking according to Figs. 1 and 21 with 2, in the .Spitze @ $ with 4. The sole 5 has, in a known manner, no reduction because it does not have any significant change in shape required compared to the .knit .tube. The remaining part of the stocking according to Fig. 1 is the foot sheet or upper part 6, to which the lengths 7 adjoin.
The heel 1 with the high heel la, the sole 5 and the tip 3 are subject to the greatest stresses. Wearing the stocking fes. They are therefore reinforced compared to the length 7 and the upper foot part 6, that is to say made from one or two more threads than these other stocking parts.
According to the invention, this reinforcement of heel 1, sole 5 and tip 3 is generated in that a plush handle is worked over each sinker mesh of the basic material of these foot parts;
At the minor points, i.e. at the minor lines 2 and 4 of the heel and toe, the initial stitches of each row of stitches also have a plush handle at the minor point, which is known to be produced by working back and forth on the circular knitting machine. This is shown particularly clearly in Fig. 5, each showing a section a-b-c-d respectively. e-f-g-lz from the heel parts of Fig. 2 greatly enlarged,
. In schematic verse shows the thread position.
The plush handles are marked 8 in this mesh picture. These plush handles 8 are known to be the parts protruding from the goods level on the left side of the goods:
the sinker stitches made from the plush thread longer than the basic goods sinker meshes 9. In the needle stitches 10, the basic thread is processed together with Odem plush thread, so that the needle stitches 10 thread completely two-thread from the ground and: the plush thread are worked, while in the sinker mesh - the ground would be 9 only;
the stitch legs 9a are two-thread and the extended head of the sinker stitch, which forms the plush handle 8, appears from the plush thread on the left side of the goods. The minor points are along the dash-dotted line 2-2. It can be clearly seen from Fig. 5: that every initial sinker stitch of every stitch row begins on these minor lines 2-2 worked with plush loops.
The advantages of the formation of plush loops in the initial stitches are particularly evident where, as Fig. 3 and 4 show, for the purpose of creating a special shape, there is an accumulation of minor lines in the toe and heel.
The tip according to Fig. 3 has two minor lines .1.1 and 12 instead of the one minor line 4, the tip of the foot according to Fig. 1 and, the heel according to Fig. 4 even has three minor lines 13, 14 and 15, instead of just one minor line 2 - the heel of the type shown in Fig. 1 and 2 is shown.
If, with such an accumulation of minor lines, the first edge meshes would have no plush loops, there would be gaps in the heel and toe surfaces that would make the one mesh arrangement of the plush in the rest of the stocking ineffective.
If the stocking is partly worked regularly in another known way, i.e. with fixed edges in some parts that are then sewn together, then the loops of these edges are also worked with plush loops so that the seam does not break in the plush. has occupation.
It is of course free to work the rest of the stocking with single-mesh plush or in whole or in part with plush loops over only certain sinker meshes, which means that where it is practical, no plush handles over the sinker meshes are working.
