Description

  

  Servierschale     fär    Getränke und Feingebäck.         GegenstandvorliegenderErfindung    ist eine  Servierschale für     Getränke    und Feingebäck,  die insbesondere auch zum Gebrauch beim  heiligen Abendmahl geeignet ist, in welch  letzterem Falle sie den Zweck hat, die jetzige  unhygienische     Darreichungsform    des Weines  an mehrere Personen aus ein und demselben  Trinkkelch dadurch zu ersetzen, dass der  Wein in kleinen Einzelbechern vermittelst  dieser     Servierschale    dargereicht wird, wobei  dann diese Becher nach einmaligem Gebrauch  entweder desinfiziert und wiederverwendet,  oder weggeworfen werden können.  



  In     Fig.    1 ist eine beispielsweise Ausfüh  rung einer solchen Servierschale     nebst    einer  Detailvariante im Vertikalschnitt und in       Fig.    2 im Grundriss dargestellt. Eine äussere  Schale     a    ist zentrisch zu einer innern Schale       b    in einem Abstand unter dieser angeordnet.  Die Schale b trägt an ihrem Umfang eine  Ringplatte c, die ihrerseits mit der äussern  Schale     a    fest verbunden ist, so dass zwischen  beiden Schalen ein Hohlraum d gebildet  wird, der durch die Ringplatte c abgedeckt    ist.

   Die innere Schale b dient zur Aufnahme  des Gebäckes, während die Ringplatte c zum  Aufstellen einer Anzahl     Trinkbecher        g    aus  gebildet ist. Die Ringplatte c ist zu diesem  Zweck mit kreisrunden Ausschnitten s ver  sehen, auf deren Rändern die Trinkbecher  durch die Schulter p ihres Mantels aufsitzen,  während der untere,     abgesetzte    Teil des  Trinkbechers g in den Hohlraum d hinab  reicht. Diese Ausschnitte s können gemäss       Fig.    1 rechts mit nach unten     gekremptem     Rand r versehen sein, wodurch eine stabilere  Haltung der Trinkbecher     g    in ihrer     Stellung     erreicht wird.

   Die äussere Schale a besitzt  einen Halsansatz h, mit welchem der als  Handgriff ausgebildete Fuss F fest verbun  den ist. Die Ringplatte c ist sowohl gegen  die innere Schale b wie auch gegen die  äussere Schale a durch die überhöhten Bord  ränder z, z' abgegrenzt, um das Überlaufen  von Tropfflüssigkeit zu verhindern.  



  In     Fig.        ä    ist ein weiteres Beispiel der  Ausbildungsform der     Ringplatte    c angedeu  tet, welches von den beiden in     Fig.    1 gezeig-           ten    Ausführungsformen dadurch abweicht;  dass die Ringplatte c an Stelle der Aus  schnitte s     Vertiefungen    v aufweist, in die die  Trinkbecher g     hineinpassen.     



  In     Fig.    4 ist ein     viertes    Beispiel der     Aus-          bildungsform    der Ringplatte c angedeutet,  wobei die Ringplatte c an Stelle der Aus  schnitte s     Höckerknöpfe    o besitzt, welche in  entsprechend nach innen geformte Einbuch  tungen     u    in den Böden der Trinkbecher g  passen.

The subject-matter of the present invention is a serving bowl for drinks and pastries, which is also particularly suitable for use at Holy Communion, in which latter case it has the purpose of replacing the current unsanitary presentation of the wine to several people from one and the same cup by having the wine is presented in small individual cups by means of this serving bowl, in which case these cups can either be disinfected and reused or thrown away after a single use.



  In Fig. 1 an example Ausfüh tion of such a serving bowl is shown together with a detailed variant in vertical section and in Fig. 2 in plan. An outer shell a is arranged centrally to an inner shell b at a distance below the latter. The shell b carries an annular plate c on its circumference, which in turn is firmly connected to the outer shell a, so that a cavity d is formed between the two shells and is covered by the annular plate c.

   The inner shell b is used to hold the pastries, while the ring plate c is formed to set up a number of drinking cups from g. For this purpose, the ring plate c is provided with circular cutouts s, on the edges of which the drinking cups sit through the shoulder p of their coat, while the lower, recessed part of the drinking cup g extends down into the cavity d. According to FIG. 1, these cutouts s can be provided with a downwardly bent edge r on the right, whereby a more stable holding of the drinking cups g is achieved in their position.

   The outer shell a has a neck h, with which the foot F, which is designed as a handle, is firmly connected. The ring plate c is delimited both against the inner shell b and against the outer shell a by the raised board edges z, z 'in order to prevent the overflow of dripping liquid.



  A further example of the embodiment of the ring plate c is indicated, which differs from the two embodiments shown in FIG. 1; that the ring plate c has recesses v instead of the cutouts s, into which the drinking cups g fit.



  A fourth example of the embodiment of the ring plate c is indicated in FIG. 4, the ring plate c having, instead of the cutouts s, cusp buttons o which fit into correspondingly inwardly shaped indentations u in the bottoms of the drinking cups g.
