In.
Electric lighting lamp with a reflective bulb part. The invention relates to an electric illumination lamp in which part of the bulb surface is mirrored. It is already known to provide electric incandescent lamps with normal bulbs with a reflective bulb part. These mirrors can be attached on the inside as well as on the outside. An "electrical lighting lamp" is to be understood as a lamp in which the light emission is brought about by the glow of a wire made of high-melting metal, by a luminous gas discharge or the like.
The electric lighting lamp according to the invention is, as already mentioned, equipped with a reflective bulb part.

The reflected bundle, which practically has a conical shape in space, will therefore have a curve elongated in shape as the base line, the center of this base line curve being in the cone axis. The angle at the apex of this cone, measured in a plane extending through the center of the piston and through the longest line of symmetry of the baseline curve, has a maximum value of 160. This level is referred to above and below as the "main level". The angle at the apex of the cone, measured according to the plane perpendicular to the main plane.
which contains the shortest symmetry line of the baseline curve and also extends through the center of the piston, has a maximum value of 75. This level is referred to above and below as "secondary level". The symmetry olds of the baseline curve are not to be taken too literally. It goes without saying that slight deviations from the pure form of the baseline curve are neglected.
. When the longitudinal nose of the piston is mentioned, the longitudinal axis of the imaginary piston body is meant without the neck and base. The center of the Kol bens is due to the intersection of the piston longitudinal nose with the intersection of the main and secondary levels. It follows from this that it is not essential where the piston neck lies with the base attached to it.
The invention is explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawing, in which only one embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown as an example.
In Fig. 1, the lamp according to the inven tion is shown diagrammatically with the cone of light emitted by it reflecting oriented; Fig. 2 is a graph of the light intensity of the reflected beam in the principal plane; Fig. 3 is a similar illustration for the secondary level; Figure 4 is a perspective view of the lamp of the invention; Fig. 5 is a section of the piston on the main plane; Figure 6 is a bottom view of the lamp.
In. Fig. 1 shows the reflected light cone radiated out from the lamp. In this figure, the elongated shape of the light beam can be seen. As a result of this elongated shape of the bundle, the baseline curve K on the plane V also has an elongated shape. The angle at the tip of the cross-section of the reflected bundle with the main plane, which is indicated by hatching in this figure, has a maximum value of 160.
The intersection of the reflected bundle with the secondary plane also hatched has a maximum value of 75. It can be deduced from the figure that the scattering of the light radiation is greater to the extent that the plane in which the scattering is sought forms a smaller angle with the secondary plane.
From Figs. 2 and 3, the light intensity of the reflected beam is clear eisicht Lich. In Fig. 2 it is for the main level, and in Fig. 3 these values are shown for the secondary level. It should be noted that the figures are not drawn to the same scale. In FIGS. 2 and 3, the angle with the horizontal old is understood to mean the angle which the light rays of the bundle bil deng with the horizontal plane (in other words, the angles with the vertical old form the angle of incidence).
The values of the light intensity corresponding to each angle are shown as polar coordinates. It can be seen that at an angle of incidence greater than 80, the value for the intensity of the reflected beam becomes 0, since the angle. has a maximum value of 160 at the top of the reflected beam.
The intensity of the reflected beam after the secondary plane is approximately constant, which can be seen from FIG. 3.
From FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 it follows that the lamp according to the invention is particularly suitable for illuminating a surface that extends far. Such a lamp can be used for street lighting, building lighting, etc., for example.
4, 5 and 6, a Ausfüh approximate shape of the lamp according to the invention is shown. In these figures, 1 denotes the glass bulb to which the base 2 is attached in the usual way. In these fi gures the base is shown as a bayonet base, but it goes without saying that any other type of base can also be used.
In these figures, the piston neck together with the base attached to it is drawn in the direction of the piston nose. The arrangement of the neck and the base is not essential. For example, the neck could also be net angeord in the center of the reflective part or at some other point. The piston 1 is equipped with a reflective part 3. This part can consist of a silver mirror that can be attached to the inside or outside of the piston.
The piston is designed in such a way that the cross-sections of the reflective piston part, perpendicular to the main plane and measured through the center of the piston, the more concave the more they get closer to the secondary plane. 4 also shows the section of the lamp with the main plane HE and the secondary plane NE to explain.
If you look at a section according to the main plane, the reflective piston part consists of two parabolic parts extending over a sector angle of 20 to 40. These parts are labeled AB and CD in FIG. 5. The axes of these parts are formed by the lines AD and CB.
The reflective bulb part located between these parabolic parts (designated AEC in the drawing) deviates from a circle with the center M and the radius N A that The distance between the center point and the bulb increases the closer you get to the secondary plane (ME larger than MA). In general, the incandescent body is arranged in the middle of the bulb. It is possible to use a straight incandescent body.
If this can be compressed so much that its length is approximately 0.15 times the length of the piston axis, it is possible to arrange the filament after the piston axis.
However, if such a compression is not possible, for example due to an excessively high mains voltage, it is necessary to arrange the incandescent body in the main plane, namely perpendicular or approximately perpendicular to the line of intersection of the main and secondary plane, whereby a straight or a V-shaped incandescent body is used.
In the latter case, the legs of the V-shaped filament must coincide with the axes of the parabolic bulb part, which prevents the light emitted directly from the incandescent body from having a dazzling effect.
The incandescent body can also lie in the intersection of the main and secondary plane or slightly outside the center of the piston, although larger deviations have an unfavorable effect on the light distribution.
It is generally desirable for the incandescent body to lie in the sector which is delimited by a part of the reflective piston part and by planes which extend through the axes of the parabolic piston part and intersect in the longitudinal axis of the piston. The piston part limited in this way forms a sector angle of less than 180. The incandescent body can also lie in the inner delimitation planes of this piston part.
The filament 7 of the lamp according to FIGS. 4, 5 and 6 shows the aforementioned V-shape and lies in the main plane in such a way that the tip of the V faces the transparent bulb part.
The center of the incandescent body is located at the intersection of the pistons longitudinal axis and the intersection of the main and secondary planes, i.e. in the center of the piston. The legs of the V lie in the axes of the neighboring parabolic parts AB and CD (see Fig. 5). The incandescent body is carried by the pole wires 4 and 5 and held in the V-shape by the wire 8 attached to the support wire 6.
The piston can be seen with a corrugation 9 or other scattering means to achieve a more uniform light ver.
