Gerät zum Ausroden von Herbstzeitlosen und dergleichen Unkraut.
Die Methoden, die heute zur Vertilgung der schädlichen Herbstzeitlosen angewendet werden, sind vielfach nur vor bergehend wirksam zerstören mit diesen auch n tzliche Pflanzen oder schädigen die Feldoberfläche oder sind in ihrer Anwendung sehr zeit raubend.
Vorliegender Erfindungsgegenstand ist ein einfaches, wie ein Spaten zu bedienendes Ge rät, das Herbstzeitlosen und dergleichen Unkraut mit der Wurzelzwiebel in wenigen Sekunden zu entfernen erlaubt. Das Gerät besteht aus einem von oben nach unten konisch sich verengenden, unten und oben und an einer LÏngsseite offenen Rohrstück. an welchem oben eine Hülse zwecks Befestig eines Spatenstiels und eine Fussrast an- grebracht sind. Mit diesem GerÏt kann die Pflanze durch Einstossen desselben mittelst der Fussrast bis und mit der Wurzel und samt der sie umgebenden Erde gefasst und . aehher aus dem Boden gezogen werden.
Die Erde. die damit ausgestochen wurde, wird wieder in die Bodenöffnung eingeführt, so dass eine BeschÏdigung der Wiese oder des Feldes nicht stattfindet.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungs- gegenstandes ist im folgenden beschrieben und in der Zeichnung dargestellt. Es zeigt :

An dem konischen, unten engeren Rohr- stück 1 sind eine Stielhülse 2 und eine Fussrast 3 angeschweisst oder mit diesem aus einem St ck hergestellt. Das Rohrstück 1 ist oben und unten offen und, wie aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich, mit einer Längsöffnung versehen, deren Ränder 4 und 5, sowie derjenige der untern Íffnung 6 geschärft sind. Der Stiel 7 wird mittelst des Nagels 8 in der Pulse 2 befestigt.
Die Arbeitsweise ist folgende :
Das Gerät bezw. das Rohrstück 1 wird mit der untern Öffnung 6 ber die Pflanze 9 geschoben und nachher durch Aufsetzen des FuBes auf die Rast 3 bis zur Tiefe der Wur- zel in die Erde gestossen, worauf es mit der Pflanze 9 und der sie umgebenden Erde 10 aus dem Boden gezogen wird. Zur Sicher- heit, dass der ganze Erdkegel herauskommt, wird das Rohrstück 1 mittelst des Stiels 7 oder der Rast 3 um ein kleines Mass um seine Achse gedreht, wobei die geschärften Langsränder 4 und 5 den umschlossenen Erdkegel lostrennen und zum Herausheben freilegen.

A handle sleeve 2 and a footrest 3 are welded to the conical tube piece 1, which is narrower at the bottom, or are made from one piece with this. The pipe section 1 is open at the top and bottom and, as can be seen from FIG. 2, provided with a longitudinal opening, the edges 4 and 5 of which, as well as that of the opening 6 below, are sharpened. The handle 7 is attached to the pulse 2 by means of the nail 8.
The working method is as follows:
The device resp. the pipe section 1 is pushed with the lower opening 6 over the plant 9 and then pushed into the ground by placing the foot on the detent 3 to the depth of the root, whereupon it with the plant 9 and the surrounding soil 10 from the Ground is pulled.
