Tragorgan für die Einfassbandrolle an Akteneinfassmaschinen. Akteneinfassmaschinen, mittelst welcher Pläne und dergleichen mit einem Streifen eingefasst werden können, müssen ein Trag organ aufweisen, auf welchem die Einfass- bandrollen so aufgesetzt werden können, dass sie sich beim Betrieb der Maschine ungehin dert abwickeln. Im Interesse der Raumer sparnis liegt es, dieses Organ so zu dispo nieren, dass die darauf gelagerte Einfassband- rolle vertikal, und zwar ungefähr parallel dem Lauf des Einfassstreifens zu stehen kommt.
Bei Verwendung von Einfassbändern grösserer Breite führt aber diese Lagerung insofern zu Unzukömmlichkeiten, als die da durch nötig werdende Drehung des Einfass- bandes nur bei grösserer Dimensionierung der Maschine möglich wird, so dass für diese Fälle die horizontale Lagerung der Einfass- bandrolle sich empfiehlt.
Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Tragorgan für die Einfassbandrolle an Akten einfassmaschinen, bei welchem die Vorteile der vertikalen Lagerung der Einfassbandrolle mit denjenigen der horizontalen Lagerung vereinigt sind. Und zwar besteht die Erfin dung darin, dass der Träger der Einfassband- rolle mit der Akteneinfassmaschine in der Weise gelenkig verbunden ist, dass die darauf gelagerte Einfassbandrolle abwechselnd in die horizontale oder vertikale Lage kommt und dass Mittel vorgesehen sind, mittelst welchen der Träger in einer bestimmten Lage festge halten werden kann.
In der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfin dungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 eine Vorderansicht einer Akten einfassmaschine bei horizontaler Lage der Ein fassbandrolle, Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht auf die Aktenein- fassmaschine gemäss Fig. 1, und Fig. 3 eine Seitenansicht des Tragorganes mit Einfassbandrolle bei horizontaler Lage der Einfassbandrolle.
An dem Gestell a der Akteneinfassma- schine sind zwei parallele Arme b und bi angeordnet, welche mit Nuten c und ei und an ihrer Vorderseite mit Einkerbungen d und di versehen sind. In diese Nuten und Ein kerbungen greifen die Zapfenpaare e und ei bezw. f und fi eines Trägers g, welcher mit einem Stift h versehen ist, auf welchen die Einfassbandrolle i gestülpt werden kann.
Bei der geschilderten Stellung des Trägers g befindet sich die Einfassbandrolle <I>i</I> in hori zontaler Lage. Zieht man nun aber mit einem Handgriff den Träger g von der Akteneinfass- maschineweg, so kommen die Zapfen f und <I>f</I> i ausser Eingriff mit den Einkerbungen<I>d</I> und di. Der Träger g, der infolgedessen nun nur noch durch die Zapfen e und ei mit den Armen b und bi verbunden bleibt, kippt da her nach abwärts, und die Einfassbandrolle i kommt dadurch in vertikale Lage.
Soll wie der die horizontale Lage hergestellt werden, so wird der Träger g gehoben und gegen die Maschine gedrückt, so dass die Zapfen f und fi wiederum in die Einkerbungen d und di gelangen und so festgehalten werden.
Beispielsweise kann der Träger g auch mit gewöhnlichen Gelenken an dem Maschi nengestell a angeordnet und die Feststellung desselben vermittelst eines Riegels oder der gleichen erfolgen.
Support element for the binding roll on file binding machines. File binding machines, by means of which plans and the like can be bounded with a strip, must have a support element on which the binding tape rolls can be placed in such a way that they unwind unhindered when the machine is in operation. In the interest of saving space, it is to dispose of this organ in such a way that the edging tape roll placed on it comes to stand vertically, approximately parallel to the run of the edging strip.
When using edging tapes of greater width, however, this storage leads to inconveniences insofar as the rotation of the edging tape which becomes necessary is only possible if the machine is larger, so that in these cases horizontal storage of the edging tape roll is recommended.
The subject of the present invention is a support member for the edging tape roll on files edging machines, in which the advantages of the vertical mounting of the edging tape roll are combined with those of the horizontal mounting. The invention consists in the fact that the carrier of the binding roll is articulated with the file binding machine in such a way that the binding reel mounted on it comes alternately into the horizontal or vertical position and that means are provided which the carrier in certain position can be held firmly.
In the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject of the invention is shown, namely: FIG. 1 shows a front view of a file binding machine with the tape roll in a horizontal position, FIG. 3 a side view of the support member with edging tape roll with the edging tape roll in a horizontal position.
On the frame a of the file binding machine, two parallel arms b and bi are arranged, which are provided with grooves c and ei and on their front side with notches d and di. In these grooves and notches engage the pin pairs e and ei respectively. f and fi of a carrier g, which is provided with a pin h on which the edging tape roll i can be placed.
In the described position of the carrier g, the edging tape roll <I> i </I> is in a horizontal position. If, however, one pulls the carrier g away from the file binding machine with a single movement, the pins f and <I> f </I> i disengage from the notches <I> d </I> and di. The carrier g, which as a result now only remains connected to the arms b and bi by the pins e and ei, tilts downwards, and the edging tape roll i comes into a vertical position.
If the horizontal position is to be established, the carrier g is lifted and pressed against the machine, so that the pins f and fi again enter the notches d and di and are thus held.
For example, the carrier g can also be arranged with ordinary joints on the machine frame a and the fixing of the same can be done by means of a bolt or the like.
