Elektromagnetisch gesteuertes Ventil.

Fig. 5 und 6 veranschaulichen je einen vergrösserten Schnitt nach Linie 4-4 in Fig. 3, welche die relative Lage der Lamel len bei zwei verschiedenen Stellungen des Ankers zeigen; Fig. 7 ist ein ähnlicher Schnitt einer an dern Ausführungsform; F ig. 8 ist ein ähnlicher Schnitt durch eine weitere Ausführungsform mit aus mehreren Lamellen zusammengesetzten magnetisierba- ren Schichten;
Electromagnetically controlled valve. The invention relates to electro-magnetically controlled valves in which the valve magnet has an axially movable armature arranged within a cylindri's stator and in which the stator or the armature has a plurality of pole faces of alternating north and in the circumferential direction Has south polarity. The well-known electric magnets, be it horseshoe magnets with a swinging armature or solenoids.
axially displaceable core, all have the disadvantage that their force effect is only small with a larger air gap and only increases when the air gap is reduced. For the actuation of valves, however, where the inertia of the mass and often also a spring pressure and a liquid pressure has to be overcome, the greatest force of the magnet should occur right at the beginning of its work path.
The valve according to the present invention is. designed in such a way that the mentioned disadvantage does not exist. The invention consists in that the stator and the armature are designed such that the pole faces have ring zone parts of unequal flux density when the valve magnet is energized, with a zone part of higher flux density being followed alternately by a zone part of lower flux density, and that the division of the ring zone parts on the stator and is equal to the anchor
so that pairs of interacting pole faces arise, and that, when the valve magnet is not energized, in which case the valve is in the closed position, the armature assumes that position relative to the stator in which the valve axis is in the direction of the valve axis when the valve magnet is energized acting tensile force of the anchor is a maximum.
The armature and the stator can be made of lamellae made of magnetizable material, which alternate with lamellae made of non-magnetizable material. It is clear that when the armature in the fixed part of the stator is in such a position that the lamellae made of magnetizable material in the stator and armature are in correspondence with one another, i. H.
exactly opposite each other, so that the resistance of the magnetic circuit is then a minimum and that this is the position that the armature assumes when the winding is excited and when no mechanical resistance and no force other than the magnetic pull acts on the armature (new central position).
If, however, the armature is displaced from this neutral position in any direction by less than the thickness of the layers of magnetizable material, there is a force acting in the direction of the V entilaxe, which tends to move the armature into the neutral position pull. This attraction of an electric magnet changes with the square of the number of induction lines and directly with the area of the interacting surfaces.
When the armature is moved from the neutral position, the flux density increases to a point where an increase in the resistance of the magnetic circuit due to the reduction in the area mentioned begins to reduce the total pull.
At this point the maximum of the restoring force will be reached. To counter attraction to a layer of one part.
with which a layer of the other part works together to reduce the adjacent layer to the layer of the other part, the non-magnetizable layers are advantageously thicker than the magnetizable layers, and the entire path of the armature is determined by the thickness of the magnetizable layers the amount of an overlap determined by setting. The armature receives kinetic energy when it accelerates against the neutral position and can go beyond this position. If he exceeds this position, a magnetic force acts on him, which tends to inhibit him.
If it goes beyond the neutral position, the kinetic energy in the armature is converted into electrical energy, but not into heat, which would be the case if there were a stop.
However, under certain circumstances, a stop can advantageously be provided.
The stator can consist of a plurality of lamellae which are connected to one another to form a package and which have an opening for receiving the armature and further grooves for attaching the excitation windings. The lamella pack can, if the liquid to be controlled by the valve speed between armature and stator must flow through, resp. Insertion of sealing material (paper, copper, lead or the like) between the lamellas.
So it is possible, please include to produce a liquid-tight electromagnetic cal valve that exerts its maximum force at the beginning of its stroke, where the force is reduced to zero and the kinetic energy that is acquired during the path is converted into electrical energy becomes. Remanent magnetism is not or hardly present in such an execution, so that no strong return springs have to be used.
In the accompanying drawings, embodiments of the subject invention are illustrated.
Fig. 1 is a side elevation and partial section of an electromagnetically actuated valve according to the invention; Fig. 2 is a section on line 2-2 of Fig. 1; Fig. 3 is a section on line 3-3 of Fig. 1; Fig. 4 is a section through a fuel nozzle and the associated parts;
5 and 6 each illustrate an enlarged section along the line 4-4 in FIG. 3, which show the relative position of the lamellae in two different positions of the armature; Fig. 7 is a similar section of another embodiment; Fig. 8 is a similar section through a further embodiment with magnetizable layers composed of several lamellae;
9 is a similar section through a further embodiment with a non-laminated magnetic body, but in which ring-shaped parts of the outer surface are also pushed forward somewhat; Fig. 10 shows a circuit diagram according to which the windings of the He regspulen wound and connected who can.
In the electromagnetically operable valve for injecting fuel shown in FIG. 1 of the accompanying drawing, a lower plate 11 with attachment 11a and threaded bores 11b carries a valve nozzle 12 which is suitably attached to it. However, it can sometimes be beneficial. To hold the nozzle in a certain position @dadureh that you hold it with a suitable holder in a certain position so that the openings 13 (see FIG. 4) assume a certain position with respect to the plate 11.
Furthermore, an exchangeable hardened valve seat 8 is available. This seat 8 is held in place by the valve guide 9, which advantageously adapts very closely to the valve stem 15 in order to ensure precise alignment with respect to the valve seat. A ring 10, suitably selected in thickness, is seen between the nozzle and the shoulder 11a of the plate 11 in order to enable the nozzle to be adjusted to the valve body and thereby to determine the lowest position that the armature can assume.
One end of a spring 45 rests against the end 46 of the valve stem 15 and the other end against the rod 47 with an adjusting thread 47a which is provided with a handle 48 for adjusting the tension of the spring 45, the rod 47 through a stuffing box device 49 is performed. From the above Ge it follows that the normal position of the armature relative to the fixed Tei len of the valve when the valve is not energized is determined by the support ring 10 used for setting.
This ring is advantageously dimensioned so that, as indicated in FIG. 5, a certain advantageous position of the armature relative to the stator is brought about when the valve is not energized.
A valve closure part 15a is fixedly connected to the lamellar armature 16 via the valve stem 15, expediently in that the armature lamellas are lined up on the valve stem and a nut 17 is screwed onto a thread of the valve stem, which holds the lamellae together.
The part 21 is composed of lamellae 22 and 23, with a lamella 22 made of magnetizable material alternating with a lamella 23 made of non-magnetizable material, and the magnetizable lamellae 22 of the electromagnetic body 21 with the magnetizable lamellae 19 of the armature come to the same height.
The non-magnetizable lamellae 18 should advantageously consist of material with a lower specific weight, such as aluminum, in order to reduce the inertia of the armature.
A winding 25 is passed through holes 26 in the lamellae of the stator and is wound in such a way that, when excited, it forms four poles, each following a north pole and a south pole, around the circumference of the armature. This winding corresponds to a four-pole field winding of a single-phase induction motor. A slot 27 between the holes 26 and the hole for the armature 16 is seen in front, so that the magnetic flux passes into the armature.
A ring 31 is arranged isolated between a body 41 and the lamellae; by an insulating washer 32 on its lower side it is isolated from the lamellas, by a washer 33 on its butern side from the body 41 and sleeves 3'4 from the through bolts 38. One end 29 of the winding 25 is firmly connected to a suitable clamping screw 35 which is fastened on the insulated ring 31.
One pole of the operating power source can be connected to this] terminal. The other end of the coil is firmly grounded to the frame. The upper body 41 carries a spring housing 42 fixedly connected to it, through which the fuel liquid can be introduced through the connecting device 43 and the liquid line 44.
The bolts 38 hold with the help of nuts 39 the upper body 41 in a fixed position to the plate 11 and hold the intervening lamellae, insulating parts and rings firmly together, so that an outflow of the liquid under pressure from inside the Valve is prevented.
The spring pressure of the spring 45 can be adjusted by turning the. Handle 48 have the setting device with screw thread, so .that when there are several such valves, as is the case, for example, with a multi-cylinder engine, the valves can be precisely matched to one another.
In. FIG. 5 shows the relative positions of the armature lamellae with respect to the stator lamellae, which are assumed when the valve magnet is not excited.
According to Fig. 6, the slats win at the same height opposite each other. The lamellas assume this position when the valve solenoid is energized and when no external force is applied in the direction of the valve nose and the armature acts.
Fig. 7 shows a partial section through another embodiment. in which the magnetizable lamellae 51 and 51a are set back in relation to the non-magnetizable lamellae 50 and 50a in the armature and in the stator. In this embodiment, it is advantageous to make the respective back lamellae 50 and 50a somewhat thicker than the preceding lamellae 50 and 50a.
A similar construction is shown in FIG. 8, in which the magnetizable layers are formed from a plurality of lamellae 55, 56 and 57 of magnetizable material. The layers in between are either set back or made of non-magnetizable material.
In Fig. 9 a partial section of an imple mentation form is shown in which neither Mag net nor armature are laminated, but in which a plurality of ring zones is formed by protruding and setting back individual parts of the cooperating surfaces.
A circuit diagram is shown in FIG. 10, which is intended to illustrate the winding sense, the winding of the electromagnetic body 21 in order to generate alternately opposite polarities. It is only a Einphasenwissklung Darge presents, but a multi-phase winding could also be used, depending on the needs for the armature or for the stature 21. The excitation current can be taken from a suitable power source.
The invention shows a Magnetkon construction which has its greatest attractive force at the beginning of the armature movement and in which the air gap can be selected to be constant and very small. You can get a very tight sliding fit between the armature and the stature by using non-magnetizable lamellae and arranging a smooth surface on one of these units, which prevents further storage.
