Schlebefenster.
Sliding window. The subject of the invention is a sliding window, in which, according to the main patent, the weight of the window counteracts the force of a coiled spring and the flexible tension members are connected to at least one winding body arranged under the influence of said Fe of the standing on a shaft.
In contrast to an embodiment described in the main patent, according to the additional invention, the shaft carrying the winding body is not axially shifted when the same is rotated. but the winding body, which is connected to one end of the winding spring, is wound onto the shaft and is shifted on it when the latter rotates. This results in a considerable simplification in the storage of the shaft.
In the drawing, an execution example of the subject invention, partly in section and partly in view, is shown. 1 with the shaft of the weight compensation device is referred to, which is firmly mounted in the brackets 2 and 3 on the frame of the Fen star. 4 is a winding roller, on the surface of which grooves are provided for receiving the cords 5 and 6 on which the window sash 7 is suspended. The upper surface of the drum 4 is conical and the grooves are arranged in the form of a double helix on this, in such a way that two adjacent grooves are always at the same distance from the drum axis.
This makes it possible that both suspension cords 5 and 6 for a window sash can be wound on a single roller. To guide the cord 6 are two on the bracket 2 respectively. Guide rollers 8 and 9 mounted on the window frame.
With the take-up roller 4, one end of a cylindrical, helical tension spring 10 is connected, the other end of which is attached to the worm wheel 11 of a self-locking worm gear. By means of the screw 12 mounted in the bracket 3, the tension of the spring 10 required for balancing the weight of the window can be precisely adjusted by rotating the same. The shaft 1 is finally provided with a thread 13 which is in engagement with a nut thread arranged in the interior of the winding roller 4.
The mode of operation of the device is as follows: If the window sash 7 is raised and the spring 10 is thereby relieved, so that it can relax to a certain extent, the winding roller 4 is rotated by the spring 10 and by means of the Ge thread 13 and the inside the roller 4 arranged nut thread laterally continuously shifted. This lateral displacement of the roller 4 is so great that the cords 5 and 6 are properly inserted around the helical grooves on the circumference of the winding roller 4.
Because of the angle of inclination of the helical grooves, the cords running up vertically in the grooves are not in the middle of the groove, but lie against the side surfaces, so to prevent excessive friction between the cords and the take-up roller, roller 4 and shaft 1 slightly inclined. If this inclination of the roller axis is in the correct ratio with the slope of the helical groove, then the cords are in the middle of the grooves and not against their side walls.
You can of course also arrange a special compensation device for each of the two cords 5 and 6. The grooves in the take-up rollers would then have the shape of a single-thread helix ii. However, the above-mentioned embodiment saves a great deal of material and space,
so that, for example, in the window shown in the drawing, a second device for a second movable window sash can be arranged right next to the compensating device shown.
The length of the shaft 1 can be selected independently of the width of the window and for mounting the shaft, ordinary bearings without threads in their bore can be selected.
