  Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Lösung des 3.     6-Diaminoaeridinsalzes    der       p-Gllykol.vlaminophenylar        sinsäur    e.    Es wurde gefunden, dass man in Wasser  schwer lösliche Verbindungen von     Diamino-          acridinbasen    mit     Arsinsäuren    der     Benzolreihe     leicht in Lösung bringen kann, wenn man  diese Verbindungen in Gegenwart leicht lös  licher Salze von     Aminoacridinbasen    in Wasser  auflöst. Diese Löslichkeitserhöhung weist auf  die Bildung von     Komplex-    oder     Anlagerungs-          verbindung    hin.

   Man kann auf diese Weise  die gewünschten     Konzentrationen,    wie sie  für Injektionen und zur Lokalbehandlung  gewisser Infektionen notwendig sind, leicht  herstellen. Diese Lösungen gewähren daneben  den weiteren Vorteil, dass die     Diaminoacridine     selbst, wie bekannt, stark     baktericid    wirken,  ihre therapeutische Wirkung sich somit der  jenigen     dervonihnen    in     Lösunggehaltenen,    oben  er     währiteri    Salze vereinigt.

       Anstattdie    betreffen  den Salze von     Arsinsäure    mit     Acridinbasen     zu isolieren und sie dann in den erwähnten    Lösungen aufzulösen, kann man auch die  Darstellung der     arsinsauren    Salze und die  Herstellung der Lösung in einem Arbeitsgang  vereinigen.  



  Die als Ausgangsmaterial verwendeten  Verbindungen von     Diaminoacridinen    mit     Arsin-          säuren    der     Benzolreihen    können beispielsweise  nach dem in den Patentschriften Nr. 162292,  170945, 170946 und 167653 beschriebenen  Verfahren hergestellt werden. An leicht  löslichen Salzen von     Acridinbasen    kommen  beispielsweise die Chlorhydrate,     Laktate     Acetate und Nitrate in Frage.  



  Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Lösung  der 3 .     6-Diaminoacridirisalzes    der     p-Glykolyl-          arninophenylarsinsäui-e,    das dadurch gekenn  zeichnet ist, dass man das Salz in einer  wässerigen Lösung von     3.6-Diamino-10-          methylacridiniumchlorid    auflöst.           Beispiel:     Die durch doppelte Umsetzung von salz  saurem 3 .     6-Diaminoacridin    mit dem Natrium  salz der     p-Glykolylaminophenylarsinsäure     erhaltene Verbindung löst sich in Wasser im  Verhältnis 1 : 600.

   Eine 1,5     o/oige    Lösung  von     3.6-Diamino-10-methylacridiniumchlorid     nimmt dagegen die 6fache Menge auf.

       Instead of isolating the relevant salts of arsic acid with acridine bases and then dissolving them in the solutions mentioned, one can also combine the preparation of the arsic acid salts and the preparation of the solution in one operation.



  The compounds of diaminoacridines with arsinic acids of the benzene series used as starting material can be prepared, for example, by the process described in patent specifications 162292, 170945, 170946 and 167653. Easily soluble salts of acridine bases include, for example, the chlorohydrates, lactates, acetates and nitrates.
