Description

  

  Halteecke für in     Alben,    auf Kartonblätter usw. festzuhaltende     Photographien,     Postkarten     etc.,    sowie Verfahren zur Herstellung solcher Halteecken.    Es sind Halteecken zum Befestigen von  Photographien usw. auf Kartonblätter und  dergleichen bekannt. Diese bekannten Halte  ecken bestehen aus einer aufzuklebenden  dreieckigen Tasche, in die die Ecke der  Photographie oder dergleichen eingeschoben  wird. Es sind auch solche Halteecken bekannt,  bei denen die Tasche aus durchsichtigem  Stoff, zum Beispiel Zellophan, besteht.  



  Durch die Erfindung soll nun eine Halte  ecke geschaffen werden, die insofern billiger  hergestellt werden kann als bisher, als der  die Tasche bildende Teil aus durchsichtigem  Material, das meist relativ teuer ist, aus einem  verhältnismässig schmalen Streifen hergestellt  wird.  



  Die Zeichnung diene zur beispielsweisen  Erläuterung der Erfindung.  



  Ein einseitig gummierter Papierstreifen 1  wird mit     Klebstoffstellen    auf der andern Seite  versehen. Die     Fig.    1 zeigt diese Klebstotf-    stellen 2 als schraffierte Flächen. Beiderseits  dieser     Klebstoffstellen    sind dreieckige Felder 9  ausgestanzt. Hierauf wird ein schmaler Strei  fen 3 aus     Zelluloseacetaten        (Zellon,    Zellophan,  Gelatine, Zelluloid oder einem andern geeig  neten durchsichtigen     Stoff,    so wie die     Fig.    2  erkennen lässt, aufgeklebt. Dieses Aufkleben  kann in beliebiger Weise erfolgen.

   Es kann  zum Beispiel der Streifen 1 von einer Rolle  ablaufen, dann ausgestanzt und mit Klebstoff  stellen 2 versehen werden, worauf der gleich  falls von einer andern Rolle ablaufende Strei  fen 3 auf den Streifen 1 gelegt wird. Nun       wird    unter den Streifen 3 ein dünnes     Falt-          blech    5 geschoben, das um ein geringes Mass  über die schräg laufenden Kanten der drei  eckigen Ausschnitte 9 hinausragt, worauf der  Streifen 3 festgedrückt wird und der linke  Rand seitlich vom linken Ausschnitt und die  oben über die Ausschnitte 9 hinausragenden  Teile abgeschnitten werden und ein Schnitt  beim rechten Ausschnitt gemacht wird (ver-      gleiche     Fig.    3), so dass zwei freie Zipfel 6 des  Streifens 3 entstehen,

   die um die Kanten des  Faltbleches 5 herumgebogen und auf der  Rückseite des Streifens 1 festgeklebt werden       (Fig.    4). Die fertige Halteecke wird nach dem  Herausziehen des Faltbleches 5 von dem Strei  fen 1 abgeschnitten     (Fig.    5 und 6). Diese fer  tige Ecke besitzt auf der Rückseite genügende       Klebstoflflächen    zum Befestigen auf Karton  blättern usw. Die Biegekanten des Zellophan  streifens oder dergleichen ragen etwas über  die schrägen ganten des Papierblattes hinaus,  so dass letztere auf keinen Fall beim Gebrauch  sichtbar wird. Die     Fig.    6 lässt dieses erkennen.  



  Die schmalen Stege 4 können auch von  vornherein fehlen, wenn der Streifen 1 aus  genügend starkem Papier hergestellt ist, so  dass die     glebstoffflächen    2 sich nicht verziehen       bezw.    krümmen können. Diese Anordnung  zeigt die     Fig.    B.  



  Es können auch einzelne, auf der Rück  seite gummierte Papierblätter 30 mit den als  Tasche dienenden Streifen 31 versehen wer  den, wobei diese Tasche zunächst für sich  aus einem rechteckigen Stück     (Fig.10)    gebil  det wird, dessen Zipfel 32 umgebogen wer  det     (Fig.    11). Hierauf wird diese Tasche über  das Blatt 30 geschoben und auf dessen Rück  seite befestigt (F'<B>g.</B> 12). Auf der Rückseite  kann auch noch ein zweites Papierblatt ge  klebt werden     (Fig.    13), so dass die umgefal  teten Zipfel 32 bedeckt sind und eine voll  ständig glatte     Klebstofffläche    33 zum Fest  kleben der Halteecke gebildet wird.

   Die     Fig.    9  zeigt diese fertige Halteecke in Ansicht und  die     Fig.    14 zeigt sie im Schnitt.

  A paper strip 1 gummed on one side is provided with adhesive points on the other side. Fig. 1 shows these Klebstotf- 2 as hatched areas. Triangular fields 9 are punched out on both sides of these adhesive points. A narrow strip 3 of cellulose acetates (cellulose, cellophane, gelatin, celluloid or another suitable transparent material, as can be seen in FIG. 2) is glued onto this. This gluing can be done in any way.

   For example, the strip 1 can run off a roll, then punched out and provided with adhesive 2, whereupon the strip 3 running off from another roll is placed on the strip 1. Now a thin folding sheet 5 is pushed under the strip 3, which protrudes by a small amount over the sloping edges of the three angular cutouts 9, whereupon the strip 3 is pressed down and the left edge laterally from the left cutout and the top over the Cutouts 9 protruding parts are cut off and a cut is made at the right cutout (compare Fig. 3), so that two free tips 6 of the strip 3 arise,

   which are bent around the edges of the folding plate 5 and glued to the back of the strip 1 (Fig. 4). The finished holding corner is cut after pulling out the folding plate 5 from the Strei fen 1 (Fig. 5 and 6). This finished corner has enough adhesive on the back to attach to cardboard sheets, etc. The bending edges of the cellophane strip or the like protrude slightly over the sloping ganten of the paper sheet so that the latter is not visible during use. 6 shows this.



  The narrow webs 4 can also be absent from the outset if the strip 1 is made of sufficiently strong paper so that the adhesive surfaces 2 do not warp or warp. can bend. This arrangement is shown in Fig. B.



  Individual sheets of paper 30 gummed on the back can also be provided with the strips 31 serving as a pocket, this pocket initially being formed from a rectangular piece (FIG. 10), the tip of which 32 is bent over (FIG . 11).
