Dampfkraftanlage.
Steam power plant. The invention relates to a steam power plant in which a steam engine from a steam generator with low liquid content leads to steam and the feed liquid is preheated by means of extraction steam. The invention consists in the fact that the output of the steam generator is regulated as a function of the .Speise liquid storage device in such a way that the energy content of the storage device during the steady state of the system is within an average area between the maximum and the minimum value of the energy content of the storage device ge is held in order to be able to transfer approximately the same amount of energy from the storage to the engine when the load on the engine increases,
as to be able to supply the memory with a decrease in load on the engine.
The object of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawings.
1 and 2 each show schematically an exemplary embodiment; Fig. 3, 4 and 5 are diagrams in which the operation of the steam power plants according to FIGS. 1 and 2 processes that are taking place are shown graphically.
The steam power plants according to FIGS. 1 and 2 have a steam generator 1, a steam engine 2 and a feed liquid storage 4. A feed device conveys the feed liquid from the feed liquid storage 4 into the steam generator 1. The steam flows from the steam generator through the line 6 to Engine 2. Part of the steam used in the engine flows into the condenser 7, but another part of the steam is attracted to preheat the feed liquid before the final expansion.
Through the lines 8 respectively. 9 (FIG. 1), the amount of steam required to preheat the feed liquid is taken from the engine 2 and fed into the feed liquid preheater 3. The resulting condensate flows through the lines 12 into the condensate line 13, combines here with the condensate from the condenser 7 and is conveyed by a condensate pump 14 into the feed liquid reservoir 4.
The circulating pumps 15 respectively. 16 remove the memory 4 feed liquid Lind promote the same through the Heizschlan gene 10 respectively. 11 back into memory 4.
When the load changes, the operation of the power plant is regulated by means of the controller 17, in that it adjusts the amount of steam withdrawn through lines 8 and 9 according to the load and thus regulates the amount of steam available for the work. A temperature sensor 18 is provided on the memory 4, which adjusts the firing device 19, the feed-liquid control device 20 and the draft flap 21 as a function of the elongation of the storage vessel 4 caused by the temperature of the memory contents.
that the energy content of the memory 4 is kept within a medium range between the maximum value and the minimum value during the steady state of the system.
The energy content of the memory is essentially determined by the liquid temperature. The minimum value of the energy content corresponds to a state of charge in which only liquid from the condensate temperature is contained in the storage tank. The maximum value corresponds to the state of charge at which the liquid content has temperatures which correspond to the boiling temperatures at the withdrawal pressures. The regulating devices, which are influenced by the temperature sensor 18, set the operation of the steam power plant so that the state of charge of the memory 4 is relocated during the steady state in a middle area between maximum charge and zero charge.
The top layer of the liquid content has approximately the temperature of the vapor taken through line 8 of the highest Ent removal stage, while a middle layer has the temperature of the vapor taken through line 9 and the bottom layer of the storage content has condensate temperature. Between the lowest and the uppermost layer there is a rising temperature curve according to the temperatures of the extraction stages, which increases from the condensate temperature to the level of the steam temperature of the highest extraction stage.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, the feed means is fed to the pipe string 22 of the steam generator 1 through the feed line 28 by means of the feed device 5. An additional amount of liquid working means flows .dem pipe string 22 to a point 24 through the line 25 branched off from the feed line 23. The steam is fed to the high pressure part 26 of the engine 2 through the steam line 6. After leaving the high-pressure part, part of this steam flows through the line 28 into the low-pressure part 27, and another through the line 29 into the steam space of the storage device 4.
After work in the Ni.eder- @druokteil the steam flows into the condenser 7, from which the condensate pump 14 promotes the condensate in the memory 4. Last end, a feeder pump 30 takes the feed again from the memory 4 and leads it to the feed device 5. Part of the liquid stored in the memory 4 can be removed from the lower part of the memory by means of the pump 31 and through an injection nozzles 32 into the vapor space, the spei chers 4 are injected.
The pipe string 22 is heated by a firing device 19. The exhaust gases resulting from the combustion flow through the line 33 to other consumption points or directly into the open.
To regulate the amount of feed liquid, the feed device 5 is influenced by means of the temperature sensor 34 as a function of the steam temperature; In addition, the power controller 17 of the engine 2 also exerts an influence on the feed device 5. The amount of the additional working medium is also regulated by the device 35 under the influence of the temperature sensor 34. The flow cross-section for the generated steam is regulated by an overflow element <B> 36 </B> in such a way that the pressure in the steam generator remains practically at the same level.
The firing device 19 is controlled by the control device 37 on the one hand depending on the position of the power controller 17 and on the other hand depending on the temperature sensor 18, which is under the influence of the temperature in the memory 4. Finally, a device 38 regulates the amount of working medium supplied to the injection nozzles 32 as a function of the pressure in the reservoir 4.
The feed water storage 4 is used for both storage and preheating of the feed liquid by the extraction steam. At the same time there is still the possibility of load fluctuations on the engine 2 BEZW by changing the amount of extracted steam. Initially offset by discharging the storage tank until the steam generator's control system has set it to the new operating status.
The change in the withdrawal amount of steam respectively. Discharge of the memory can be adapted to the load on the engine that in the loading or. Discharge line an organ is provided, which is adjusted as a function of a regulator influenced by the load.
For the operation of such steam systems, on the one hand, the pressure and temperature of the working medium at the outlet of the steam generator must be kept as unchangeable as possible, and on the other hand, the output of the steam generator must be adapted to the load on the power machine. Since no significant amount of energy is stored in the steam generator 2, load surges are initially compensated by the memory 4. This memory must therefore be able to compensate for an increase in load as well as a decrease in load with every load in the steady state.
For this purpose, the fire control of the steam generator depending on the state of charge of the memory 4 is regulated in such a way that an average amount of energy is stored in the memory during the steady state, that is, cold liquid in the lower part and in the upper part Part against it is hot liquid. Cold and hot liquids are separated from one another in layers according to their different specific gravity. A more or less precisely delimited separating layer 39 is formed between the hot and cold layers. The liquid above the separating layer has a temperature which corresponds approximately to the temperature of the extraction steam, while the liquid below the separating layer has condensation temperature.
The height of the separating layer 39 should always be set at the same height un danger during the steady state.
In the diagrams of FIGS. 3, 4 and 5, the processes with an increase in load and with a decrease in load are shown graphically as a function of time. In Fig. 3, the curve L (z) represents the Ver course of the load on the engine, in Fig. 4, the curve V (z) the respectively the memory supplied respectively. The amount of steam withdrawn and finally, in FIG. 5, the curve E (z) represents the amount of energy stored in the memory.
If at time z, there is an increase in load from value L1 to value L2 at time z2, then steam generator 1 (FIGS. 1, 2) cannot first supply engine 2 with a correspondingly increased amount of steam. The amount of steam required to cover the increase in load is obtained in that less steam is withdrawn from the machine 2 to preheat the feed liquid. In a steam power plant according to FIG. 2, the amount Y2 is even taken from the memory at the time z2.
The energy content of the storage device drops from the value El to the value E2.
In the meantime, a pulse in the sense of amplification is issued by the controller 17 to the feed device 5 and to the firing device 19. An increased amount of food and an increased amount of heat flows to the steam generator. The resulting larger amount of steam takes over the entire increase in power in a short time, so that at the point in time z3 the amount taken from the memory 4 drops to the value zero.
As a result of the discharge, the energy content E of the store 4 is changed in such a way that more condensate is fed to it than the reduced amount of steam removed can be heated. In the example of FIG. 2, even part of the amount of liquid evaporates, so that the amount of liquid remaining in the memory cools down there.
The temperature sensor 18 gives during this process a pulse on the firing device 19 (Figs. 1 and 2) respectively. on the feed device 20 (Fig. 1) and on the draft flap 21 (Fig. 1), in such a way that in the new steady state the energy content of the memory 4 at time z4 to the value E4, which corresponds to the initial value El, has risen again and the memory for a n, ÄCh- @th,
in one or the other direction ver running control process is ready.
At time z, there is a reduction in the load on engine 2 from power L to power L6 at time z6. At the beginning of this operating state, the steam generator still delivers the same amount of steam as it did before time z ″, so that, according to the rise in curve V (z) between times z 1 and z, a, a considerable amount of extracted steam is discharged into memory 4.
The energy content .des memory increases, as the curve E (z) shows, and as a result of the resulting heating, the temperature sensor 18 of the firing device 19 (FIGS. 1 and 2) resp. the feed device 20 (Fig. 1) and the draft flap 21 (Fig. 1) a pulse in the sense of a performance reduction, until at the time z7 the amount of steam V, ^ - 'V,
flows into the storage and at the same time the energy content of the storage is reduced to the value E7 - E.
By .this regulation of the operation of the steam generator as a function of the state of charge of the feed water storage tank it is sufficient, that the energy content E of the storage tank 4 with every load in the steady state within a strip that is determined by the lines Emsa and E. . (Fig. 5) is limited, is, so that the memory is always ready for a control process in one direction or the other.
In certain cases, it is advisable to arrange and arrange the control devices in such a way that the energy content of the storage unit is within the strip between E. and Ema, is smaller at high loads and larger at low loads. Any other devices that determine the output of the steam generator can also be changed depending on the state of charge of the memory.
The state of charge of the memory can be measured by any device and recorded for the pulse distribution, for example by a single temperature pick-up device that integrates the entire temperature, by resistance wires inside the memory or depending on the length of the memory vessel . Several thermostats can also be provided, each of which takes the temperature of individual points in the memory.
