Les fig. 8 et 9 sont des vues de détail, en plan et de côté, du fond mobile du corps du blaireau; La fig. 10 est une vue en coupe d'une té tine ou valve en caoutchouc; La fig. 11 est une vue par-dessous de la dite tétine; La fig. 12 est une vue de détail en coupe d'une bague métallique coiffant l'embase de la tétine; La fig. 13 montre, en coupe verticale, une plaque rapportée à la partie inférieure de la bague montrée en fig. 12; La fig. 14 est une vue en plan de la fig. 13;
La liaison entre le corps cylindrique 1 et le chapeau-poussoir 9 est assurée par un em- manchement à baïonnette. Dans ce but, le rebord la (fi-. 6) du corps cylindrique 1 ne s'étend pas sur tout le pourtour de ce der nier, mais forme en quelque sorte deux oreilles la; il en est de même du rebord du chapeau 9 qui forme deux oreilles 9c (fig. 7a et 15), dont l'écartement correspond à la longueur des oreilles la;
On réunit alors par emmanche ment à baïonnette ledit corps 1 et le cha peau 9 et on fait tourner le chapeau par rap port au corps jusqu'à ce que l'ergot ou ner vure lâa s'enclenche dans la rainure 110. Le blaireau est alors prêt à fonctionner et il suf fit de tenir le corps du blaireau 1 entre le pouce et l'index et d'appuyer sur le chapeau- poussoir 9 avec la paume de la main ou avec le pouce pour déterminer l'expulsion, à tra vers la fente 5c de la tétine 5, de la dose de savon contenue dans l'ajutage le et la tétine ou clapet 5;
Shaving brush forming a soap reservoir. The present invention relates to a badger forming a paste soap reservoir and comprising a pusher ensuring, with each depression, the ejection of a dose of its von in the tuft of hair of the badger. According to the invention, the badger is characterized in that it comprises a device making it possible to compact the pasty soap contained in the body of the badger and preventing any re-entry of air into the mass of pasty soap.
Due to the fact that the pasty soap contained in the body of the badger is compacted and any subsequent entry of air is prevented, a regular ejection of the soap is obtained, which is not the case in the known badgers of this kind, where air can mix with the pasty soap contained in the body of the brush.
In the accompanying drawing are shown, by way of examples only, two embodiments of the object of the invention.

Fig. 15 is a detailed plan view of the pusher cap.
The first embodiment, shown in fig. 1, comprises a main cylindrical body 1, in which a piston 6 fitted with a sealing washer 7 can slide.
At the bottom of this cylinder is brazed a tube 3 which forms the cylinder of the ejector and in which holes a are drilled. In this tube slides a cylindrical rod, 8 or piston of the ejector, integral with the cap 9 acting as a pusher. Between the bottom of the cap and the piston 6 is arranged a spring 9a. At the lower end of the tube 3 is attached a sleeve 4 supporting a rubber check valve 5. When the cylinder 1 is full of soap, the spring pressing on the piston 6 presses the washer 7, which, at the time of the . fitting the cap, cups the soap and, subsequently, prevents any re-entry of air into the mass of soap.
An advantage of this embodiment is that the piston 6 tends to continuously compress the soap, the spring acting on this piston when the push-button cap 9 is actuated. Due to the pressure exerted on the washer 7, the soap enters tube 3 through holes a. This tube fills up to the outlet valve. When you press with the palm of your hand on the cap 9, while holding the body of the badger in the fingers of the same hand, the small piston 8 of the ejector is pushed into the tube 3, which expels a quantity of soap through the valve or check valve 5 which opens, allowing the soap to enter the tuft of hair 10 of the badger.
When the pressure on the cap 9 is stopped, the piston 8 returns to its starting position and the assembly returns to the original position and so on until the cylindrical body 1 is empty.
In a variant of this embodiment, the spring 9a could rest, no longer on the piston 6, but against a frozen part such as the rim 1a of the handle 1, as indicated in dotted lines. at 9b in FIG. 1. The spring would then serve only as a return spring for the cap 9 forming the movable bottom of the cylindrical body 1 of the badger, the filling of the end of the tube 3 and the valve 5 taking place after each stroke of the pusher 9 by the effect of the vacuum created by the withdrawal of the rod 8.
The sa von would then be compacted only when filling the cylindrical body, by pressing on the piston 6, for example with the fingers.
The second embodiment shown in FIG. 1a to 15 comprises a cylindrical body 1 closed, on the one hand, at its upper end by a bottom lb integral with the cylindrical body 1 and provided with a pipe or nozzle 1c on which the valve or rubber teat 5 must be fitted , provided with a slot 5b, on the other hand, at its lower end by a movable bottom 11, shown in detail in FIG. 8 and 9, whose circular edge 11a rests against the edge la (fig. 6) of the cylindrical body 1.
This bottom 11 serves as a support for the spring 9a provided in the push-button cap 9 to remind the latter outwards as soon as you stop pressing on it. In the bottom of the cap is fixed the soap ejection rod 8 which engages in the cylindrical body 1 and on which can slide the guide and sealing washer 12, the latter however being able to be temporarily stuck to the end of the rod by a conical part 8b when filling the badger, as will be explained below.
The connection between the cylindrical body 1 and the pusher cap 9 is provided by a bayonet fitting. For this purpose, the rim 1a (Fig. 6) of the cylindrical body 1 does not extend over the entire periphery of the latter, but in a way forms two ears 1a; the same is true of the rim of the cap 9 which forms two ears 9c (FIGS. 7a and 15), the spacing of which corresponds to the length of the ears 1a;
under these conditions, the body 1 can be pushed into the cap, by pushing back the movable base 11, against the spring 9a, then by rotating the cap 9 through a certain angle with respect to the body 1 or conversely, the ears la and 9e are superimposed, which assembles the body and the hat while allowing the latter to slide along the body 1.
In this position, diametrically opposed semi-cylindrical lugs or ribs 13a from the edge 1a (fig. 5 and 6) engage in semi-cylindrical recesses or grooves linked to the rim 11a of the bottom 11 (fig.; L ) and ensure the maintenance of the hat and the body in the manner of a stopper.
During the sliding of the cap 9 along the body 1 (Fig. 7 and 7a), said cap 9 is guided by vertical partitions 14 which pass through the diametral slots lld pre views on the rim 11a of the movable bottom 11 (, fi-. 8).
To lock the cap 9 and the body 1, it suffices to turn said cap 9 in the direction of arrow F (fig. 7), which brings the cap to the position of fig. 4 and 4a where the ends of the ears 1a engage in notches 15 of the vertical partitions 14 provided in the cha skin 9 and are. consequently maintained between the rim 9c of the cap 9 and the horizontal edge 15a of the notch 15 of the partitions 14 (FIG. 4a). It is this position which has been shown in FIG. the.
To limit the amplitude of the rotation of the body 1 with respect to the cap and to prevent unwittingly bringing the ears 1a from the body to the interval between the ears 9c (fig. 15) of the cap, which would separate the body of the badger and the hat, there is provided on the ears a small step 1d which abuts against the extremity 14a of the partitions 14 (fig. 4 and 4a).
In addition, in this position, the ribs 18a are engaged in the grooves ilb of the bottom il, which ensures that the badger is held in position.
The passage of the rib 13a from the groove 11b (locking position) to the groove 110 (position for which the pusher cap 9 can slide freely on the body 1) is made possible by the elastic mounting of the bottom 11 to the end of the body 1.
The body 1 and the pusher cap 9 can also be locked in the depressed position (fi g. 3); the rim 1a of the body then comes, by relative angular displacement of the body and the cap, to catch on the steps 16 provided at the lower part of the partitions 14 (position of FIG. 3).
The teat 5, which extends into the tuft of hair 10 of the badger and can bend at the same time as the hairs when brushing the face to lather the son, is protected by a ring 17 which covers said teat. .at its lower part and which is provided with a rim formed by a flat washer 18 applying to the rim 5a of the teat.
This ledge, as seen in fig. 10 and 11, present in its thickness two radial notches 5b which fit on the nerves If of the upper bottom lb of the cylindrical body 1; these ribs 1f constitute two oblique channels through which a dose of its von will penetrate, following the direction of the arrow in FIG. it in the pacifier.
Finally, the bristles forming the tuft of the badger are held at their lower end in a sleeve 1'9 whose edge is crimped at 19a and which is screwed at 191) in a fixed part, for example welded to the cylindrical body 1 above the upper bottom lb of said body. The operation of the badger which has just been described with reference to FIGS. 1a to 15 is the following: To fill the cylindrical body 1 with pasty soap, the cap @ 9 and the cylindrical body are separated, thanks to the bayonet sleeve, which frees said cha skin and its stem 8.
A certain quantity of pasty soap is introduced into the cylindrical body 1 and, after having pushed the washer 12 back to the end 8b of the rod where it becomes slightly wedged, the cap is replaced by making the rod penetrate. guided by the washer, in the cylindrical body 1. The washer begins by compacting the soap, so that it forms a homogeneous block which no longer contains any air inside, then the washer 12 recoils, as and when 'the rod 8 is pushed into the cylindrical body and forms a sealing washer.
Said body 1 and cha skin 9 are then joined by bayonet fitting and the cap is rotated relative to the body until the lug or seam lâa engages in the groove 110. The badger is then ready to operate and it suffices to hold the body of the badger 1 between the thumb and forefinger and to press the pusher cap 9 with the palm of the hand or with the thumb to determine the expulsion, through towards the slot 5c of the teat 5, the dose of soap contained in the nozzle and the teat or valve 5;
it is understood that the dose of its von is thus brought within the tuft of hair of the badger.
When the pusher is released, it returns to its extreme position by the action of the spring 9a, and the withdrawal of the rod 8 determines the penetration in the direction of the arrow f of a new dose of soap in the 1u nozzle and said teat. Depending on the amount of soap you want to use for shaving, you give one, two or three strokes of the pusher.
During this operation, the washer 12 seals the cylindrical body 1 and thus prevents any re-entry of air into the mass of pasty soap.
We can then lock the cylindrical body 1 and the cap, as was indicated above, by passing the lug or rib 18a in the groove 11b and soap ner the face as with an ordinary badger.
