Gear change gear with selu-toothed wheels. The invention relates to a VerbeSSerUDg in a gear change transmission provided with helical gears, in which the driving and the driven shaft are in alignment and lead into one another, and with a coupling piece connected to the driving shaft to achieve the direct gear your first sliding gear of the driven shaft can be brought into engagement.
The invention now relates, in particular, to the aforementioned coupling device for aiming the direct gear, and this characteristic is characterized in that the drive gear, which is stuck on the driving shaft, is made in one piece with the coupling tooth wreath for coupling the direct gear, with the Clutch rim teeth lie within the continuation of the wheel teeth and have a slope that differs from these.
This creates an improvement which is important for practical use and which simplifies the transmission itself in terms of assembly and disassembly, as well as in production.
In the drawing, an execution example of the subject invention is Darge provides.
The Fig. <B> 1 </B> shows, partly in section, the point of meeting of the driving and driven shaft with the neigh barten gears of a transmission to which the improvement is attached; FIG. 2 shows a partial view, shown on a somewhat larger scale, of the gear wheel (of the constant) with the clutch ring seated on the driving shaft.
<B> 1 </B> is the driving shaft, 2 is the driven one and <B> 3 </B> is the auxiliary shaft. The wheel of the constant pair of wheels seated on the driving shaft is labeled <B> 5 </B> and the coupling ring connected to the wheel with <B> 5 '. </B> The first shifting wheel 4 with its inner coupling part 4' serves to accommodate the coupling part <B> 5 '. </B> As can be seen from the figures, the coupling rim <B> 5' </B> consists of one piece with the wheel <B> 5 </B> and the clutch teeth lie within the continuation of the wheel teeth and have a different pitch.
In this design, a simple provision is possible, as first both the teeth of the wheel <B> 6 </B> and the teeth of the coupling piece <B> 5 '</B> are cut together at the pitch angle as required for the wheel 5, and the final machining of the claw teeth 5 ′ can then take place afterwards in such a way that they achieve the desired degree of pitch for the coupling piece receive. The design according to the invention also allows a sufficiently large bearing to be accommodated within the drive wheel to be able to absorb the axial thrust.
