Fig. 6 zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel dieser Art.
Current and voltage converters. For the connection of relays, measuring devices and other low-voltage devices to high-voltage lines, transducers are generally used. Current transformers are common for the transmission of electricity from the high-voltage line; voltage transformers are used to reduce the voltage. Because of the costly nature of two separate instrument transformers, efforts have recently been made to combine current and voltage transformers in a single device.
Combined transducers have been known since recently, in which the iron core of the voltage converter is below the potential of the high-voltage line and the primary Wieklung is connected to this line on the one hand and to earth on the other. The bushing insulator, which insulates the iron core and the windings from one another, also serves to insulate the current transformer ring iron core from the power line which is routed along the voltage transformer iron core.
The disadvantage of this device is that only the voltage to earth can be measured with one device and two to measure the linked voltage. three converters are required for three-phase current. In electrical systems for high voltages that are not very considerable, devices are desired which allow the linked voltage to be measured directly.
The current and voltage converter according to the present invention differs from the above-mentioned device ch- in that its primary voltage winding is closed on terminals ai @ - isolated from earth and at each stand against the iron core according to the voltage. which it possesses against him, is isolated because the whole thing is for the purpose of being able to connect the voltage winding between the phase conductors of a network.
The drawing shows various exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention. In FIG. 1, 1 denotes the iron core of the voltage converter, which is conductively connected to the power line 2 at point 0. 3 is the primary winding of the voltage transformer, which at one end has to be insulated against: the core not at all, at the other end for full voltage. 4 is the insulation of the winding from the core. The secondary winding 5 is insulated from the core by the insulation 6.
The same insulation is used to isolate the current transformer iron core 7 with the current transformer secondary winding 8 from the power line and the voltage transformer core. The current loop of conductor 2 serves as the primary winding of the current transformer. The voltage to be measured is applied to terminals 9 and 10 or 9 and 11, the power line to terminals 10 and 11. The cables from inside the converter to these terminals are against the cover is isolated by the two bushing insulators 12 and 13. There is only a small voltage difference between terminals 10 and 11.
The iron core is insulated from the housing 15, which is filled with * 1 or mass, by means of any insulator 14. The insulation 6 can also take over the insulation against the housing. To increase the accuracy of the voltage converter, compensation windings 18 or 19 can be attached.
The embodiment according to FIG. 2 differs from that according to FIG. 1 only in that the high-voltage current conductor 2 does not enter and exit through the same bushing insulator, but rather through the insulator 13 and through the insulator 20 on the opposite side of the converter emerges so that the entire variant can be built into the train of a line.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, the voltage converter secondary winding 5 and the current converter core 7 and its winding 8 are accommodated on the same column as the voltage converter primary winding 3. The insulation is dimensioned accordingly. Furthermore, the cover 21 of the boiler is conductively connected to the iron core and is therefore insulated from the boiler 15 by an insulating jacket 17.
The voltage conductor 9 is therefore insulated from the cover by means of a high-voltage bushing 12, while the current conductors 7 0 and 11 do not require any Ilochspannus insulation from the cover.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 4, two insulating jackets 17 are used, so that a high-voltage feed-through is no longer necessary. One pole of the voltage converter is led through the cover 21 to the terminal 1 0, the other pole 9 is led out between the insulating jackets. An insulation 23 is located between the metal ring 22 connected to terminal 9 and the current transformer, insulation caps and cylinders 2-1- are inserted between the iron core and the earthed vessel 15.
The voltage converter winding 3 is drawn as a layer winding.
Fig. 5 shows a similar construction, but in which the housing is omitted. This also saves the two bushing insulators. The transducer is fastened to a ceiling, wall, iron structure, etc. by the pillars 16, the insulation 6 serving to insulate against the iron core. The suspension or installation can also take place without the aid of the insulation 6 by means of hanging insulators or post insulators. The other parts correspond to those of FIG.
For measuring and relay connections in three-phase networks, two voltage converters are usually used in what is known as an IL circuit, as well as two current converters. The combined current and voltage converter according to the present invention can be designed as a double converter, so that the same housing is common to both, that furthermore only one bushing insulator is necessary for the introduction of the conductor in which the current measurement does not take place. Fig. 6 shows an embodiment of this kind.
The details of the design agree with FIG. 1, as well as the designations. Compensating windings are not shown for the sake of simplicity.
Where low levels of accuracy are sufficient, the combined converter can be designed with an open iron core. Such an exemplary embodiment is shown in FIG. 1 is the open core, 2 is the Iloch voltage current conductor, the current of which is to be measured, the primary winding of the voltage converter, 4 the insulation:
the same against the Lei ter 2 and the iron core connected to the conductor 2, 5 is the secondary winding of the voltage, v% randlers, 6 the insulation of the same against the primary winding, 7 the iron core of the current transformer with the secondary winding B. 29 is a flange to be earthed, with which the apparatus is in a ceiling. a wall, etc. can be attached so that it can be used not only as a transducer but also as a bushing insulator. This saves costs and space.
Compared to the use of separate current and voltage transformers, the proposed combination has the following advantages: Space requirements and expenditure on construction material, in particular insulating material, are only very slightly greater than with a voltage transformer of the known type. For oil-filled or bulk-filled transducers are Arrangement of voltage and current transformers three implementation insulators necessary, if the combination is only two of them.
The short-circuit strength of the current transformer is considerable, as the current conductor can be mechanically connected to the very strong iron core. Compared to other, already known combinations, the present converter differs through its large simplicity.
