Small induction motor, especially for tariff devices. In the construction of small motors used instead of a clockwork in tariff apparatus, such as subtraction, maximum counters, one is because the available space of a counter has only limited dimensions; strives to make this as small as possible while maintaining a good level of efficiency.
The invention relates to a small induction motor, especially for tariff devices such as subtraction, maximum counters, in which an extremely small and simple design is achieved according to the invention in that the geometric extension of the axis of the rotor goes approximately through the center of the coil body and with it one of the boundary surfaces of the bobbin is approximately parallel. The dimensions of one of the induction motors like this correspond roughly to those of the electromagnetic relays specified in tariff meters for switching the counters.
In the drawing, three exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown on an enlarged scale in FIGS. 1 to 6.
1 and 2 show a Ferraris motor, the stator of which has a solid iron core 2 carrying a coil 1, an iron sheet 4 fastened by means of the screw 3 to one end of the iron core 2 and a means of the screw 5 to the other end of the Iron core 2 attached, also made of a sheet metal piece bent return iron 6 has.
The iron sheet 4 is divided at one end into two pole parts 7, 8, each of which has a pole plate 9, 10 and one part 8 carries a short-circuit ring 11. The free end of the return iron 6 is also divided into two parts 12, 13, the two pole reinforcement pieces 14 and one part 13 having a short-circuit ring 15.
In order to maintain the size of the air gap between the pole plates 9, 10 of the iron sheet 4 and the pole reinforcement pieces 14, a brass spacer 16 is also provided, which is attached to the iron sheet 4 by means of a pin 17 and to the iron sheet 4 by means of a pin 17 .
The axis 19 of the copper disk 20 is supported on the one hand on a bearing screw 21 adjustable on the return iron 6 and on the other hand on a brass piece 24 fastened to the two iron sheets 4, 6 by means of screws 22, 23.
A toothed drive 25 firmly connected to the Ferrari disk 20 is coupled to the gear of the apparatus which is to be driven by the Ferrari motor.
Due to the special bearing arrangement of the drive pulley 20, namely that the geometric extension of the drive axis 19 through the center of the coil 1 parallel to the end face goes, whereby the Ferraris disc 20 protrudes only a small part over the length of the coil 1 and further through the advantageous production of the stator from strong sheet metal strips results in not only an extremely small, but also a very cheap ferrari motor.
3 and 4 show the execution of a Ferrari motor, which is made similar to that of a pot magnet. On the solid iron core 2, which again carries the coil 1, an iron pot 27 is attached on the one hand by means of screw 26 and on the other hand an iron piece 28 is attached by riveting. The two free ends of the iron piece 28 are respectively in two parts 29, 30. 31, 32 divided, each of which is provided with a pole piece 33, 34, 35, 36 and the parts 30, 31 are each provided with a short-circuit ring 37, 38.
The rotor is here as a bell 39 forms and between the pole pieces 33 to 36 of the iron piece 28 and 27 pot rotatably arranged. The storage of the bell 39 he follows on the one hand in a bore 40 of the iron core 2 and on the other hand in a on the of fenen side of the pot 27 attached by screws 41,42 brass bracket 43. The geo metric extension of the rotor axis goes through the center of the bobbin and is parallel to its outer surface. Such a pot motor has, as seen from its extremely small design, the advantage of a low scatter, which makes the arrangement appear useful in those cases where disturbing influences from the motor should be avoided as much as possible.
Also the induction motor shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, designed as a squirrel cage motor, is very simple and small in construction.
On both sides of the coil 1 carry the massive iron core 2 are means screws 3, 5 two sheet metal angles 44, 45 be fastened, respectively, at their free ends to poles 46, 47, 48, 49. 50, 51, 52, 53 and whose poles 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52 each have a short-circuit ring 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59.
The two sheet metal angles 44, 45 are connected to one another while maintaining narrow air gaps 60, 61 by brass sheets 62, 63, 64, 65 fastened on both sides to the poles 46, 49, 50, 53. Between the poles 46 to 53 of the two sheet metal angles 44, 45, the cage armature 66, designed in a known manner, is rotatably mounted in the brass sheets 62, 63. The rotor axis has the same position relative to the coil body as in the first example.
