Nopplungseinrichtung for transmitting electrical energy to a network. The invention relates to a device for the transmission of electrical energy on a network having two directions of propagation, e.g. B. on a natural or artificial line or lines with artificial Lei lines composed of two connection sides, as z.
This can be used, for example, for the transmission of high-frequency currents along Lei lines or for the transition from the Ariode circuit of an intermediate amplifier to the telephone line, etc. Such a system can be shown schematically as a T (Fig. 1). The dotted extensions are intended to represent the continuation of the line towards the connection sides. From point 3 the energy should be transferred to the line.
In most cases, such coupling organs have the task of transmitting the energy in one direction only. for example from 3 to, 1 or from 3 to 2. If the energy is also transmitted in the other direction at the same time, this means one unwanted loss of 500/0. The loss could be avoided in a simple way by the fact that between 1 and. 2 and 5 the line is disconnected so that the transmission only takes place to the desired side. Such a separation of the connection from 1 to 2 is, however, not feasible in many cases.
The invention now has a coupling device as an object that allows a line only after. to transmit energy to a desired side without - the transmission between the two connection sides being interrupted.
The invention is based on the knowledge of the fundamentally different behavior of a longitudinal coupling and a transverse coupling, which is shown in FIGS. 2 to 4.
Fig. 2 shows the effect of a purely inductive series coupling between a circle 1 and a double line a, b. The arrows indicate the direction of the current. If the line is symmetrical towards both connection sides, the same and opposite currents flow in the terminating resistors Zi and Z2.
Fig. 3 shows the effect of vain galvanic cross-coupling between a circle I and vain double line a, b. The coupling resistors Ri do not need to be purely ohmic resistances, but rather can be any impedance composed of resistors, capacitances and inductances.
The arrows again indicate the direction of the current. Type of branching points 5 and 6 , the current coming from circuit I is divided into two partial currents directed in opposite directions for each individual wire and if the line is symmetrical on both connection sides, then so The same and rectified currents flow in the terminating resistors Zi and Z2.
If, according to the invention, both types of coupling are used at the same time, the sum for the urgent connection side and the difference of the induced currents for the other connection side come into effect, and if the coupling elements are appropriately selected and connected, it is possible for hurried the directions a complete compensation of the longitudinal and. to achieve transversely induced Strönie. The energy that has been sucked out is only transmitted in one direction.
Fig. 4 shows an example of a circuit. The sign of the inductive longitudinal coupling between the circuit I and the double line a, b by means of the four coils M is chosen so that the current direction of the current caused by induction in each egg loader fully meets the branching point on the left and right 5 or 6 is the same (solid arrows). The current caused by the galvanic Quei-1, -oppltingR: L is indicated by the dashed arrows.
The coupling members M and B can always be selected so that the solid and dashed current arrows compensate each other for each desired frequency range. According to Fig. 4, there is only one transmission after the connection side 1 . The most suitable size of the coupling elements X and Bi can be calculated. or determined experimentally. Furthermore, the cross-coupling R does not need to be directly galvanic either, but can also be inductive, as is shown, for example, in Fig. 5.
The series coupling does not need to be inductive either, but can take place directly galvanically. Rapid capacitive coupling can also be used for one or both couplings. It is essential that one of the couplings is a longitudinal coupling and the other is a cross coupling. The essence of the invention can also be characterized as follows on the basis of FIG. 6.
The four terminals on the two connection sides of the line, which can be thought of as any four-pole, are labeled with 1, 2 and 3, 4, so is under vain To adjust the longitudinal coupling one in which the electromotive force of the energy source works on the series) iwpedance of the entire circuit, with a cross coupling at any point between these two connection sides, one in which the electromotive force is applied to that of this point from seen parallel impedance of the two connection sides is working.
According to the invention, the electromotive force should work simultaneously on the series and parallel impedance of the quadrupole in such a magnitude and phase that the energy is only transferred to one connection side.
