Description
Dampferzeuger mit Speisewasservorwärmer. Die Erfindung betrifft einen Dampferzeuger mit Speisewasservorwärmer und besteht darin, dass der durch eine offene Verbindung in den Dampferzeuger mündende Speisewasservor- wärmer auf der Eintrittsseite ausser an die Speisewasserzuleitung noch so an den Was serraum des Kessels angeschlossen ist, dass er selbsttätig aus dem Kessel Wasser zuge führt erhält, wenn sein Inhalt infolge unter brochener öder zeitweise ungenügender Speise wasserzufuhr zum Teil in Dampfform über gegangen ist, zum Zweck,
das Speisewasser unter Vermeidung der Gefahr einer uner wünschten Dampfentwicklung im Speisewas- servorwärmer und der damit verbundenen Betriebsunsicherheiten auf Sattdampftempe- ratur vorwärmen zu können. Die Eintritts seite des Speisewasservorwärmers kann durch ein Rückschlagventil an den Wasserraum des Kessels angeschlossen sein, das sich selbst tätig öffnet, sobald die Wassersäule im Vor wärmer um einen gewissen Betrag unter die vom Kessel her auf ihm lastende Wasser säule herabsinkt. Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungs gegenstandes ist auf der Zeichnung darge stellt.
ca ist ein als Steilrohrkessel ausgebildeter Dampferzeuger und b ein in üblicher Weise an die Speisewasserzuleitung c und an den Wasserraum der Obertrommel d angeschlos sener Speisewasservorwärmer. Die Eintritts seite des Vorwärmers ist ausser an die Speise wasserzuleitung durch eine mit einem Rück schlagorgane versehene Rückleitung f noch an den Wasserraum der Obertrommel angeschlos sen, und das Rückschlagorgan ist so eingestellt, dass es sofort Kesselwasser in den Vorwärmer einströmen lässt,
wenn in diesem durch eine unerwünschte Dampfentwicklung die Wasser säule leichter als diejenige im Kessel und in der Leitung f geworden ist. Dadurch wird erreicht, dass das Speisewasser im Vorwärmer bis auf Sattdampftemperatur vorgewärmt wer den kann, ohne Gefahr laufen zu müssen, dass im Vorwärmer zum Beispiel infolge un genügender Speisewasserzufuhr oder infolge Unterbruch derselben eine unerwünschte Ver dampfung sich einstellt.
