Description

  

      Zentrifugalventilator    zum Fördern von heissen Gasen, insbesondere Rauchgasen.    Die Erfindung betrifft einen Zentrifugal  ventilator zum Fördern von heissen - Gasen,  insbesondere Rauchgasen und besteht darin,  dass der das Fördermittel im Laufrad aus  der     acbsialen    in die radiale Strömungsrich  tung überführende Kegel mit der der Ein  trittsseite zugekehrten Spitze, unter Freilas  sung eines die Welle umschliessenden, in der  Nähe der Schaufeln an den Saugraum ange  schlossenen Ringraumes, aus dem Gehäuse  herausragt, zum Zweck, durch die heraus  ragende Spitze Frischluft durch den Ring  raum saugen und dadurch die Welle kühlen  zu können.

   Der aus Blech hergestellte Kegel  kann an der aus dem Gehäuse herausragen  den Spitze und an der bei den Schaufeln  sich befindenden Basis mit je mindestens  einer Reihe von Löchern versehen sein. Zweck  mässig wird zwischen der Spitze des Kegels  und dem Wellenlager ein     Schirm    derart an  geordnet, dass ein Ansaugen von Schmieröl  aus dem Lager vermieden wird.  



  Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungs  gegenstandes ist auf der     Zeichnung    im Schnitt  dargestellt.    a ist das Gehäuse, b das Laufrad, c die  Welle und     a'    sind die Lager eines     Zentrifu-          galventilators    zum Absaugen von heissen  Rauchgasen, bei dem die in     achsialer    Rich  tung in das Laufrad eintretenden Rauchgase  in üblicher Weise durch Kegel e in die ra  diale     Strömungsrichtung    in den Schaufeln  übergeführt werden.

   Die Kegel sind mit  ihren Spitzen f unter Freilassung je eines  die Welle umgebenden Ringraumes g durch  die Gehäusewände hindurchgeführt und sowohl  am herausragenden Teil, wie auch an der  bei den Schaufeln sich befindenden Basis mit  Öffnungen h     bezw.    i versehen. Durch die       Öffnungen    h wird aus der Atmosphäre Frisch  luft angesaugt, die beim Passieren des Ring  raumes die Welle kühlt und daraufhin durch  die     Öffnungen    i den heissen Rauchgasen bei  gemischt wird. Auf diese Weise werden  die Welle und die Lager vor unzulässiger  Erhitzung durch die Rauchgase geschützt.  Zwischen den Kegelspitzen und den Lagern  sind Schirme k angeordnet, die den Zweck  haben, ein Ansaugen von Schmieröl aus den  Lagern durch die Kegel zu vermeiden.
