Ofenrohrwandbüchse. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Ofenrohrbüchse, mittelst deren Ofenrohre so in der Schorn steinwand befestigt werden können, dass sie sich bei Erschütterungen nicht herausscbieben. Die Wandbüchse gemäss der Erfindung weist zwei gleichachsig, miteinander gelenkig ver bundene Rohrschellen auf von rechtwinkligem Querschnitt, von denen die eine das Ofenrohr umfasst, während die andere durch Spreizen ihrer Schenkel in das Schornsteinloch fest klemmbar ist. An der Wandbüchse kann eine Zierrosette befestigt sein, die mittelst Federn an die eine Rohrschelle anklemmbar ist.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbei spiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Eine Rohrschelle a (Abb. 1 und 3), wel che winkligen Querschnitt hat, wird mittelst einer Schraube b fest um das Ofenrohr o angezogen. Um genügende Elastizität zu erhalten, hat der radiale Schenkel c der Rohr schelle a einen Ausschnitt<I>d.</I> Auf dem Schenkel c sind zwei Rohrschellenhälften e (Abb. 1, 2, 6 und 7) mit winkligem Quer schnitt in der Nähe der Enden um Dreh punkte f gelagert.
Die achsialen Schenkel dieser Rohrschellenbälften e werden mit dem Ofenrohr in die Kaminöffnung eingeführt und mittelst der Spannschraube g (Abb. 1, 2 und 3) auseinandergespreizt, so dass sich dieselben in dem Kaminloch fest anpressen.
Nieten h., welche in den Rohrschellenhälften e befestigt sind, können in Schlitzen i (Abb. 2 und 3), die in dem radialen Schenkel o der Rohr schelle a angebracht sind, der Bewegung folgen, die die Spannschraube y durch das Spreizen der Rohrschellenhälften e hervorruft. Die ganze Ofenrohrwandbüchse wird durch eine Zierrosette k (Abb. 1, 2, 4 und 5) ab gedeckt.
Diese Zierrosette -lt -hat auf der Rückseite Federn G, die über dein Rohrschel- lenschenkel c umgelegt sind. Abb. 5 zeigt die Federn d im Zustande vor dem Zusam menbau der Büchse. Dadurch wird die Zier rosette gegen die Kaminwand angedrückt und ein festes Anliegen derselben an der Wand gewährleistet. Oben hat die Zierro sette eine Aussparung (Abb. 2 und 5),-durch die die Enden der Rohrschellenhälften e durchtreten. Wird ein Ofenrohr herausge nommen (z.
B. zum Putzen), so löst man die Spannschraube g, dadurch werden die Rohrschellenhälften e in dem Kaminloch ge lockert und das Ofenrohr kann aus dem Kamin herausgenommen werden. Bei dem Einstecken des Ofenrohres in den Kamin muss die Rohrschelle a fest um das Ofen rohr o angezogen werden, ferner müssen die Federn l der Zierrosette<I>k</I> nach hinten um gelegt sein.
