Description
Feineinstellvorrichtung für Schrägrollenlager von Maschinenwellen. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Feineinstellvorrichtung für Schrägrollenlager von Maschinenwellen derjenigen Art, bei der zwischen zwei äussern, in Längsrichtung der Maschinenwelle verschiebbaren Lagerringen eine aus zwei Ringen gebildete Ringverschrau bung angeordnet ist.
Erfindungsgemäss dient zur Verstellung der Ringverschraubung eine von Hand zu betäti- gende Schnecke, welche in eine Schnecken verzahnung des einen Ringes der Ringver schraubung eingreift.
Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs beispiel der Erfindung veranschaulicht, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 einen Achsialschnitt und Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt.
Auf einer Maschinenwelle 1 sind Innenringe 9 und 10 eines Schrägrollenlagers fest auf gepasst und gegen seitliche Verschiebung durch eine Gewindemutter 2 gesichert, wobei ein Distanzring 11 zwischen beide Rollenlager gelegt ist. 12 sind die Aussenringe des Rollen lagers, welche in eine Lagerbüchse 3 derart eingepasst sind, dass sie Gleitsitz haben.
Zwischen diesen Aussenringen 12 liegen zwei Ringe 4, 5, die durch ein Feingewinde 13 miteinander verschraubt sind. Der Ring 4 weist dabei aussen eine Schneckenverzahnung auf, in welche eine Schnecke 6 eingreift. Diese ist in eine Bohrung der Lagerbüchse 3 geschoben, durch einen Schraubenbolzen 8 darin gesichert und kann mittelst eines ge riffelten Kopfes 7 von Hand gedreht werden. Mittelst an der Schnecke 6 vorgesehener, auf der Zeichnung jedoch nicht ersichtlicher Teilstriche kann die Einstellung des Schräg rollenlagers nach Art der Mikrometerschrauben erfolgen.

The present invention provides a fine adjustment device for tapered roller bearings of machine shafts of the type in which a ring screw connection formed from two rings is arranged between two outer bearing rings displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the machine shaft.
According to the invention, a manually operated screw is used to adjust the screw connection, which screw engages in a screw toothing of one ring of the screw connection.
In the drawing, an embodiment example of the invention is illustrated, namely: Fig. 1 is an axial section and Fig. 2 is a cross section.
Inner rings 9 and 10 of a tapered roller bearing are firmly fitted on a machine shaft 1 and secured against lateral displacement by a threaded nut 2, a spacer ring 11 being placed between the two roller bearings. 12 are the outer rings of the roller bearing, which are fitted into a bearing bush 3 in such a way that they have a sliding fit.
Between these outer rings 12 lie two rings 4, 5 which are screwed together by a fine thread 13. The ring 4 has a worm toothing on the outside in which a worm 6 engages. This is pushed into a bore of the bearing bush 3, secured by a screw bolt 8 therein and can be rotated by hand by means of a corrugated head 7 ge. The tapered roller bearing can be adjusted in the manner of micrometer screws, provided in the middle of the graduation marks provided on the worm 6 but not visible in the drawing.
