Kühlanordnung an Läufern elektrischer Naschinen.
Cooling arrangement on runners of electrical machines. It has already been proposed to cool the rotors of electrical machines by means of a liquid which is passed through cooling tubes inserted in the rotor body.
According to the known proposals in this regard, the cooling tubes should be accommodated in channels or grooves of the rotor that are closed on all sides in such a way that the simple pipe strings open out at the two end faces of the rotor. With this arrangement, however, the insertion of the tubes, the sealing of the tube ends and the simultaneous production of good contact with the body of the rotor for the purpose of heat dissipation would offer difficulties.
The aim of the invention is to create an arrangement in which the insertion and replacement of the tubes can be carried out easily and, if possible, without disturbing the other parts of the rotor, and at the same time good heat dissipation is guaranteed. For this purpose, according to the invention, the form which is open towards the rotor circumference, but which are closed by releasable closure elements, for example wedges, between the certain to accommodate the winding:
Grooves lying incisions of the Läuferkör pers housed cooling tubes Kanalschlei fen, the inlet and outlet ends of which are on the same face of the rotor, the loops formed, for example, by bending a tube or by dividing the entire cross-section of the grooves filling the flat tube by means of partitions can be.
The cooling tube loops can have a flattened cross section, the diameter of which is greater than the diameter lying in the longitudinal direction of the cooling tube slots. The pressure of the cooling liquid caused by the centrifugal force now tries to bring the flattened cross-section of the cooling tubes into a circular shape and thereby presses the tube walls firmly against the side wall of the cooling tube slots. As a result, the cooling pipe loops can be slightly narrower than the cooling pipe slots in order to be able to insert and replace the pipe easily.
During operation, the pressure generated in the cooling tubes causes the cooling tubes, which are loose when the rotor is at rest, to be clamped in the slots by increasing the centrifugal force and the pressure caused by the liquid pressure accordingly. The centrifugal force ensures the tight fit of the cooling pipe loops as it increases, and also ensures good heat conduction.
The easy insertion and removal. the cooling pipe loops is still supported when the connecting legs of the cooling pipe loops tends to ge against the Läuferaxe or are convexly curved.
In the drawing, an embodiment example of the cooling tube assembly is illustrated, namely Figure 1 shows a partial cross section of the rotor equipped with the new cooling tube assembly, while Figure 2 is a longitudinal section through a rotor; FIG. 3 is a cross-section along the line 3-3 of FIG. 2 on a larger scale.
1 is the rotor body, 2 are its slots intended to accommodate the rotor winding. Between every two grooves 2, the incisions 3 which are open to the rotor circumference and which form the cooling tube slots serving to accommodate the cooling tubes are provided in the beam direction. The cooling pipes 4 consist of pipe loops. The connecting legs 5 and 6 are used to supply and discharge the cooling liquid and are located on the same end face of the rotor body 1.
In the exemplary embodiment shown, the cooling pipe loop 4 is wound several times, so that four pipe strands come to lie on top of one another in a cooling slot.
The connecting legs 5, 6 of the cooling pipe loop 4 are arc-shaped gestal tet. They turn their convex side towards the rotor body 1 so that the cooling pipe loops 4 pass through the coils? the rotor winding is inserted through the cooling tube slots 3 or can be lifted out of these by rotating the tube loops around the point x as the center.
After the pipe loops have been inserted, the connecting legs 5, 4) are connected to the connecting heads 8, 9 by means of pushed-on and soldered sleeves 10. The connection heads 8, 9 can be pressed onto the conical seal seats 12, 12 by means of screws 11, 11,
whereby the connecting leg 5 of the pipe loop is tightly connected to the axial coolant channel 13 of the rotor body and the connecting leg 6 of the pipe loop is tightly connected to the coolant discharge channel 14 surrounding the supply channel 13 in a jacket-like manner. Since the cooling tubes are tried out with great pressure after being inserted into the cooling tube slots, a leak can only occur at the ends of the sleeves 10 or the connection pieces during operation.
However, since the arrangement is such that all the connecting parts of the cooling pipes are outside the area of the winding, the liquid that seeps out from the leaky points can be caught and returned to the oil container without the oil coming into contact with the winding could come.
The cooling pipes receive the flattened cross-section shown in FIG. 3, the height a falling in the longitudinal direction of the cooling pipe slots 3 is greater than the width b in the transverse direction. The width b of the cooling tubes is somewhat smaller than the width of the cooling tube slots 3, so that the cooling tube loops can easily be inserted into the slots or removed from them.
The pressure generated by the centrifugal force in the cooling tubes presses the flat side walls of the cooling tubes firmly against the side walls of the cooling tube slots 3 and thereby ensures that the cooling tube walls are firmly attached to the iron body to be cooled and thus good heat dissipation.
The cooling slots are releasably closed, for example, by wedges shown in the drawing, so that the cooling tubes cannot be thrown out by centrifugal force when the liquid pressure is still insufficient to wedge the cooling tubes firmly.
The individual strands of the cooling pipe grind .t are connected to a rigid unit by means of interposed spacers 16.
