Device for the vertical conveying of bulk goods. The invention relates to a device for vertically conveying bulk goods. Devices in which the material to be conveyed is carried out by alternately lifting and lowering a number of superimposed containers and simultaneous lowering and lifting of a second series of superimposed containers, the containers being tiltable on their up and down guide rails are known. However, these Vorrich lines are only suitable for conveying piece goods in their current Be.
On the other hand, conveying devices are known in which containers are horizontally moved up and down on both sides of a fixed wall, allowing the goods to be conveyed to pass through openings in the wall. With these devices coarse-grained bulk goods are to be lifted, but with finer goods there is the risk that the conveyed goods rub and ignite between the container and the wall. In addition, the change from one container to the other is very slow due to the lack of any acceleration.
The advantages of both types of conveyor devices are intended to be combined by the invention while avoiding the disadvantages of both. This purpose is achieved in that a solid wall with openings is arranged between the two graters of tiltable containers, through which the containers pass when they are tipped down with their discharge openings,
the erecting of the containers when the guide rails carrying the containers go down takes place only by the containers resting on the undersides of the openings in the wall.
In the drawing, an embodiment example of the subject invention is Darge provides; Fig. 1 shows a vertical section through the device in its one end position, Fig. 2 shows a vertical section through the device in the other end position, Fig. 3 shows a side view with a section through the housing.
In an upright housing a, two guide rails d are arranged in slots h of the housing walls c in a straight line so that they can be moved up and down. Trough-shaped containers f are tiltably arranged in openings e of these guide rails d, where the tilting of container f is limited by stops on the containers and stops lt in openings e on both sides.
The up and down movement of the guide rails d is done by a suitably driven shaft i by cure belstangen k. The pouring of the bulk material to be lifted is done through a pouring funnel 1, which is automatically opened and closed alternately and the pouring of the alternately guided from a container of one guide rail into one of the other rails and then each lifted through an outlet in.
Between the two rows of containers there is a solid wall rz, which is provided with openings o, in such a way that each container f pours through a certain opening o only.
The troughs f are controlled when going up by means of stops p arranged on the troughs f, which abut against guide rails q on the side walls c and thereby cause the troughs f to tip over into the opening o of the wall n at the relevant height.
The troughs f are erected when the guide rails d go down by the fact that the troughs fly towards the lower edge of the openings o, while the pivot pins of the troughs move downwards with the guide rails c1, whereupon the troughs f 'slowly rise again and as a result Tilt the excess weight of the part striving towards the other side of the opening e back into its starting position.
