Cooling system. The subject matter of the present invention is a cooling system with devices for the delivery of hot water and cold water as by-products, of which the drawing (-in exemplary embodiment achema.tisch da.rge- is shown.
1 denotes a refrigerator with a standing boiler, which has a lower division 2 and an upper division 3 from. 1.n the lower end of the lower department 2 opens a pipe 4 coming from an evaporator of a cold room: The distribution 2 contains a boiler 5, which is on its lower and upper half each of a coil 6 respectively. 7 is surrounded. The lower coil 6 opens out on the one hand below in the interior of the boiler 5 and is: on the other hand to a pipe 8 ruled out. (read about a throttle valve 9 leads to the Ver evaporator of the refrigerator.
The upper pipe coil 7 opens out at the top in the interior of the boiler 5 and is on the other hand connected to a line 10 which is connected to the lower end of a condenser pipe coil 11, which is located in the boiler 12 of a condenser 13. The boiler 12 is connected to the domestic water pipe 14 is below. From the upper end of the pipe coil 11 leads a pipe 15 to the lower end of a pipe coil 16 standing in the boiler 17 of a hot water apparatus 18. The upper end of the latter is through a pipe 19 in which a bubble separator 20 is connected a compressor 21 connected.
This is on the other hand through a pipe 22 with the upper end of a be sensitive in the upper compartment 3 of the cooling apparatus 1 pipe coil 23 in connection, which opens into the boiler compartment 2 with the lower end above. A cold water pipe 24 branches off from the boiler compartment 3. The boiler 12 of the condenser 13 connected to the bottom of the domestic water pipe is connected at the top by a pipe 25 to a pipe 26, which on the one hand leads to the un tern end of the boiler 17 of the hot water apparatus 18 and on the other hand is connected to the utility water pipe 27.
At this point, a pipe 29 branches off to the upper end of the boiler 2, 3 - of the cooling apparatus 1.
The drawing also takes into account the case in which the system is used in places with poor drinking water conditions, where the tap water is not easily drinkable. For this reason, a second pipe coil 28 is built into the hot water boiler 17, which ends in the hottest part of this boiler at the top and is connected to a line 31 at the bottom, which in this case leads to the tube 29. In the case mentioned, according to the described device, water made sterile by heating can be supplied to the cooling apparatus, whereby the cold water resulting in this apparatus is kept sterile.
At the top of the pipe snake 28 occurs. the drinking water with a temperature of over 70 C, then cools down to about 20 to 25 C by releasing heat to the cooling water entering the hot water boiler through line 26 and is then fed through lines 31 and 29 into boiler 3 of the cooling apparatus , 1 ge leads, from where it then passes through line 24 with plus 1 to 6 C to the use points.
The main thing about the operation of the described system is as follows: Under the action of the compressor 21, the ammonia gases from the evaporator of the cold room are at a temperature of about -10 to -12 C through the lower pipe 4 into compartment 2 of the refrigeration apparatus 1 sucked in and so cool the refrigerant liquid contained in the boiler 5 and the coils 6 and 7 strongly. This increases the temperature of the intake gases to 0 C, whereupon the intake gases enter the coil 23 in the boiler 3. There they prepare cold water and heat it up to around 10 C.
On the other hand, the compressor 21 drives compressed gas at a temperature of about 100 to 130 C and a pressure of perhaps 71/2 atm. through the line 19 into the heating coil 16 of the .LIeisswasserboilers 18. Here the gases flow in countercurrent to the tap water flowing from the pipe 26 into the boiler 17, which is consequently heated and finally reaches the consumption points through a pipe j0 .
The ammonia gas cooled in this way to about 20 to 30 ° C then flows to the cooling coil 11 of the condenser 13, where cool water is fed to it from the line 14. Once cooled to about 10 ° C, the now liquefied ammonia passes through the line 10 into the upper coil 7 of the cooling apparatus 1 and into its inner boiler 5, from which it passes through the lower coil 6 . cooled even deeper, enters the tube 8 and from here into the evaporator of the cold room. Cold water at a temperature of plus 1 to 6 C can be taken from the cooling apparatus through the pipe 24.
The gas returning from the evaporator of the cold room receives heat in two stages, namely A from the liquid refrigerant flowing from the condenser to the throttle valve 9 and B from the cooling water coming from the condenser, which is extracted from the latter by this process so much that cold water is extracted from plus 1 'to 6 C. In the first stage the gases are heated from around -10 to 0 C and in the second stage from 0 C to plus 6 to 12 C. This gas heating before entering the compressor results in a usable temperature of plus 100 to <B> 130 '</B> C on the pressure side of the compressor.
The tap water occurs through the Lei device 1-1 in the boiler 12 of the condenser 13, takes something: heat and exits through the line 25, where it is distributed in the lines 26, 27 and 29, namely it gets into Line 26 for refilling the hot water boiler, in line 27 for use as domestic water for all purposes and in line 29 for refilling the cold water apparatus.
