Hoehdruekdampferzeuger.
Fig. 4 zeigt einen Teil einer abgewik- kelten Rohrschlange, in welcher bis zur Grenze- a, das Speisemittel in flüssigem Zu stand, von der Grenze a an in verdampftem Zustand vorhanden ist.
High pressure steam generator. In the case of high pressure steam generators, undesirable phenomena occur which are referred to as pulses and which are an essential reason for the failure of such steam generators.
The consequence of such pulsations is that the pipe fills with steam, which suddenly flows off quickly, so that more water occurs and the necessary overheating area is reduced. The so-called Geiser effect can intensify these pulsations if, due to the formation of steam, a longer pipe length is suddenly filled with steam, so that the feed water cannot flow through it.
It is known that the Geiser effect is stronger, the longer a heated pipe is and the lower the operating pressure. It has already been proposed that when the steam pressure drops, the amount of steam be increased by a temporary injection at an intermediate point in the pipe system.
However, such a facility has the disadvantage. that it is powerless against the increase in pressure that occurs during pulsations and, moreover, requires a regulating device, which often fails, and a sudden intermittent injection of liquid also acts as a disturbance, which also leads to overheating if the heat capacity of the pipe is not great suppressed, which leads to a further drop in pressure.
The invention aims at high pressure steam generators as a result of the unequal supply of the BEZW to be evaporated generated by the pulsations. to avoid fluctuating evaporation capacity of the agent to be overheated by subdividing the feed liquid amount required for the generation of steam into partial quantities at at least two different points which are in constant communication with the pipe system. Advantageously, a portion is placed in or near the point
at which the feed material changes from the liquid to the vapor state (outer limit curve), introduced into the steam generator. The feed lines of the subsets can be provided with a throttle point, by means of which the individual subsets can be set as desired.
Such a design of the steam generator achieves a substantial damping of the pulsations in that the regulation, which automatically adjusts itself with every pressure drop, runs steadily and calmly and does not cause any disturbance in overheating.
The object of the invention is shown schematically in section in an exemplary embodiment in FIG. 1; FIG. 2 shows a throttle point in section, FIG. 3 shows a variant of FIG. 1.
FIGS. 4 and 5 show a section through a coil in the region of the boundary curve between water and steam; Fig. 6 shows the same area of a steam generator built according to the invention corresponding to the detail illustrated in FIG.
The high-pressure steam generator consists of a serpentine coiled pipe 1, which is used as a thermal protection, the best existing from heat-insulating building material, for example, as a wall 2 is built from formed shell. The heating takes place using liquid, gaseous or dusty fuel, which is fed to the burner 3 through the line 4. The air required for combustion is introduced into the burner through line 5 in such a way that it mixes with the fuel and enters the combustion chamber 6 of the steam generator as a combustible mixture.
The burnt exhaust gases are either discharged directly through the chimney 7, or previously passed through a preheater or through another waste heat utilization system for economic use.
The steam generation pipe 1 is fed by the feed pump 8 designed as a centrifugal pump, which sucks in the feed liquid through the line 9 and introduces it into the steam generation pipe 1 through the line 10 '. The amount of feed liquid is regulated by the organ 11, which is switched into the feed line 10 immediately after the feed pump 8. The generated steam is passed through line 12 to the consumption points.
For the introduction of feed liquid, a Lei device 14 is still provided, which is in constant communication with the steamer 1 and is provided with a throttle point 15 through which the portion to be introduced through the line 1: 1 can be adjusted. The setting of the cross section of the device 14 can of course also be done in a different way than by a blind disk 16 shown in FIG.
Fig. 3 shows an embodiment in which, in addition to the amount of feed water introduced at the normal Einfüh approximately point 17, further subsets through several supply lines 14, which just if all can be provided with throttling points. are introduced into the coil 1.
4 shows a part of an unwound pipe coil in which up to the limit a, the feed medium was in the liquid state, from the limit a onwards in the vaporized state. As a result of the occurrence of pulsations, the liquid feed can now advance up to a new limit b (Fig. 5), so that the water and steam state limit curve is shifted and thus an amount l corresponding to the overheating Length of the pipe coil is lost.
According to the invention should now - this pulsations prevented, respectively. ge are attenuated that the feed is supplied in partial amounts, in that in addition to the main amount directly supplied to the pipe 1, a partial amount is introduced at a point c.
From the embodiment shown in Fig. 6, which shows the development of the parts of the steam generator 1 enclosed by a circle in Fig. 1, the operation of the steam generator is as follows:
If the pressure becomes lower as a result of the rapid outflow of steam, more feed water flows through the connecting line 20 for the partial amount than normal and accordingly brakes the formation of steam. As a result, the pipe friction increases again because there is more water, the inflow through the diversion is reduced, so that the formation of steam increases again, but that in a lot. 5 shown further shooting of water is prevented or at least attenuated ge.
A partial amount is advantageously introduced - which can be introduced in very small quantities according to the particular circumstances - at or near the boundary of the water and steam area. By avoiding the pulsations, respectively. their damping avoids loss of superheater surface and the boundary between water and steam area and thus the point of steam formation and superheating is kept in the same place.
The device for the supply of heat can of course also be designed and arranged in a different way than shown, in particular it can be arranged in the upper part of the boiler, be it when the feed is supplied from below or from above. Depending on the size of the power to be delivered, any number of tube coils can be connected in series or next to one another, and preheaters can also be arranged in a manner known per se.
